I now have an HMO, which requires that I use Walgreens. I hate it... Wednesday September 10th at approx. 11:00 pm, I submitted a transfer request. I received a confirmation email, from Walgreens listing the two prescriptions to be transferred from CVS, and informing me that my prescriptions would be ready the next day - Thursday September 11th @ 11:00 a.m. I kept checking the app, so that I could go pick up my prescription. Finally, I called at 7:07 pm. I was on hold 20 minutes and then someone hung up on me. I called back at 7:27. This call lasted approximately 24 minutes. I asked about the status of my transfer and I was told that they had no transfer request. I told her that I had email conformation. She apologized and said she would process the transfer RIGHT THEN. She asked for the complete spelling of the 2 meds I needed transferred, dosage, etc. On Friday September 12, I called at 11:36 am. I was on the call a total of 20 minutes. She said they didn't have the transfer request, but she would process it RIGHT THEN. Again, I was asked to spell the medication, give dosage, etc. She then informs me that one of them cannot be transferred. My doctor would have to send a request to Walgreens. Let me remind you, I have an email confirmation, from days ago, which includes the two prescriptions. This was now my 3rd request for this SAME TRANSFER. I ended up going to pick up one of my prescriptions from CVS, because I really needed it. This took extra time, gas and effort; as Walgreens is closer. It ALSO COST ME EXTRA MONEY BECAUSE CVS IS OUT OF NETWORK!! As of today, Monday September 15th @ 4:00 pm, that other prescription still hasn't been processed. This isn't a dinner order I'm complaining about. These medications literally save people's lives!! When it's time to re-elect insurance coverage, I will not be choosing a plan which requires me to use Walgreens. I've had so many bad experiences with this particular Walgreens Pharmacy. I'm just over it. The customer service here is non-existent.

Well there's two Diffrent sizes (actually my buddy sails the bottles are the exact same, but it says they put more liquid in the more expensive one, hopefully. The small one is like right at 20$ while the "more filled" bottle is slightly above 30$ with tax. As you can tell I'm not rich, and anytime a liquid gets anywhere near 200$ an ounce, well I don't drink but I better become very inebriated if I purchase it! Better yet I better have just robbed a bank, and am already very inebriated!! lol. Bc these same bottles are like 11$ and 18 something at Walmart! The exact same sized products. And most all of there CVS products are buy 1 get the 2nd half off. It's all on some bullshit that I don't really want to pay for once, I damn sure don't want another, for 50% more. This is why when an older family member passes you go to there house to help clean up and they have 200 btls unopened of stuff like vitamin b6, niacin, vitamin E, a,b,c,d....... All CVs brand. They have 5gs of shit they never thought about using, but hey it only cost them 2,500$, who could pass on that!! lol. They want IDs for returns even with a receipt and get very upset if you can't remember your wife's rewards number!!lol. I'm surprised they don't ask for your 3 oldest kids's socials! Lol. And I haven't even gotten back to the manager at the Noel location in Dallas. So I picked up a couple prescriptions from the pharmacy, and before I paid I had my so go grab a 12 pack of coke. So we're walking out, they manager is standing write in the middle of the aisle, I tell him to have a good day, and I notice he looks at me and my son, a little diffrent and never responded to my have a a great evening. I take two more steps and the manager breaks into a run, screaming stop theif!! Me and my son are looking wildly try to find this theif I was even considering helping, that is until I figured out that the kids he was referring to my so and myself, I'm sure I looked a little befuddled, as I tried to grasp the situation while at the same time playing tug oh war with that 12 pack. He started saying "I remember you" , from where, we go to high school together or something? That's what I was thinking anyways. I let go of the receipt to look for my receipt in my pocket, which I either had them send me a digital one or they forgot to give it to me. That was all the proof he needed, he tried to start taking my bag with all the scripts And stuff. I realized everyone was starting at the father son theiving Duo, and I was so embarrassed instead of walking the rest of the way back to the pharmacy, I made sure he wasn't getting away with the bag of scripts, I told my son, "let's go" screw the cokes". And we got the hell out of there, I'll never ever go there again. I'm not sure where that manager is from, but I'm pretty sure they are all rude, and have plenty of sand but no beaches!!!!!! lol, but it was not a joking matter

It is always a pleasure picking up my medications from her. She always takes an interest in my health at each visit and takes time from her busy schedule just to have a nice conversation. My issue is that I spent half an hour putting together an online order for shipping my supplements ($200). I have it shipped because the store never has all the supplements I want. At checkout, I tried to apply my OTC benefit card. I get a pop-up that says they don't accept OTC benefit cards online - only in person. It'd be nice if they'd tell you up front that they don't accept online orders using the card. What a waste of time.
