I remember going here every Sunday and getting a slurppe. I think I would call it slurppe Sunday. My last visit I got a huge slurppe and carried a lot of stuff. I was last there around Halloween time of 2015. Awesome service. Plus one time in early 2014 I won $10 off of a $2 lottery ticket Lucky for life. JUNE, the cashier, is always so rude. She never smiles and almost always curt to customers. We came in today for the free 7/11 slurpee and she literally slammed to Slurpee cups in front of us. Another time, I won $80 on a lottery scratcher. She handed me the bills and said here's your $80. When I went home and counted the $, it was only $70. It was too late to go back to the store because she is going to deny it anyways. Avoid this 7 Eleven if you can. Customer service is nonexistent. Avoid June at all cost. She needs to be fired already. Another person who is always rude is the Indian lady who works during the day. She needs to go as well. Sad that this 7 Eleven is closest to me. They are so rude. So today I walked into 7-11 to go get something. At the register, I put down 20$ bill, and my total was $1.96 so I asked her "can I give u 1cent and u give me back 5c" so I don't have to carry so much change. Then she slams the money on the counter and says "don't throw money at me, you should be old enough to know that" and I'm thinking to myself.. u don't just do that. I always buy my daily coffee from 7-Eleven, today I went in to the Diamond Bar location. I'm a rewards member and I always enter my phone number to earn my points. Today when she rang me up I saw the numbers key pop up and disappeared. Since I'm a loyal customer and I have experience that before I know that that's when the cashier goes through the payment process without asking for me to enter my phone, so in the past I've always asked them and they bring it back. Today the lady refused and claim that it wasn't working so I said the other register is open let's do it on the other one? She refused and said that's not working either. I said ok you owe me a coffee jokingly... And she said no I don't in a angry tone. I said maybe you should get it fixed? She told me don't tell me what to do! I'll do it when I want to do it! I am usually not the type of person who leaves review for places i visit but this time i feel obligated to do so for this 7-eleven location in Diamond Bar. The customer service from the Fat Indian (middle eastern) woman to be fair here because there's more one woman working there. I have been visiting this location for the past 4.5yrs since i moved into the neighborhood and almost everytime when i go there, i'd get this disgusting attitude(always looks mad) from this woman, and not only she doesn't greet anyone who walks in and she treats you like trash without thanking you for their business. That's just plain rude. So today, i went there with my kids and bought a few snacks to eat and ended starting having a few bites then this fat woman tells me i wasnt allowed to eat anything in the store because it's just a convenient store and that everybody is watching me eat? I immediately told her i didnt know that one wasn't allowed to eat in there at all but she would keep talking bs. I dont care if ppl are watching me or not but for her to try to ashame someone by telling them they are being watched by ppl? Seriously? She's lucky i was with my kids at the time but i'll garantee, next time when this b**** ever being stupid or disrespectful towards me i wont be that nice person because no one deserves to be treated the way she likes to treat them. I just came back from visiting this store , and boy it was a horrible experience , the two women that work the 10:30 am shift , big time bad attitudes, they talk back to you , chicken heads,and you ask them a question , they answer so rude they kept me and my family over 10 minutes to get hot dogs, don't ever go there and try to get any service, because you will have to smack one of them , they are very aggressive, low class , and they don't know how to customer service,. Terrible attitudes from the two women that work here. One got upset because we were using the cheese machine and now she has to "clean it". How are we supposed to know it's faulty? No sign anywhere! If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. I've been coming to this location for over 7 years. It's a 7 Eleven so I've never expected "greatness." I do, however, expect respect. I purchased 4 pints of ice cream late night because my kids were having a sleepover the following day. When we opened them, they were all freezer burnt. All of them were covered with ice and had a funny odor. I took them back to the store and explained the situation. One of the women that works in the morning had a horrible attitude. She asked for a receipt and I told her that the man working the evening before didn't give me one and I didn't ask as I wasn't planning to return ice cream. I described what the man who was working looked like. She had a very bad attitude and said " there's no one here that looks like that. You could of bought these anywhere." What's hilarious is that one of the pints was the 7 eleven brand. If I had bought them elsewhere, why wouldn't I just take them there?! AND... the man I described WAS working the night before so she lied!!! Then she said "what do you want me to do about it?!" I told her "I want a refund, store credit or ice cream that isn't freezer burnt." The woman behind me in line said "sounds reasonable to me. " Any of those options were fine by me. After, I purchased a coffee. I doubled the cup because they didn't have sleeves for the cups and or was too hot to hold. At checkout, she snapped, "You have two cups!!!" I told her to charge me for the extra cup. I later realized she charged me for 2 coffees!!!!!!! She did that to spite me. Why does this lady still work here??!!! Look at all the reviews about her. This is not the first time I've purchased ice cream from them that was like that. The last time I just threw it out, but I wasn't going to do that again. That's ridiculous. Once, I went in to buy ice cream and the freezer was broken. They left all the product in there and it had melted. I didn't buy anything. I went back 2 days later and all the same items were still in the freezer, which was now running!!!!! So they let it all get warm, then they sold those items once the were frozen again. You could tell because all the items were in the same messy order. The employees do not care! Freezer burnt items are a sign of a malfunctioning freezer, as well. It means the temperature is inconsistent. It fluctuates. The board of health should visit this location. Someone is going to get very ill. I'll never come to this location again. I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. read more

There aren't many liquor stores in this direct area so 7-11 is always the go to spot. Always clean, stocked and friendly service. The girl June is one of the most DTE people you'll ever meet! The woman who appears to be the manager or owner said the buy one get one free slurpee promotion ended yesterday. I showed her and the cashier the ad I saw from USA today that said it runs through the 19th of August. I also had seen the promo on t.v. 2 days ago. She routinely says food items we request are not ready. As local employees of a local business we frequent this 711 because it is the closest on our lunch break. I think someone should contact the 711 headquarters and report this franchisee as they do not represent the 711 name and are just making the company name look bad with the way they are running their business. It is not displaying the 711 corporation in a good light. They need to be sent to some kind of training to learn what customer service is and sensitivity training as they are routinely rude as well. Been coming to this 711 for over a decade now. Never had a problem with any of the employees and actually find them all very nice and friendly. Not too long ago they hired this Indian dude who's on the heavy side who never wears his 711 shirt like the rest of the employees do. He'll say hi when he's in a good mood I suppose but the one thing that really pisses me off about this guy is that every time he rings up your stuff he puts your bag all the way on his side of the counter so you have to reach over and grab it yourself. Every other employee that I've known here always hands you your bag, heck every person who works behind a cashier knows it's common courtesy to hand you your bag when you're done with your transaction. But not this dude, I feel he purposely places your bag closer to him on his side of the counter so you have to reach for your stuff. I told his co worker what he does and even he is aware that he does it and said "sorry brother some people are just different". I told him to tell him something so hopefully this dude learns to be a little more professional. read more
