Walked right in was helped and out in a Timely manner had to get tires and breaks so far so good lots of options and very helpful

I had an extremely disappointing experience here and would not recommend this business. My A/C went out and I was supposed to have my compressor replaced. I paid close to $400 for the compressor through the owner, Franchesco, on Monday, and he told me to come back Wednesday at 8:00 AM for the repair. I took off work and showed up Wednesday, only to be told there were still cars from Monday and Tuesday that had not been completed. No one called me or communicated that they would not be able to honor the appointment. He then told me to come back Thursday or Friday. I came back on Friday to drop my car off, and Franchesco told me he still could not do the job because he was "not ready." At that point, I asked for a refund because I no longer trusted the process. He told me that since I had already paid for the compressor, I could take the compressor and get it installed somewhere else. However, I had never seen the compressor, never received proof that it had been ordered, and never received any documentation for the part I paid close to $400 for. When I asked for proof or a receipt showing where the compressor was ordered from, I was told they "don't do that." He then seemed to get frustrated and told me that since I was going to get it fixed somewhere else, I needed to get the compressor from somewhere else. This was extremely unprofessional. My time was wasted multiple times, communication was poor, and the entire experience made me lose trust as a customer. I would not recommend this business. read more

Me and my mother both came to this establishment for a tune up. Franchesco (the owner) was extremely respectful AT FIRST, then I guess he took a liking to my mother and she respectfully turned him down. He didn't take the hint very well and proceeded to ask her "what are you wearing beneath your clothes", with some emojis that resembled breasts. He also speaks Spanish, so does my grandma whom he was very hostile towards. at least his brother was very kind. Now as for service it took quite a long time and lacked transparency, but at the end of the day he got the job done. Total amount paid $652! read more

My experience was good but not great. They were busy when I arrived, and I waited 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I wound up paying $50 for a size 17 used tire. The guy couldn't figure out how to put my spare tire back properly, so I still have to deal with that problem. read more

I came here twice, and both times have been such a breeze. I recently spent over $200 something for brand new tires at Tires Plus, or some big chain company like that, and rather take my business here. This place is worth the drive from my house for the quality of tires they have here. Even the used tires are closest thing to new you'll find. Staff is friendly and professional, and you feel like you're in good hands. Never had to wait longer than 20 mins for a single tire change/alignment. read more

I needed 4 tires for my Genesis, I waited less no less than five minutes before somebody came in and asked me if I needed help. Everybody was very friendly professional and courteous. Stopped by because I thought I had a nail in my both tires the guy checked it he didn't see anything I asked if he cooked check again, he took both tires down and checked them to assure everything was okay.... just the simple fact that he made me feel ok about my tires is a big plus. Went in thinking I would need to get my tire fixed due to a nail or something but instead they did an air test and explained that I didn't need to have anything done. The tire pressures were just off. Simple mistake, I know. But anyways, they didn't charge me a cent and they gave me advice on how to maintain my wheels. I had the most wonderful experience at The New and Used Tire Outlet. I had tires put on my car and I was in and out in less than an hour! Their prices are amazing - but even more important was how honest and knowledgeable they are! The owner actually told me that I didn't need an alignment when I was fully prepared to pay for it. As a woman coming into a tire/repair shop on my own, I appreciate the feeling of someone being honest and not trying to sell me everything under the sun! I will be returning next week to get new tires for my husband's car since my experience today was so wonderful. I also love that it is a family run business! They don't treat you like just another number like some of the chains out there! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for good, honest and reliable people who really know their stuff and won't take advantage of you! That's pretty hard to find!
