It's a busy intersection, but there's a number of street spots and I think most people don't know about the massive free lot behind the shops across the street, head over there if all the street parking is taken. The coffee itself is top tier. They have a lot of creative signature lattes, I've tried both the Tiramisu and Peanut Butter lattes and loved them equally. I don't usually order that kind of thing because I'm not a fan of overly sweet drinks, but these are perfectly balanced. One of my friends is a bit of a coffee connoisseur and also highly recommends the Yuenyeung Latte. We also recently tried some of their food options, and were really surprised at how good the bagels are here. The double cheese bacon sandwich is a must try, and all of the Croffles (croissant waffles) they serve on the weekend are soooo decadent and soooo tasty. And as someone who love lattes I can say that the lattes were 5/10 for me.
