All three consistently have terrible attitudes. They either seem to hate their jobs, dislike dealing with customers, or both. I dread coming here knowing there's a good chance I'll have to interact with one of them, but unfortunately it's often unavoidable. In a time when good jobs can be difficult to find, you would think employees would put more effort into providing basic customer service. For the record, I am Black myself, so let's not turn this into a race issue. I only mentioned race because I don't know all of their names and wanted to identify the specific employees I'm referring to, not anyone else who may work there. These employees are consistently unpleasant and would probably be better suited for positions that involve less direct customer interaction, such as produce, stocking, or the meat department. Their attitudes make what should be a simple shopping trip far more frustrating than it needs to be.

Still new and shiny, you will find about 20 pumps and a very clean store. Their grab n go section was stocked on every visit, despite the early hour (usually between 5am-5:30am). There were plenty of hot breakfast options like burritos and breakfast sandwiches and a few grab for later items like fruit, lunchables and similar. The selections of drinks, coffee and Swirl ice cream were extensive- especially the coffee! Not to mention a huge amount of coolers. I can't imagine that you won't find something to tide you over inside; the selection is too varied. During later hours they have more hot items, but they even had hot dogs ready at 5am. Service has been mixed. When there is more than one person working, they are polite but won't ask you if you need help finding anything or how you're doing. There have been a couple of times when there was one woman working by herself and cleaning the store at the same time. I wouldn't call her friendly, but she was definitely efficient as she used both registers to help 4 people really quickly. When heading to work, I appreciate quick over nice. First let me say the store part is fine and well run. This is strictly about the pharmacy. Where to…read morebegin. Well let's start with HIPPA violations. I called because I had an order in limbo AGAIN. This literally happens every month. The gentleman who picked up went over my prescriptions by name and all without verifying who I was. When I asked a question that required him to go into the system he finally verified me. I'm guessing that's because the system won't let them in without answers to the verification questions. The thing is, I didn't need to know anything about my prescriptions other than where they were. He didn't listen to what I initially asked which led to the HIPPA issues. When he finally listened we were able to find the delivery order was just like I said it was but nobody in the pharmacy had processed it. Again this happens every single month. I only go to Walgreens because my benefit plan switched from Kroger to Walgreens. It has been an absolute disaster. The people I've encountered in the pharmacy have been rude in some cases, liars in some cases and inept in all cases. They need to clean house and start over. I'm going to switch to a different location that's out of my way to see if it's this location or a systemic issue within Walgreens. And the App is absolute trash. Worst app in their industry by far.
