I went there with my grandson and initially they were good. So, after that first encounter with my grandson I thought they were a reputable Company. So Ill go back instead driving all the way to my tire guy in Dania. I went back by myself to purchase two used front tires. I was charged $75 per tire first off. I couldn't understand why. They charged my grandson $60 for a tire. The following weekend after purchasing the tire. I went to my mechanic for frontend repair work. He said by the way that front tire on the left is bad you need to change it. I went back to 7-11 Tire. The gentleman first asked for a receipt. Then he said we don't have tires for your car. I said BUT you sold me these!! Then he said well it's a used tire. It says right there no warranty on a used tire. This was a week later. I didn't even notice it was a bad tire. I'm sure they knew when I left it was a bad tire. As I left the men were just watching. I thought it was odd. It was totally different than before; when I went with my grandson. They basically dismissed me. I'm out of $75 dollars and still have to purchase a tire. I have been other places and if they make a mistake; they give you a replacement and honor the replacement. The owner/person in charge (a guy - not Hispanic, neither from the Caribbean but definitely not American) even insulted me, saying I had an "earing problem" when I questioned their shady pricing. If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner is a slimeball and a crook. I guess going after hours 8 pm constitutes a higher price. I have went here before and every time it's a different price. I took my truck there on this particular night because it had a nail that you could clearly see and quoted $45 for a patch and $15 for a plug. I told him that $45 for a patch was very expensive bring that I had just paid $25 a few weeks back. just left 7-11. had a nail in my tire. it's 8pm. they're open. got a patch. in and out in 30 minutes. reasonable price. friendly manager.

Horrible service! Upon needing my breaks repaired I arrived here with the new ones for them to change. After being told the previous day by a different owner the price would be 120$, I was now being quoted for 235$. Only after needing a patch in another tire did they do everything for 155$, but that's not even the worst part. Worker was an imbecile and before even starting the repair strongly urged me that they need to be tipped. When starting he went ahead and used a hammer to bang my break pins out without properly removing springs, which would have allowed them to slide out safely. Only upon tightening my break calipers onto the rotor did they stay on. After leaving my car would literally come to stops on its own at lights, without any applied breaking. It's a miracle I didn't crash after driving for a week upon leaving. Just want to look out and WARN anyone else from having anything else done to car besides a simple tire change. read more

They didn't balance it properly so I had to come back to make the readjustments. They were so rude to me. Bad attitude they tried to take advantage of me because I am a young guy what they did not now is that I have expertise in the matter of cars. And at the end tires still not balanced properly.
