I am the biggest sucker for boba tea places because the interiors are always nicely decorated. Get Craftea didn't disappoint. The space is always clean and inviting, with a game center with drawers full of games and books/magazines for all to enjoy. I've always gotten great service here. Everyone is kind and willing to answer any questions. My husband and I get our usual orders, his being the brown sugar milk tea with boba and mine being the Thai tea with no boba. Prices are decent and taste is almost always spot on. No complaints! read more

Service is top notch so as the boba selection drinks and food!!! So delicious & tasty!! 10/10 recommend!!! Their smoothies with add ons are delicious! Our favorites are Matcha Smoothie, Matcha with brown sugar, Guava smoothie, Dragonfruit smoothie, Thai tea. Spam musubi, chef's special Okonomiyaki & Shrimp wonton with chili pepper sauce is super delicious! Worth trying!! Staffs are so friendly, outgoing, and wonderful. Great customer service! read more

The first and best boba place in Jacksonville! Me and my family have visited this location for years and every time we are met with great customer service, amazing food and drinks. And they're the best when it comes to drink orders, if you don't like the drink that you ordered they will replace it for you without hesitation. They offer customer loyalty where, for every ten drinks you buy you get a freebie! Also on your birthday you get a free drink of choice. I'm obsessed with this place. Stumbled upon it on accident and now I can't get enough. Brings me back to Japan!! The owner is so sweat and put so much creativity into their drinks! The inside of the store is so cute as well. I haven't tried food yet but that's next on my to do! I'm a huge Thai milk tea fan. This is hands down my absolute favorite boba tea place! I have never had a bad drink here and the service is amazing. Everyone there is so friendly and will make sure you like your drink! As a boba lover, this is by FAR the best boba I've had in Jacksonville! It's also the only place I've found that offer custard as a topping, a topping I've only been able to get in ASIA! Super happy I gave this place a try as they will now be my favorite place to go to. They didn't have brown sugar syrup for my favorite drink style but Kimberly recommended me something similar. It was delicious and may I say even BETTER than my usual favorite flavor! Great service, she was so kind. The store is very clean and offers a lot of seating along with free wifi. I'm ecstatic to find this spot. read more

Visited this location again after a few years only because we were in the area and their boba is still by far the worst in town. My milk tea was more like just milk with ice and the boba tasted OLD and hard. The lady at the cashier was also very soft spoken and I had to ask her to repeat herself many times. Won't ever be coming back again. read more

I got an iced pineapple lychee w strawberry jelly. The jelly was heart shaped which was cute. But the drink was okay. Unfortunately my straw broke and I had to drink my drink out of the spout. I don't know much in this world, but I know food and I know tea. Specifically the culture of boba tea. I spent 10 years in California because I was obsessed with TEA and the tasty squishy pearls known as boba This place has got IT and they do it right. The tea is strong enough to taste and the boba is cooked perfectly. They have a sweetness scale and my half sweet passion fruit green tea was on point. I'm considering moving to Jacksonville so that I can be a regular! I love that they are eco friendly, however, I did miss the familiar "snap" of my straw jabbing through the plastic cover of usual boba teas. Excellent job y'all. Thanks for opening your shop! Nestled in the little strip mall between Fish Cave and a Vape store, near Once Upon a Child, sits a unique store in Jville. These boba shops are a dime a dozen in East Los Angeles where I grew up. Turns out the owner's a sweet military couple, who also grew up in the same area. They know how good boba is supposed to be. Just like the boba shops there, you can customize your drink to the level of sweetness that suits you. Drinks can either be made with a water or tea base. They'll be adding more healthy drinks in the future, like pennywort and chrysanthemum tea. I can already hear my mom bugging me to drink more of these to balance out the fire in my body. I chose the milk tea with 50% sweetness with boba and aloe. My son got a strawberry smoothie with added strawberries. My daughter chose passion fruit with boba. If you like your sweetened ice teas then choose 100% sweet. I still want to taste the flavor of the tea, so 50% is just right for me. What I'm waiting for is the food. In the father future, they plan to add snack foods like popcorn chicken. I CAN'T wait! Feeling nostalgic already! I hope they make tea infused foods to go along with their yummy drinks! So glad to see old fashioned board games at each table. With all these millennials on their iPhone, it'll be a pleasant change to see some dialogue and old fashion fun for a change. On Thursdays, they offer a 15% off military discount. Currently, there's a yelp check in offer for a free topping. I'm loving their aloe! Try it with a tea or lychee. They offer free samples and even offer to make you a new drink if you're not satisfied with what you've ordered. Kudos to the owner for being eco-friendly. They use wooden/bamboo straws that decompose within 4-6 months! Love that they care more about our earth than profits!!! Will be back at least once a week! Only Boba place in town so without question I'm gonna stop in. Out of Boba 50% of the time I go here though. Customer service is always friendly but more than likely going to be a line. Drinks are inconsistent. What I order today will not taste the same if I order the same thing tomorrow. Either way it's a good stop but call before so u can see if they're gonna have Boba if that's what you are looking for. If anyone wants to get into the boba business it wouldn't be hard to beat this place out. They wouldn't stand a chance against competition. read more

