She is strong and thorough and her studio is very comfortable. I enjoy our discussions before my massage and I am grateful for her attentive care. Gladly I will. I've spent a good amount of money this past year at MD spa and planned on spending more but I will find a reputable professional place to invest in my treatments. My masseur was completely tuned in to my body and comfortability level, checking in periodically, even though she really didn't even need to because she was spot on the entire time . She even explained some of the obscure areas that were strangely connected and loosened up spots that I didn't even realize were so tense. My body has never felt so limber and relaxed after a massage. I will definitely be returning, and I'm going to make it a 90- minute next time. :)

I especially love that this is a small business instead of a national chain that tries to upsell their service or urges you to buy a membership... I was OFFERED a more inclusive massage but I think that had more to do with how I was a new customer and she wanted to let me know the different options available; it was definitely NOT an upsell! Let me say, I've had a few doctors remark on how my "supraspinatal" muscles (above the shoulder blades) are like cement: very tight, very stiff and contribute to my neck pain; this can happen from a busy daily life, a bad mattress, etc .. I happen to have a chronic disorder that causes it so it's not an easy fix.. Well Lucy, the masseuse, found all the trigger points underneath my cement-like muscles and very patiently, very thoroughly, worked on them with perfect pressure, and I almost melted into the table with relief-- I'm going to sleep very well tonight, something I haven't been able to do for a long while now! I want to come back ASAP and get a foot massage (I didn't get one today because my feet are in dire need of a pedicure) and when I do, I'll definitely report back to share the details!
