I appreciate the straightforward labeling of the packaging as far as ingredients go and love that it's locally made! The bowl was delicious, I worked at a restaurant similar to this in Madison WI, and this was a bowl recipe that I hadn't seen before. It was still super cold when it made it to me! The pictures on their menu are very accurate to what I got. One note is if you're located further away from the restaurant to request that the toppings be put on the side as they get soggy. The price point is a little high for my liking but on par with the place I used to work. I'll definitely be stopping here again as a treat!

They have a long list of smoothies, and when I mean long, I mean over 30 choices!! I ended up getting a juice because it was intimidating with all the choices, plus most of them didn't seem appetizing to me. I like fruit tasting smoothies, and all of these were basically desserts and candy. The closest fruity option was strawberry cheesecake and blueberry muffin. Again, I got a raspberry margarita juice. It was a little sweet for me...it did taste like a margarita so it really wasn't that bad. I went on a Saturday morning and it was pretty busy. There were four staff and they were all vigorously making shakes. It took a little bit for me to get service. The first time you get there, the ordering service is a little odd. There are small pieces of paper scattered around on the counter that I was apparently supposed to fill out. Because it was my first time, I had to fill out a Google Form on a tablet. What scared me was the title of the form said Membership Registration. What am I getting myself into? I was reassured that it's not an actual membership, but I was required to give my phone number and email...so I can't wait to unsubscribe from that. It's not a bad place, just not for me. I guess I wish the ordering process was presented better and have your register person be more dedicated to that and welcoming customers and explain the process if you're new to the store.
