Visited Thursday June 4. We were visiting from California and had heard amazing things about 7 brew and were so exited. As a note- there were no cars behind us. Things started off great with a male employee greeting us with smile and quite kindly. He was patient when we ordered- however after that things took a turn for the worse. I had ordered a sugar free cinnamon roll, again reiterating I am not from here, I did not know it was a milk beverage. I got the drink and realized I was never asked about milk so , I had to ask if I could have it remade with almond milk. They acted like it was ok but they seemed like they were starting to get frustrated. Another order was the earl grey honeybee which has photo of an iced drink. When we got it , it was a hot drink. We were never asked hot or cold so we assumed it was cold. We then said we were happy to pay for another drink but they pretended it was ok and gave us a cold- however there was a lady in the back that said "oh, they decided that after." We even had another beverage ordered, that was not made correctly. It was chiller and they made it with ice not frozen. And no free cup was given. After the attitude from the trainer, we were too scared to let them know. Zero drinks were made correctly. If 7 brews doesn't care about allergies or customer service then this was a perfect experience. I will not recommend and be telling those who visit that kindness is surface level only, but superficial at best. I do want to emphasize the male employee helping us was wonderful, a manager / trainer was the problem. She purposefully said that comment so we could hear. read more

Final stop in Bentonville as we start home, we got coffee for the road. 7 Brew is drive through only and that worked out fine today. A friendly barista took our order, took our payment and a few minutes later, a Blondie (light sugar) and a drip coffee (cream only) were in the cup holders. Both were absolutely excellent. Mrs. K. said that her Blondie was not at all sweet and she enjoyed it. My medium roast was also excellent once it cooled enough for a drinkable temperature. Inexpensive, delicious. I only wish that they weren't all just drivethru only as there are times I'd like to sit with coffee and my laptop. Oh, well. That's not their business model and it's okay. Every time I go to this location they mess up something. I ordered a large drink and they gave me a small but charged me for a large. I purposely go to other locations just because this is a regular occurrence. I would recommend to anyone to not go to this location if you want your drink and size of drink to be correct. I'd say their specialty coffees (flavored ones) are good (like the German something), but the (plain) iced latte has a taste close to water than coffee, probably too much ice? If you could request less ice I think you'll enjoy it more. Also, don't bother getting the kids size unless they're 3yo or younger. Mine can finish a medium-sized cup. LOL. Bentonville Ark.- My niece and her husband took us here after breakfast-said they loved it and we had to try it. Saw how long the lines were and thought "you've got to be kidding." In a very short time we were up at the pickup table and back on the road. Very efficient and well organized, and my iced mocha coffee was delicious!!! I was visiting Arkansas the last two weeks on a house hunting trip. We went to 7brew with my kids for the first time. That first time turned into about seven times in our two week trip. Terrible customer service!!!!! I'm a regular customer until this .....My drink was made wrong- wasn't even able to drink it....I told them them at my next visit but they refused to compensate me for a drink. the guy at the window argued with me, acting like I was trying to get something for free. I called the main number and they told me to just let it go and move on. Literally. I paid 5$ for a soda, I expected it to be right or for them to make it right. I have a complaint about your Bentonville location off of Central. Whoever the girl was that was working until closing (03/15/2021) continued a conversation with her "friend" in the car before us for 4 minutes before making his drink. Then told him she wouldn't charge him for it and then continued to talk to him for another 2 minutes, making eye contact with us waiting in line. We aren't sure how long it actually lasted because we pulled off before she was done talking to him. It was shortly before closing, but we are PAYING and repeat customers. The service at this location has been spotty in recent months. We ended up driving off without being able to order our drinks. We understand customer service is key to the success of a growing business, but her conversation was further than customer service and could cost you paying customers in the future. read more

I really love 7 Brew and their customer service is hard to beat. They really know how to higher great, high-energy, cheerful individuals. I love how they feature different drinks each month and they have a punch card system! Ordering a large the first time I was a bit disappointed going from md to lg because it didn't even taste like the same drink. That's when I learned: Warning: their small drinks have 1 shot their medium has 2 shots and large has 4 shots. I stick with the medium now. Depending on who is the barista that day will depend on how your drink turns out! I have noticed that they aren't always very consistent- sometimes my drink is great and sometimes my drink is just okay! If you go on the 7th of the month -every 7th customer gets a free drink! This is a drive-thru only place and they are usually pretty quick to move that line thru so don't be intimidated if there are 6-8 cars in line too! read more

Tried this place referred to by a friend. Knowledgeable, friendly staff if you're used to ordering from Starbucks you can explain exactly what you want & they'll try to do what you want. Also they make your drink, nothing automated as I've heard Starbucks will be doing? Been to 3 different locations & the product has been consistent at ALL three. Yes!!!! Love it!!! I order iced chai with vanilla. Sometimes they forget the vanilla and it isn't as good but I still love it.
