I've been snacking on that throughout the day. I mentioned to them that Yelp has them listed as being open until 2 AM on Friday night. First, the sour dough bread is absolutely amazing! Some of the best I've ever had. We will definitely continue purchasing the bread. We won't go in for brunch again though. I ordered toast, crispy potatoes, a side of bacon. My daughter ordered eggs Benedict . My order came and the waitress had forgot to put in the potatoes . This was after confirming the order twice. When the potatoes came it was a small portion swimming in some kind of spicy seasoned oil. For $8 I would have expected a bit more portion wise. The bacon was fine. Nothing remarkable, and $4 for two slices. The toast and jam was ok. The toast bordered on burnt and was served without butter. The jam was more like a strained strawberry puree. The toast was tasty, except for the slightly burnt top. The eggs Benedict was $22. For that price they should be stellar! The English muffin had burnt bits, the hollandaise was ok, nothing special , the ham was tasty , but the egg was poached way past the point you would want or expect with eggs Benedict . There was a side of thinly sliced zucchini and squash that was quite tasty . Again, terrific bread- but we will skip the dine in options. read more

Outstanding sourdough products. Such a wonderful concept. As a sourdough bread baker myself, I was in heaven. I ordered the asparagus eggs Benedict. I asked for the eggs cooked hard, no running parts. When it was served the waitress apologized and said it was the chefs concept and he felt the eggs needed to be cooked to his liking. WHAT????? Christina the waitress was outstanding and immediately offered to have them make something else. I told her no and simply took the running eggs off my food. The balance tasted amazing. Note to chef: if a customer requests hard eggs, don't ignore!!! read more

Very beautiful and spacious place. However, the service my friend and I received was very poor. The only attention we received was from the blonde barista who seated us and provided us water. It seems like the staff prefer to mingle with each other instead of paying attention to the customers. We were not assigned a server. Someone decided by chance to come over and take our order, so we did. I noticed our food was ready over at the kitchen for a minute, but that the food runner was busy in conversation with the chef and didn't want to interfere with their talk, so our food sat there for a bit. We ate and sat there for a while waiting for the check or for someone to check in on us, and it became clear we had no server. So, we started walking over to the front to pay when one of the staff smiled at us walking towards the front before we told them we still had to pay. Without that reminder I think we could've gotten a free meal because no one was paying attention to our table whatsoever. This was exclusive to our table, as every other table was covered and regularly checked up on. Disappointing experience...the blonde barista seems to be the only staff here who is genuinely focused on her job. Everyone else is more concerned with socializing and pretty much just chooses when they're interested in being focused or professional. We have been to Green Bay so many times and have done so many different, not great, coffee shops. To find this one on a morning we were just passing through - a total AhHH moment! So frustrated that we never found it before because it's amazing! It's so unique and classy and the coffee was amazing. It's a restaurant and bakery as well so you can order to go or sit down. They have drinks as well as coffee so it just seems like a great Saturday morning hang. The sourdough croissant was amazing. The coffee and the breve latte we got were amazing. And there's a cute little market right outside their door in the hallway with ale and kombucha and cheese and sausage. We had a delicious brunch at Voyageurs. What an amazing gem for Green Bay. My wife had the Apple French Toast with old fashioned crumble, which was great. Never thought apple sauce (!?) on French toast would be a food thing, but it was. My Benedict Eggs Royale with smoked salmon was among one of best Egg Benedicts I've ever had. It's been the better part of a day and I'm still thinking about it. Service was friendly and a bit relaxed. The space itself was gorgeous. Our drinks were good as well. We unfortunately have a tendency to be in Green Bay only on Sundays, when they're closed, but we'll definitely try to find our way back sometime. Highly recommended. read more