Great service, decent tea, okay boba. Was in Jacksonville for the day and decided to stop by and grab a Thai Tea. The tea itself was decent & I enjoyed it. On the other hand, the boba was subpar at best. I'm not sure if it was undercooked or what, but it was somewhat reminiscent of a Swedish Fish candy left on the shelf for way too long. I ended up pinching my straw as I drank in order to avoid eating them. However, it did seem like they were having an off day as one of the workers spilled matcha all over the floor in the back, so I'll chalk it up to that and give it another try when I come back over here. One neat thing I did notice was that they use bamboo straws as an environmentally-conscious option. It also seemed pretty clean, save for a fly or two buzzing around. But with this being one of the only boba places around, it's certainly not the worst option. read more

I've been a regular since close to their grand opening. Their drinks are pretty good as well as their boba. ...My recent visit with them triggered me a bit to where I felt like they were a bit apathetic and lacked customer satisfaction. Also adding on with the response from the owner on google. With that being said, I won't be coming back and don't mind driving to pho le or further down for my boba cravings. FINALLY, a boba place in Jacksonville! I absolutley love Get Craftea. I personally know the owners, and they are the most wonderful, loving people out there! I love the variety of boba you can get here. Whether you want a tea, milk tea, or slushi, they will customize for you. I am a huge fan of the large selection of different flavor combinations plus the fact that you can control the sweetness level. I havent had any of their food, but I've heard nothing but good things. First of all whenever I come they are never open. Sometimes they just close randomly. Also their menu is just really weird to me and different from other boba tea places I've been to. Today I asked for a lavender milk tea and the drink they gave me tasted absolutely nothing like lavender. Just takes like a regular milk tea unflavored. I asked for them to add more lavender but the lady said adding more lavender would make the drink taste gross and she suggests next time I should just order another drink. She didn't try to fix my drink or even offer me another one today.. AND they are superrrr slow and for their smoothies the only real fruit they have is banana. read more

Waited legit 25 mins for our drinks and 5 other people that ordered AFTER us got their drinks only for me to asked for a refund and their excuse was that they were refilling the syrups and stuff. Okay so you're telling me the other 5 people had enough ingredients for their drinks but not mine? And not to mention, they didn't even have boba and said we would have to wait if we still wanted boba... I would not come back unless you REALLY want boba THAT bad. read more

