First of all, staff were standoffish/very low energy, cutting us off when asking questions about the very very extensive menu. So, okay fine, moving on... I have worked as a barista in the past so maybe my expectations for coffee shops is higher than others, but even when I've asked for drinks to be made less sweet/no toppings/no whipped cream, they always come out still tasting insanely sweet. If you like dessert-in-a-cup styled drinks, this is your place! This is the first time I've gotten food here and tbh I would pass on getting breakfast here if I were to go again. The everything toast was okay, but very very over seasoned and salty so I couldn't even finish it, and my husband got an omelette with some veggies and turkey added. Turkey was cold and the veggies were raw and to be honest, when I'm paying $40 at a coffee shop, I expect to be able to at least stomach the food and drinks I'm getting. Other than the consumables, the interior is very cute and there's many seating options available.

I saw they had boba which was SOOOO EXCITING!!! I don't know of any other place in Wilkes that sells boba tea. I decided to try that and come back for milkshakes at a later date. First let me say the customer service was phenomenal. Very personal, friendly, and kind. I got the cotton candy milk tea and taro milk tea to try. I liked both, my only criticism is I wish the flavors were more concentrated, I like a strong flavor in my tea. I also feel like the ice took up a lot of room in the cup in comparison to other boba teas I have tried. I also got a Dubai chocolate cup from there, it was delicious!! There is no indoor seating but there is outdoor seating. I really hope to go back soon and try their milkshakes.

I pull up to the window and she has her hand out waiting and states my total. As I'm grabbing my change from her hand I hear her say something about a straw, put my change up, and see her handing me my drink and I was getting ready to say something about a straw, and after I take my drink she tells me my food will be ready in a minute and almost closes the window in my face. I asked for a straw then look at my drink and realized it had no cold foam, which I thought could've been my fault and I didn't click the button and I checked the sticker, and it said it was supposed to have cold foam. She rolled her eyes as I handed her the drink and dumped some of my drink out in the sink and added the cold foam and handed me my food. No words were exchanged. I was annoyed by her lack of service and her crabby attitude at this point so I looked for a name tag and when there was none I asked for her name and she again sighed and said melanie and I said okay. All in all, she is the rudest person I've experienced working there. Normally they're super kind and would be more than willing to fix their error and accommodate my request to add food.