It's fun to return to a place where you used to live and see what is new. This place is so new, the grand opening was still a week away and three friends said we should go so off we went! Light and bright with exposed brick walls and what appears to be the original tin ceiling (painted), Since it was a soft opening, they didn't have full inventory but we ordered a cinnamon roll and a morning bun and shared them. Such flaky goodness; I didn't miss the cream cheese frosting although hubby did (said he was not a purist like I was). The breads looked delicious but we didn't indulge. Locally made ice cream was also available. The steamers are made with house made syrup and were so much better than the bottled kind - just a touch of taste and not overly sweet. Opening morning was spectacular in every way. I've been WAITING to enjoy Voyagers in their new space. I used to love this location when it was The Cannery and have been anxious to see what awesomeness these fantastic owners would bring to the interior. They did NOT disappoint. Everyone is so friendly here! I am visiting from out of town and took a quick hop over one morning. The Maple Latte was a great way to start my morning along side a sourdough croissant. They have a lot of sourdough pastries so there's plenty to try including sandwiches on their bread. The spot I went to for dinner (Plae's Bistro) even serves a few of their items on their sourdough so can really be transformed into some delicious things as well. After a couple attempts, I was disappointed with the lack of options on the menu and in the case. I really wanted to like the place though. What's more frustrating is while you can't buy a croissant to eat, you can see them being made fresh. The lattes; wasn't a fan of the honey latte or the maple latte. The cinnamon roll latte is very good though. The service is friendly but there isn't much that can be done when they don't have things available. The place is large and clean. The food was good, but our breakfast sandwhich was cold. It was still delicious though. It was more so the service. I believe there were at least four servers, 2 others walking around. We waited 20 minutes for anyone to even greet us or give us water. Three others were helped prior to us that had sat down after us. Like I stated prior, our food was cold, and and we had to go up to the register because we were waiting so long to have someone check us out. They messed up my drink order which I did not mind because like I said everything was still good. But as somebody who has worked in the service industry for over 15 years, I could've handled the entire restaurant myself, so I find the service we received, unacceptable. read more

While at a conference in Green Bay, I stumbled upon Voyageurs Bakehouse on Yelp and was SO glad I did. It was delectable! With a convenient location that is clean, open, plenty of seating, and inviting, I felt immediately welcomed. I started with an iced Lavender Latte and it was scrumptious. The Lavender really shone through and I enjoyed every sip. I got it with whole milk, making it smooth, creamy, and robust. Got my meal I got the asparagus avocado sandwich. Oh my goodness. I don't know if I've ever enjoyed a vegetarian dish so much. It was full, hearty, and flavorful. I especially appreciated the fresh house made bread, which is the specialty at Voyageurs Bakehouse. The house made gochujang sauce was also SO GOOD! I'll be at the conference all weekend and my husband is joining. I fully intend to return with him before the weekend is out. YUM! Sourdough bread and croissants were to die for. I went to the store and it was a cute vibe. You walk in and there is a grocery store area and the bread is displayed to take home. I ordered the country loaf and 2 of the chocolate croissants and 2 almond croissant! They also offered a sample of their pumpkin loaf! The coffee was great too I enjoyed my coffee while doing some school work! The workers were so helpful, kind, and friendly. They even offered to carry my goodies to my table. Once we figured out how to get to the main entrance it was a welcome sight. The parking is convenient and plentiful for lunch, might be busier at night with the brewhouse. This place is BIG TIME! What an absolute joy to walk in to warm, fresh smelling bake shop with decedent morsels that look amazing and taste... OMG, like heaven on earth. I want good eats that are balanced and this place has it down to a science. Sweet, savory, salty and even elements of umami are in everything. Today I had the sourdough croissant, chocolate croissant and almond croissant plus salted mocha cookies and the smoked salmon sandwich. First the sweets.... Awesome, absolutely awesome. I can say that I am hereby addicted to the salted mocha cookies and almond croissant. Perfect balance between richness, buttery, sweet and salty. The blend is spot on and the collection of sweet goods was truly a rare treat in this day and age. Lots of love going into these and you get a mouthful in every bite. The smoked salmon sandwich was a gastronomic journey. The salmon was flaky fresh, beets, fresh dill, cucumber and lettuce. BAM! Such a delight and so satisfying after my gym workout. What a wonderful place! Everything they offer tastes like quality. Their breads are fresh. They have amazing refrigerated options as well - salmon pate spread, salads, jams, cheeses, meats, beverages. I'd love to stop here before hosting a gathering to buy all the supplies for an amazing charcuterie board! Plus, and this might only be around the holidays, they do sell wooden Voyageurs-branded boards. When we stopped (for our first visit here) we ordered a pastrami reben sandwich. There was definitely a lunchtime rush. However, I want to caution that you should expect to wait for your sandwich. We ended up waiting probably about 15+ minutes. Every sandwich is handmade with love. How do I know that?! You can watch the person making the sandwiches - and they definitely put time and effort into each and every sandwich. Honestly, I don't consider this a bad thing - the sandwich was SO worth the wait. Just cautioning in case someone goes in and wants a sandwich ASAP. The decor is SO cute.
