As always, I must start my mornings with Dunkin. As I had landed in Boston and headed straight to my best friends house in Weymouth, I ended up at this location. I placed my order via the Mobile App as I always do at 10:14am as I was en route to the location. Upon arriving, I went into the express line thinking it was for the mobile orders, however, to my dismay, upon arriving at the speaker, I was told it was not and I would need to pull into the regular line. I go around the building and pull into the regular line and await my turn. Upon arriving at the speaker, I advise "Picking up a Mobile Order for D. K." and was instructed to pull up to the next window. Now... WhenI noticed there were two people at the window talking I should have known this wasn't going to be my usual pick-up. The young lady opens the window and asks me my name again, which I provide. She turns back to the order screen for a moment then turns back to me and asks if I am certain this location is the store I sent the order to. I confirm the address that shows on my order confirmation and she further confirms that I am at the correct location and asks what time I placed the order. I advised that the order was placed at 10:14am. By this time it is 10:23am. She again turns to her order screen for a few then asks me to hold one moment. She walks towards where the food is being made and looks around, then comes back to the window. After opening the window, she asked what I ordered. I read the order to her as well as showed her the order on my phone via the Dunkin App. She said okay and asked us to pull into spot #2. I asked if she was sure of the coffee order and she advised, yes. Pulled into spot #2 and waited a few moments. When the order was delivered, the food was correct but as I feared, my coffee was trash. NOTHING I asked for except the Oatmilk had been added. As such, I got out of the car and went inside. I was assisted by a young lady named Yolett. She apologized for the mishap, confirmed my specific order with me, and made it as it was requested. Thanks to Yolett, my morning wasn't ruined. There is nothing like a bad cup of Dunkin before a meeting. In any case, I am not too keen on this location when it comes to mobile ordering. If I do end up here again, I will certainly place my order at the location. For reference, if anyone in management reads this, my mobile order was #539 and consisted of 3 items. read more

I am so furious. I ordered my drinks and food at 3:19 and just received at 4:21. There is a girl here named Trish giving attitude to all the employees and and the customers and she gave attitude to a beautiful blonde employee that was being so kind. This Dunkin' Donuts has by far the friendliest and quickest service I have encountered in the chain. Having stopped by after an early morning doctors appointment in the area the service here was a breath of fresh air. . . fresh coffee and donuts as opposed to alcohol swabs and rubber gloves :-P. The manager jumped right in to get things moving with the orders that were stacking up rapidly. By the time I finished paying and walking to the end of the counter my breakfast sandwich and vanilla bean coolata were already waiting for me! Small seating section though it doesn't seem like too many regulars come in to occupy the seats. Clean area, well maintained. Straws and sugars well stocked. This location is usually very good about 90 percent of the time. And I am a weekly regular. I usually go through the drive thru. Just every once in a great while they mess up my order and I don't find out until I'm back at home. Early in the morning ... maybe some of them need coffee themselves who knows? And the employees there are usually very friendly. I only had one or two that weren't. But I would chose this location over the dunkin near the south shore hospital. Majority of the employees are great (the ones that have been here 2-3 years) the new faces are satisfactory but understandably still learning. I still feel that the new ownership will be the downfall of the store. I've seen how the manager Baliss talks to his employees and it's toxic and has no place in any workplace. I hope enough employees report his disrespectful and completely unprofessional behavior so the customers can know their business is well spent where the people waiting on them are better treated so that the experience is more enjoyable for all. #ResignJohn read more

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese on it because it's convenient and I got to the window and the employee at the window was handed a bag by the woman who made my bagel and asked "is this with cream cheese on it" the women replied "I didn't put shit on that, fuck her." Very disappointed with the attitude of this woman who was hired. read more

Waited 30 minutes for a 90% wrong order w/ missing food (finally got the food ice cold with a half cooked sandwich and 1 hot bagel bite out of like 10). Major attitude from the workers when I said the order was wrong twice and asked for a refund. I've been getting the same drink and food for 3 years now and they tried telling me I was wrong and being really sarcastic and rude even though they messed up. Clean Facility - Great, Friendly Staff. I don't even need to speak anymore when I walk into this Dunks. The staff all know how I take my coffee. Sometimes they even have it ready before I reach the counter. It gets no better than this. read more

I always refer to this as "my favorite dunks." Staff is super friendly. I used to go in almost everyday when i was working down the street and they would get my order ready. One time when i was in a rush i went to the new drive thru and gave them my coffee order and before i could say more, they asked if i wanted my typical food with it.
