We pulled up and there was a sign in the window that said "back in 5 minutes", so we waited. The barista came to the window soon after and was very nonchalant. Didn't really greet us, i think she just expected us to start ordering. Between us ordering, she did not say a word... she gave us the little square payment box and closed the window to make the drinks. When she came back she still said nothing. It is cheaper than Starbucks and just as good. The staff I've encountered have always been cheerful and friendly and the service fast. That is my experience and opinion and I'm sticking to it.