It was the first of three Filipino restaurants we visited on my wife's/my Carolina week long visit, and was the best out of all of them, even though by far it was the least expensive. Driving from Durham NC to Myrtle Beach, my wife and I took a longer route so we could eat at this 'Point-Point' steam table restaurant deep in the South. Steam table means everything is pre-cooked and sitting at a buffet station. The food can suffer in the same way that a buffet can: the food gets old fast and it definitely tastes different if you can get a fresh(er) batch vs one that has been sitting out for a while. We got there about 45 minutes before opening (opens at noon on a Sunday). It's in an isolated strip mall (seemingly in the middle of nowhere), with plenty of parking. As we waited in the car, we saw many prospective customers trying to get in. The doors opened promptly at 12 pm, and we were the 3rd party in line. The order taking process is intentionally slowed to allow the serving of the food to take place not long after it has been ordered and (pre)paid. This did mean that the line went out the door for our entire dine-in visit, and we got to see the make up of the regulars. Everyone was patient: it was very clear that it was mostly locals, coming not because they wanted Filipino food, but because they wanted good tasting food at a good price. It's a small dining area, but the vast majority of people were doing carry-out so there was always some seating available. They use Clover as the POS, and identify themselves as 'Filipino Cuisine'. We got the 3 choice combo plate ($16.99), served with white rice along with a can of coke ($1.99...no soda machine here) and a side of Ukoy ($2.50). There is a 4% surcharge for credit card use. Each choice was the size of a small a la carte portion, and one would have been enough for the two of us for lunch. The food was delivered to your table, and they will bus (or one can self-bus since a garbage can is available and everything is served in disposable containers). Ukoy - shrimp and vegetable fritter - really big piece and made that morning, so was still crispy. I really like vegetable fritters and this version was OK, a bit dry but that's what the accompanying vinegar dipping sauce was for. Pork Adobo - very tender meat, not too much fat, with added onions (what you would expect in a biftek). The amount of saltiness went perfectly with the white rice. Biftek - this had the sabaw of biftek, but the cut was cubed, meaning closer to caldereta. The beef cuts were just excellent (little gristle), very tender. This amount of beef would easily be $20 in a 'nice' Filipino restaurant. Pork Sinigang - really good, just the way I like it. Wasn't overly sour, with plenty of vegetables and generous amount of pork. The broth had definitely been skimmed of grease, resulting in a dish that was more homemade (where time is taken to do the skimming) than other turo-turo places I've been. Looking over the menu can tell you about the competition in the area, and it looks like Vietnamese Pho is pretty rare in Jacksonville. Turo Turo has Pho on their menu, and even modified their name to highlight it. I've found that many Filipinos like their dishes with all the extracted fat remaining, which makes much of their soup inedible for me (in that context, it's grease, not flavor-enhancing fat). But as noted, their sinigang was good, with most of the pork fat skimmed off the broth...so thinking their Pho is probably pretty good too. We've eaten at many, many Turo-Turo places (so many around where we live), and this place has to be near the top in terms of value and taste. Funny that it's in a place that we wouldn't expect, serving locals that one would expect in the area. Both of us really liked this restaurant, and the plentiful leftovers became our dinner that night with no regrets.

Portions are fair and we ended up taking some home from our lunch. Areas they could improve; I don't know if we hit them on a bad day, but it was really hot inside, since the food is also hot I tend not to want to eat if I get over heated. We were uncomfortably hot and sweating even before our food came out. Canned soda. Buy or lease a soda dispenser. You make more profits and can keep costs down. I really dislike restraints that serve only soda in cans, charge too much, then you have to ask for a cup and ice and there are no refills or larger portions.

We prefer Thai, Korean, Filipino and Vietnamese to most Chinese and Pho Le hit all the right notes. We also had good support staff, the host and waiter were fast and efficient. I had the combination Pho, medium size. I forgot to get a photo but I did get the shot of the fresh ingredients you add at the table. She couldn't answer most of our questions without consulting someone in the back. We both got fried shrimp & fish combo plates (mine flounder, hers catfish). The food came out super hot and the hushpuppies were good, but when I asked for butter I got a small cup of yellow liquid. Possibly melted butter, but it had no taste and wasn't oily at all so not really sure what that was. Asked for solid butter and it appeared to confuse the waitress. My friend and I both tried to explain, but once the waitress maybe understood, she said they didn't have solid butter, so I asked what they melted to bring out what she did. She had no clue, but thought it came that way. The slaw was cut into larger pieces than I'm used to seeing for slaw and was a bit more watery than typical, but the flavor was decent. The shrimp tasted like pre-breaded and frozen that was cooked on site, but it still had tails on and there were only 4 in the serving basket. These were not large shrimp. The flounder was hard to describe. My guess is they arrived as thin battered and frozen rectangles that someone raggedly snapped the ends off before frying. They were not remotely fish shaped, nor did they have any fish flavor to them although I will concede the little bit of meat inside looked fish textured. I couldn't force myself to eat the flounder. I did eat the shrimp, which were mediocre at best. The fries, which were clearly made from frozen, were stuck together in clumps of 5-6, making them difficult to eat. They were edible, but the ones at McDonald's are much better. My friend's catfish did actually look like a piece of fish. I didn't try it, but she pronounced it ok for what seemed to be fast food seafood. I don't imagine we will be going there a second time. For the prices, the food was quite disappointing. The waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs, but so inadequately trained for the job it was laughable. I will say that one of the people who came in after us ordered the Pho and it did look like it would be good.
