Interesting new place. Coffee is good and cold brews including teas are really good too.

The staff is always very nice. When you're a regular, they remember you, remember what you talked about the last visit, etc. It definitely makes a difference. My go-to drink is a the iced cinnamon roll - it's super yummy and always on point. My next up is the iced sweet & salty - it's flavor is not quite as subtle as the cinnamon roll, so I like to switch it up sometimes. I also appreciate the size of the drinks - they are big, so I have plenty to sip on throughout my workday. The only negative I have is that sometimes, the flavor combos/ratios seem a little off, so it's not quite as expected. But my solids are always great and I am a frequent customer. I will say it's like the fast food of coffee but they do a great job making a good cup of sweetness. The wife and I came to this location for a little pep and left with something sweet enough to eat. The employees were very efficient with the ordering and the delivery. Good stuff all around! read more

The coffee at 7 Brew in Charleston is amazing, and Jordan made the experience even better. The drive-thru was hectic and a little disorganized when we went (Saturday rush I presume), but she stayed calm, kind, and collected the whole time, even while under visible pressure. We actually noticed another coworker speak to her in a pretty abrasive tone, and despite that, Jordan handled it with complete grace and stayed focused on giving great service. She clarified our very specific coffee orders without missing a beat and even gave us a laugh while we waited. Jordan is a true professional, and she made our day. 7 Brew is lucky to have her. Forgot to review this, was here a few weeks ago on their swag day. I have been to the 7 Brew in Summerville. This one is the same, in terms of the coffee quality. Overall it's good coffee, it as sweet as Lodi across the street, and no food. It's hard to order here, you can't see the menus well, the menus are moving and rotating so you can't read them, if you don't know your order up front it's really frustrating. As another reviewer pointed out, very loud music to the point where it's hard to order. Prices are fine. This lot is a bit tight to maneuver in. Staff was friendly and coffee came out quick. I forgot to post this the week they opened. They were giving free small coffees. I had never had 7 Brews before. I enjoyed my coffee and I've been back once since. The employees were polite and pleasant. The line moved pretty fast. The only thing is the menu needs to further back on the line so you can make a decision. We had such a sweet server!!! She accommodated for our big group with split pays and was very interactive and informative. All of our drinks and the muffin tops were delicious - and they have milk alternatives as well! Coffee drinks are very inconsistent. Went there when they opened and got a great latte, then went there today. Got 2 iced latte when we didn't order them iced. Thought we'd give it a try anyways but they are extreme watery, bland, no coffee flavor at all, taste like artificial sugar was added. Not impressed read more
