I spoke with the two guys behind the counter who were from Turkey, they were both very pleasant. I ordered the drink, and they asked if I wanted cinnamon on it. They were both very friendly and helpful and the chai tea was very very good. They had brownie bites and other assorted treats as well. I would highly recommend it if you are downtown.

The bad: my Chocolate Mint Oreo Scramble tasted a lot like chocolate and not very minty. I would have preferred it made with vanilla custard, not chocolate. I did not order the Grasshopper Pie Scramble because they add butterscotch and graham crackers to it. A grasshopper pie does not have either of those so I am not sure why Zesty's add them. The Mint Blast sounded like it had too much chocolate added to it, but I probably should have ordered that one as in hindsight it actually looks minty. More bad: my husband's PB Banana Bliss was missing the fudge and did not look like the picture on the menu. Big disappointment. The worst: it took 45 minutes to get our order. All we ordered was custard. There were 3 people waiting to get their food when we walked in, and 2 groups of 2 in front of us in line. That is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for custard or any food, for that matter. Also, 1 of the people waiting when we walked in, asked how long it was going to be to get her food. The cashier gave the customer her food a short time later, got very close to the customer's face and went on a rant about how the food is made fresh. I sure hope the customer contacted management. Completely unacceptable behavior for an employee.
