We placed our order around 6:45 PM and didn't receive appetizers until nearly 8PM. During that time we were given a rotating series of explanations: the POS system wasn't communicating with the kitchen, our food had been given to another table, and later that the chef had apparently decided he was done making food for the night. Meanwhile, every table around us -- including those seated well after we arrived -- somehow managed to receive both appetizers and entrées without issue. A few appetizers were comped, but that hardly made up for spending most of the night watching everyone else eat while wondering if our meals were ever coming.
