We came right at 11am on a Sunday and the place was unusually (according to a friend who goes often) packed. I applaud the 2 workers I saw who got the line down as fast as they could. The woman on the register was also making the coffees/teas and there was one man making all the crepes. One weird thing to note because as a mom, I always like to know: at least one of the bathrooms had a changing table which I appreciate so much. The actual crepe had a nice soft yet chewy texture with a very slight crisp on the outside. I think it helped that my fruits were soft; my SO's crepe looked a bit unwieldy since it was full of large chunks of raw apple. I think for apples it would have been better to cook them down more.
