Curbside pick up order placed 1/17 for pick up the following day with time frame of 12-1230pm. Showed up early to ensure I would have enough time to find a parking spot. Every parking spot was full and I was the 4th car in line waiting on the access road to enter the parking lot. I waited 10 minutes before I was able to enter the parking lot another 10 mins before I pulled into a curbside pick up parking spot. 12:02 is when I checked in on the HEB web browser because the HEB APP. Wasn't working correctly. 12:28 I called the phone 737-484-0700# manger by the name Shirley answered the phone and asked me how can I help you. I asked for status on my order since the time frame I was given was close to expire. She said okay can what do you want me to do about it? My response was well I guess nothing since you haven't been able to help provide a status of my order or communicate in a professional manner and disconnected the call. 1248pm is when my order was walked out to my vehicle. No explanation. No apologize. No communication at all which is what makes this entire experience piss me off. I pay extra for my curbside. I am not expecting anything for free. I witnessed 2 customers get out of there vehicles and start yelling and cussing each other out. Multiple customers that had two people in the vehicle... when someone left curbside parking spot one of the adults from the vehicles that were waiting to get a parking spot got out of the vehicle to stand in the empty parking spot to save/hold the place for there vehicle. Needless to say after being in the car for over an hour and my drive is 5 Miles to the store and 5 miles back home this is unacceptable. It disappointing to be honest. HEB is where I have shopped for 30 years. Never had a experience this type of service from HEB. I will be seeking other grocery stores that offer curbside pick up in my area. read more

This is a review of the brand new BBQ Food Truck I have been watching this truck on the pharmacy side of this store for the last month. They finally opened and I decided to give it a try. Wow am I impressed with the food. I honestly say who would want to go to Austin for BBQ when we got it here now? I got the brisket and tater salad and beans. Wow was it good. The perfect amount of smoke, tenderness and above all taste. The sides were much better than other BBQ places I have been to in years. Potato salad was excellent and only needed a little S and P to be great. The beans had great flavor and is usually just a filler on many similar plate lunches. My bill was $14.07 and I did not need to pay for gas or tolls to go to Franks or Blacks if you know what I mean. read more

Customer Service Experience Robin was the person in charge of assisting customers, but every time the cash register malfunctioned, she yelled at me. I had to ask her twice for help, and I was tired of being polite while she continued to tell me, "You are doing everything wrong." Finally, I asked for her name and told her, "You are not helping." However, she did not apologize or acknowledge my concern. I noticed that I was not the only customer she spoke to rudely; I saw her treat others the same way. Perhaps it would be beneficial for her to receive additional training on how to be polite and patient with customers. read more

This review is for their floral department that I booked for my wedding florals. The process was easy and the cost was much more affordable compared to other places I looked. Granted my wedding was on the smaller size and I didn't need a lot of florals, my cost ended up being under $500 for bridal & bridal party bouquets and table center pieces. I decided to pick up my flowers on the day off so that helped with the cost. They can make any wedding pieces you typically need and you can choose from a variety of flowers and colors. Overall, I was happy with my experience and was glad H‑E‑B had a wedding floral service. H-E-B pharmacy is the best! I love my HEB pharmacy! Sometimes things are out of the control. Yet, yesterday, Aubryana (mispelled-sorry), Nico, and Gunner went out of their way to get a refill so I did not have to drive out of town to get. This med is in short supply. While there, they received it. Followed through with canceling at other location to have it refilled locally. That's why I do love my HEB. Aubry (sorry I forgot her spelling) is always attentive and makes me feel like I am the only customer on a normal basis. She is a great employee :) read more

I have never run into anything be out of stock. This store is always pretty clean and I haven't had an issue with checking out with coupons or anything like that either. They usually have at least 3 human run checkouts plus the self checkout so the lines are rarely more than 2 people in front of you. We have switched over to many HEB products rather than other name brands due to quality of the product and a cheaper price. HEB chips are a staple in this house! My only compliant is the gas station. Horrible layout and have view many just barely missed accidents. Many of the pumps are down and attendants do not tell you or cover the pump until you go to them for help, can be a waste of time so I rarely get gas here. read more

My review is for the floral department. A month ago I went in to make my mom a special bouquet myself and all I asked for was to be sold some of the brown paper they use to wrap their own bouquets. Not only did I have to wait a while for the girl to get off her phone to attend me, she also wouldn't sell me the paper. I don't know if it's company policy to not sell it but to just flat out say no is pretty irritating. I didn't ask for it to be free. Bottom line the girl, which turns out to be the new manager apparently, was rude for no reason. I love this H‑E‑B overall, everyone is so sweet & welcoming so I would recommend them looking into more helpful managers in the future because this girl is not it. I called the manager claimed someone would deliver or she would call back. Do you think she called back??? Nope so I called and spoke to another manager. Not all H-E-B locations are created equal. This store located in Hutto has more to offer (as indicated by the plus! designation). The produce, meat, bakery, and deli sections are huge with a wide selection of offerings that you don't see at the typical H-E-B. There's also a UPS store located at the front so it's a convenient place to drop off packages, especially Amazon.com returns. Recommended. read more

