I love everything about this local coffee shop. The drinks are delicious, the selection of food and pastries is perfect for breakfast/lunch or just a snack and the people who work here are all friendly. I love the backstory of the couple that opened it to honor their mother and the place is cute and inviting and even has little items to purchase like mugs, earrings, or "Blind Date with a Book". They do monthly drink specials plus a big menu of drinks flavors and add ins. One of my favorite drinks from the Feb menu is the chocolate covered strawberry latte.

I had the best experience in the cutest little coffee shop that is right around the corner from my home in West Irondequoit. I'm ashamed and embarrassed to admit it's my first time there but it definitely will not be my last. I'm posting a ton of pictures just so you all can see what they offer. The scones were incredible as was my Americano which they gave me for free as a nurse. There's a board you can purchase a $4 cup of coffee for a service worker (Medical, police, fire fighter, teacher, etc.) which I thought was a wonderful idea and concept. To be gifted this by a stranger was a very unexpected and pleasant surprise. Julia was working and made us feel so at home. She remarked at how wonderful the owners are to work for and how much she is passionate about working there. Her coworker Pan said it was the greatest job ever. I loved all of the small gifts. Some of which Julia said she made are on the shelves as well as mystery books that are like blind dates for readers. I didn't get to eat off their menu other than the scones, but if the food is as good as the baked goods and coffee, then I can hardly wait to try it. My mother and I are already looking forward to making this a weekly visit. I'm also hoping that I can start replacing my order ahead at Starbucks with an order ahead coffee here! Suggestion: it would be great if there was an app to do that... Just a thought. Julia did say I could call ahead and so I'm thinking about that. I'm a big supporter of small businesses in my community. It would much rather give my money here than to the big chains. I hope this place is around for a very long time. The place was full when we got there and it was still full when we left so it looks like we're not the only ones who discovered this hidden gem. If you haven't been there yet, you need to go try it. You're gonna kick yourself for not coming sooner. Thank you Julia and Pan for the great service and hospitality. You two are as much about making it a great experience as anything else.

Tried the Sandy sizzler today, As I was back in my hometown. I asked for a Sandy Sizzler like Cooper deli used to make it. The woman told me she never had one. (Older lady clearly established with the restaurant.) I told here the story of the sandwich and she told me she never had an original sandy. This sandwich is far from the original Sandy Sizzler, It is not even funny. All it was is hot sauce, sliced chicken, and a bun. They missed the original recipe clearly. It needs ranch and hot sauce evenly distributed. Why is it the number one sandwich on their menu as you walk in?

Little Bits is a dine-in cafe/coffee shop at Titus and Cooper in Irondequoit. Parking is shared with Titus Tavern and the soon to open(?) Capone's Italian Eatery. I was given a gift card here so I've been twice. The drink offerings are pretty standard (coffee, latte, americano, cappuccino, espresso, etc.) $1 for almond, soy, or oat milk. The Briarwood breakfast sandwich (egg and cheese) had a nice soft roll. There is a variety of wraps and paninis on the menu as well. I love that they have meatless lunch options - I had a vegan chicken wrap with chips and a pickle and enjoyed it. The service is friendly, there's free wifi, and a discount for cash payments. I'll be back!

Got here at 7:30 am on a Friday and beat the morning rush by only a few minutes! The service was friendly. The ambience was cozy. The white mocha on ice was flavorful and well-balanced. But the piece de resistance was the breakfast sandwich. I ordered the Colebrook, which contained a delicious combination of feta, pesto, egg, onion, and a centerpiece of roasted red pepper. Can't finish the review right now - gotta rush back out there and eat another!

Came here because my normal coffee spot was closed and I shouldn't of. This was the most watered down cheap coffee you can get, they used Hersheys chocolate syrup for my coffee like I'm a child. They had the cheapest oat and almond milk that tasted like water. I threw it away when I should have asked for my money back but the workers were already so awkward when I first walked in I didn't wanna go back.

We LOVE going to Little Bits! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming all the time. This is our go to coffee shop when I don't feel like making my own at home, especially on a weekend. They are great at making reccomdations, and the seasonal menu items are delicious too!

    Cappuccino - tasty!

