I paid for my wash - and it didn't clean the sides of the car at all. It used to do the multicolor foam soap. Not anymore. Very little soap comes out now. It goes way faster than it should have. I went into the store and informed the employee. They said they don't have permission to refund my money but they'd take my name and number and have the manager call me back. Never happened of course. So I went in today 5/8. Again- the employee at the counter can't do anything about it. So, he called the manager and I spoke to the manager who claimed he came in on the evening of 5/2 and the wash was working fine. I told him that I paid for a product that did not work. He said he COULD NOT refund me my money but could give me another car wash. I agreed. I went through the car wash AGAIN. same thing. The sides of my car are still dirty. Hardly any foam came out. It's literally just not working properly. Not doing it's job. Clearly the managers standards are very low. I would not suggest wasting your $13 on a wash at this place. It's bad enough that you can't even pay at the kiosk. You have to go inside to pay. That used to be worth it when the wash actually worked right.