The prices for fuel here are really great, especially their diesel prices. They keep their prices competitive with the consumer's budget in mind. This mini convenient store is separate from the main HEB plus store and has a Whataburger attached to it. They plenty of things to buy and choose from to where you have to go to the main store if you're traveling on toll 130. This is also the only gas station you will see for a while if you're heading south or north from this spot on toll 130. read more

Love this H‑E‑B! Anytime I have had an issue with any item it's quickly addressed. I've had to return some food on occasion. I was able to return it while checking out with the rest of my purchases. It has never been an issue. I didn't have to go to customer service. Also one time the cashier was ringing up my food items and she accidentally opened up some milk chocolate almonds and they went everywhere. She quickly cleaned it up, apologized and let me know I can help myself to another bag of almonds. It was a simple fix. One last example as to why I love this H‑E‑B. I left my wallet and phone in the basket. And when I realized it happened hours later, don't ask me why it took that long, I called H‑E‑B to see if someone turned it in. And they confirmed it. Once I arrived I had to offer details to identify the wallet. But nothing was missing!! I will continue to make frequent visits to this H-E-B! read more

Am I the only one who just doesn't get the layout of these HEB strs? Long aisles that just ramble in product mix, strange placement mixes, and split up areas of cold goods. Also what is with the fashion boutique in the front of the str, the half hearted attempt to sell clothes in a 20'x20' area and just the lack of breath of selection in products. I mean grape roaring waters...the place carries cherry, tropical fruit and fruit punch but not grape? It's like this str just had things tossed in with no rhyme or reason for placement... like the house wears section between produce and the meat? Huh? Parts of the store has big open areas and then in the aisles you struggle to get down them or look at items with the people crowding... it just seems that they could plan everything a bit better! The store is so big?! Why is it so limited in depth of merchandise? The meat areas... huge and exciting! Produce area gigantic and diverse and the bakery/Delhi areas are awesome... but then I have to get the basics. Kcups for the Coffey maker... 10$ for 10 cups when it is 11$ for 16 at most everywhere else. 1$ a cup at HEB and this is a popular brand! I mean they are cheaper at Target! HEB always has multiple register lanes open! Cudo's for that! They Have a heck of a selection in produce, meat, cheese, wine, beer, and other stuff but instead of trying to have a boutique in the front how about dedicating that area to expending some selection in other items!? Like rice, canned tomato types, roaring waters, coffee, and some of the basics. I like HEB I just think there is so much potential for so much more! read more

They sell premium floral arrangements that are past their prime for full price. This is the second time I have received flowers bought at HEB that didn't make it to even 1 week. Great store and extremely big. It's HEB so naturally it's a great store with great offers. The reason for the 3 stars is many items are always out, and most of the time there are no baggers, so you have to bag your own groceries. Surprised I am giving an HEB five stars, but when this HEB Plus opened recently I was happy. Plus: I don't remember encountering so many helpful employees on every aisle or corner asking if you need assistance. I'm not used to that. It was pretty nice to be engaged. Thanks guys! They have a boutique in there!!!! It's called Mia's Mirror. They have lots of jewelry, clothes and accessories. Love it! Since it's new, the carts were in good shape and organized in the front. Stopped here on the way back home from Laredo. Looked like a newer HEB. It was clean and organized. Has a great selection of everything. I ended up doing my grocery shopping for the week. I still had 3 & half hour drive back to Dallas area. Wish we had a HEB in the McKinney TX area. The check out lines were quick. Took to long shopping but was out quickly thanks to the speedy job from the cashier. read more

This is my favorite HEB within a ten mile radius. I moved from the Leander/Cedar Park area a few years ago and this HEB has everything. Weekends can be a bit rough as it definitely draws a crowd. Shop early or during the week for the best selection. Quite possibly my favorite part of this particular HEB is the wonderful human who handles their wine displays/samples/etc...She is a wealth of knowledge, always happy to help us find something new, and has an energy that can brighten even the worst of days. Their cheese selection is always great. We love to grab a variety for at home charcuterie boards and are never disappointed. read more

Easy store to get around in if you don't go on busy days! Has HEB store owned products, better than any national brand Why do you not have senior citizen hours. I and others have feet and leg problems and can't stand in line for extended periods. Follow your competition and give senior citizens early or late hours. Show us that we are valued. read more

I think this Heb Plus store is great! It's clean and well organized. It has a huge parking lot and I always get luck to park in front of the store so it's pretty good for me! I can find variety of ingredients for any food in cooking: Italian, Japanese, European, Mediterranean. So it's really convenient store for our family! I def recommend it! read more

I shop in the HEB that is off 130 and Gattis School Rd. They have a huge bulk dept. which I find wonderful. Huge choice of ready to eat items. Friendly clerks and I also do the pick up service which is a wonderful service. I shop infrequently but I do use a mask when i shop and I find the store clean and roomy. read more
