    I hate the fact that this is my local 7-11. They are always running out of stuff. When I need them most usually during my graveyard shift, they are closed. "Break Time 30 minutes" does not tell me shit. Tell me when you will open up again. Not coming here anymore. There is an Arco Station on Kimball and Euclid. Open 24hrs. Alway Los stocked.

    Everytime i come here the restroom is always a mess. There's always poop all over the toilet seat cover and it never gets cleaned up. There's always bath tissues all over the floor and there's never hand soap on the dispenser.

    They were unkind, made mistakes themselves, got angry at customers, and displayed a very aggressive attitude. I never want to go again.

    best 7.11 shop I ever go. The guy work most night time, he was super nice , best dude I ever meet. Very helpful.

    Bad business practices here (false advertising). I stopped here today and happened to see that this…read moreCircle K was running a "buy 2 get 1 free" promotion on 16oz. Monster energy drinks. Even without the CRV tax, the base total for all 3 cans of Monster combined, is $9.27. If you look at the receipt though, you can see that they only deducted $1.52 and $0.77. That's a combined savings of $2.29. It doesn't take a genius to realize that that's not deducting the full $3.09 that an individual can of Monster costs at this establishment. I tried voicing my confusion to the employee ringing me up, prior to purchasing, but he just tried to make me sound like I didn't know what I was talking about. I took his word for it at the time, but when I actually got home and calculated it for myself I realized that he was wrong. I just wanted to give a heads up to anybody that comes here and thinks that they're actually going to be getting a whole can of Monster for free, that you won't be (even though the store is telling you that you will). Overall, this location isn't horrible though. I just had one bad experience here today. Usually I have no issues with pricing or getting what I need here, but today I did.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get her name because her badge was worn near the bottom of her shirt and not visible. Her demeanor was snappy and dismissive. When I mentioned I had a manufacturer's coupon, she responded condescendingly and questioned whether I knew it had to be registered, which it already was. After showing her, she abruptly directed me to drop-off. In contrast, Charles at drop-off was welcoming, respectful, and took the time to explain alternative options for the cost as the manufacturers coupon was unable to be used. Thank you, Charles.
