Went for acrylic removal and gel. They did not soak the acrylics off, but instead shipped the edges…read morethen "popped" them off, removing layers of my actual nail and breaking the tips. My thumbnail partially separated from the nail bed and stings like a B. It was very painful. By the time I realized what was happening I was just too stunned to speak up. The person who did my gel afterwards was very nice, but never once sanitized or asked me to wash my hands. Overall the workers were kind, but my nails were so damaged and in pain from the removal it was terrible.
