Thers normally very good service but 8 July around 2 pm, not so much. We were behind one car for over 10 minutes. Then we were at the counter with no service even longer. We saw 5 cars get service and leave before we were even checked on. There were a lot of people just standing around on phones. When I saw the drive thru filled with cars wrapped around the building I was a little worried I'd have a long wait. Not at all! Those drive thru order takers had things moving like a Chikfila! I placed my order within 2 minutes and had my drink in less than 5 mins later! Plus they were super friendly and knowledgeable! So many different drinks to choose from but I ended up going with the Sweet and Salty Chiller. Let's just say I was on a sugar high after the first sip! It was almost more like a dessert than coffee drink so I'm thinking next time I'll go with a different flavor and add a shot of espresso to kick up the coffee flavor a bit. I stopped here one afternoon because my wife was bitchin. I was also in a mood for an iced coffee so I figured I'd test this place out. I usually like my starbys iced coffee but I figured why not try this new place out. I drove up through the drive-thru which was myself and maybe 4 cars ahead of me. A woman was in the driveway Just taking orders. It wasn't very quick. I thought they were stupid slow for you know coffee orders. And the iced coffee that I ordered was just ridiculously expensive. I can't remember the exact amount since I went there a little while ago And I tried seeing a menu with prices either in the reviews or on their website and there is Not a menu with prices to be found. But it was closer to $18 for 2 large Blondie's with ice filled to the brim. This is for a coffee with some flavor in it people! I'm actually pretty surprised that it has the reviews that it does and has a 4.8 rating right now. But what throws me off is all the pictures are generic pictures. This place has great coffee! The line always seems really long but it does go by very fast. They gave us a free small drink a few days ago as first time customers which was nice. They also had the best cold brew I've had in Jacksonville, which we stopped by for again today but they were out of their cold brew completely! That was the only con I have of this place, as a coffee chain you've got to ensure you're up to par on logistics. I ended up getting a latte today since they were out of cold brew and it was fine, they made up for it.