Cute little cafe next door to Titus Tavern in irondequoit. About 6 tables inside and some seating out front. Baristas are very friendly. Ordered a cappuccino. Very smooth with just enough foam but not too much. Didn't try any of the food yet. Will have to update when I do in the future. Worth a look!

But each visit is worse than the next. I really hope they take this review as a much needed pull up. Because it actually pains me to leave a 3 star review for my own country people. It really makes me sad that this place is so overrated. Probably due to their local following, which I completely respect. I do not respect the way the employees run the place. They need to pay attention. Just because a lot of people are no longer shopping big corporations doesn't mean we are going to accept the same treatment from our own community business. It's a shame really, It's a great set up, and they have most of what every Italian needs in their life. Packed into an easily accessible area. The layout is very smart. That what keeps me popping in from time to time to see what has changed. Parking is tricky only because they stay super busy. Which usually is a good thing. But as an Italian, and Rochester outsider, who has lived in many Italian communities, this is the dirtiest community grocery store and deli I've been in. They have a few employees that are lazy and rude, and the good employees are the ones taking up all the slack and working hard. Which seems disrespectful to the staff that works hard. The hot foods are hit or miss. sometimes awesome! depends on what time of day you go, and you want to go early to try and beat the flies. The amount of flies in that place is disgusting. I understand all kitchens will get a few. My family owns a restaurant, so I'm not just talking just as an Italian, but one who has worked in Kitchens themselves. A dirty Kitchen and flies are the worst turnoff. Also, it is a problem they could easily remedy. It is not because they stay so busy, they don't have time to clean. It's certain employees that are holding this place back. They really should clean house. I know my Nonni, would never. On this particular day for this review, my BF wanted to go. I reminded him of how dirty it was last time. Being the loyal local he is, he said, I've just been unlucky. So we went. He ordered the meatball dinner, and it looked hot and delicious. He was definitely looking forward to it. I was 2nd and last person in line to order from the deli. As I was waiting more people started coming in. The line suddenly was more than 10 people deep. That's when I noticed the person in front of me, had not been helped. We all had been standing there for 10 min. Next to me was the hot foods counter. There was a woman and a man, standing there having a casual conversation. The whole line heard it. Nothing to do with work. Meanwhile, there was a young girl there running around like a maniac trying to clean her work station, to help people. I waited a few more minutes, then I noticed someone else behind the sub counter just standing there. I left my BF in my line, and very politely asked the girl if they had any other employees that could help us, and showed her the line. She was smiling and was about to say something, when the woman who had been talking with the gray haired man behind the counter, ran over and interrupted. She had such an attitude. She instantly said, I work that section, and since you got out of line, you have to go to the back of the line. I was shocked and dumfounded! But not having that attitude. I said, excuse me, my BF is in line with me, and please do not speak to me this way. The nice girl piped up, and just said. I understand, what can we get for you? The mean woman who was about my age, with brown hair, then said, ok what do you want? With that NY crazy roll your eyes attitude. I said, "nothing, I do not give money to people who disrespect me or their customers. Now my BF has gotten out of line, and is standing next to me, wanting to know what's going on. The disrespectful woman was still there and growing impatient due to the conversation. Yah, She has no problem making us wait, but when she is waiting on us, suddenly it's a problem. I said right in front of this woman, "I decided not to eat here, because this woman is rude, and I do not trust her, not to mess with my sub, so I'm not ordering. The woman suddenly, became nice, to my BF. Male centered woman on board. My hmmm isn't into that centering BS. She very nicely said. I'm trying to take this ladies order. My BF put his food down on the counter in front of her, and simply said, I do not want my food either then and we walked out. My suggestion would be to clean up the place, retrain employees, and get some authentic Italians in there to help. I didn't take pics of the problem employees, because if the owner wants to know who they are, he can reach out. They do not need to be on blast, for being consistently rude, because this was not the first time, and it's always the same people. They know who they are.

This was such a hearty, comfort-food style meal, and I would absolutely order it again. The restaurant itself was clean, cozy, and had a great atmosphere. The seating was comfortable, and the overall vibe made it a really enjoyable place to sit down and eat. Service was also excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and quick.
