My Car had a flat and the closest tire shop was 7-11 tire. So, I arrived and when you first arrive there was a manager name Sam (strong accent), extremely rude! He treats you like you're not human and your infected with Covid-19 giving out rude instructions. Not to mention they are charging $45 for a used tire. But what can I do besides pay the $45 and be on my way home. I made it home safely and due to quarantine rules I have not left the house since I got the new tire. So here we are Saturday night (purchased tire Tuesday night) I need to go to Walgreens to pick up essentials and some how the same exact tire is flat again. The tire that Sam had his employee change. I can't understand why would the tire would be flat when the only place I drove was home. But hey things happen so I wait until this morning to call to have a conversation with Sam the individual in charge there and It was the most unprofessional exchange I have ever experienced with a business. DO NOT GO HERE RUNNNNNNNN BAD TIRES AND EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are selling bad overpriced used tires during the PANDEMIC and when you call to get to an understanding he tells you no refunds, hangs up in your face repeatedly saying he has other customers waiting instead of examining the quality of the tire that he is selling ! At this point I don't even trust them to replace the tire they only care about how they can sell BAD tires that put your life in more jeopardy than CORONA VIRUS. This company operates on fear and scarcity & their product isn't reliable and the customer service is non existent. Sam has no respect ! Please see all the calls he hung up and refused to answer because he was trying to sell another customer a bad tire instead of addressing the bad tire he sold. Don't even know where to start. From the fact that the moment you walk in there, you're greeted with a huge amount of racism, attitude, ego, narcissistic behavior, and just an overall horrible Aura. I'm a tow truck operator and unfortunately, I've had to recommend this place to numerous customers. And every single one warned me about the same behavior I received myself. The older gentleman that's the owner with the glasses. I believe he's somewhere from the Middle East. Cannot be any more racist or a really disgusting individual. Talks down to females, talks down to his employees. My husband just came from trying to get his tires balanced but the guys machine was old shitty and broken and so the tires were not balancing but he still made my husband pay full price even tho it was his crappy machines fault!! The guy is a scammer!!! If my husband wouldn't have been a mechanic and been standing next to him while he was balancing them I'm sure he would have told us they got balanced and charged us and lied... this guy is a scammer and a liar and he will do anything to get $5. I blew a tire on a curb in my Camaro and 7-11 had a replacement with a good price so I drove in on a donut tire and after like 10 minutes after I gave him the flat he had the new tire on the car and I was ready to go with the donut in the trunk. I have some Bridgestone tires the guy show the tires that he was going to put on when i got home the tires were different and broke ...went back and he acted stupid and just went towards the back another guy came on front and did not solve anything watch out this guys are crooks all the way. read more
