This has been one of the worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had. The staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Almost every interaction feels uncomfortable because there is always an attitude, eye-rolling, or rude facial expressions when I ask simple questions or try to get help. As a customer, it honestly feels disrespectful and unnecessary. What upset me the most was seeing how my grandmother, who is in her 60s, was treated. She left crying after feeling yelled at by staff. No customer, especially an older person coming in for healthcare-related needs should leave feeling humiliated or afraid to ask questions. I understand pharmacies can be busy and stressful, but that does not excuse disrespectful behavior toward patients. I genuinely hope management or HR looks into how customers are being treated here because this has been an ongoing issue and the experience has been unacceptable. read more

This has to be the worst Walgreens around. I had medication sent here weeks earlier just for the pharmacy rep to say it never was received. Came the night prior and the MPK Pharmacist intern instructed me to come the following day. Arrived the following day and their Pharm Tech Henry told me it was never filled, no explanation of why, and to come back in 30 minutes. Furthermore had the most snappy attitude for my explanation without any sentiment of an apology or trying to understand that being jerked around for weeks can be somewhat frustrating. read more

This Walgreens is located at Limonite and Hamner. Interesting shopping experience. I can see why people don't come here. Barely any staff around and things are disorganized. Prices don't match the products. When I finally found a staff member he wasn't as helpful. He told me where to go to find Quest and Atkin produces but when I searched that aisle it was nowhere to be found. Quite frustrating. I had to ask another staff member and she was able to take me directly there. Better than the first guy. read more

Look, I know working at the pharmacy counter is hard. Upset customers are always complaining etc. But what's wild is that a customer apologized to us before any staff spoke a word to us. I was here with a visibly sick kiddo and instead of checking in about our prescription they just stood there waiting for one of the computers to work, blocking a working computer to write out directions for someone in a different language, instead of moving aside to do so, and then going back and forth with another person because different employees are telling them different things. Lack of efficiency is an understatement. We waited for half an hour just to be told the prescription wasn't called in yet. That's not their fault, but instead of 4 staff working on 2 customers, there should be a check in process to get people the right info faster. I'm probably more upset than usual because I hate seeing my kiddo in pain. And then seeing customer service people not give a care in the world is aggravating. read more

First off the parking is very open and plenty of parking spaces. I came inside and wasn't greeted at all - no biggie I get maybe the staff is busy. I go to the picture print area since I ordered my photos online.. the lady told me it would be a couple more minutes. No problem. I waited exactly a 5 minutes. Went back and she was gone yelling out I'm going on my break... then the lady my husband got at the registered was by herself trying to run the cashier and photo.. so I assume this place is just under staffed.. she didn't greet me just went straight to the order of my last name. So not really too friendly but overall she got the job done. But other than that they kept a clean store front! read more

Staff has gotten very unorganized. Waited in line with a fever at the drive thru for my meds, and 20 mins in (with 9 cars in line) it didn't budge an inch. I called the pharmacy and they said they were covid testing someone and that's why the line was so long. Every other pharmacy has the patient park while they wait for the results, don't hold up the line! Efficiency has really gone down hill. I shouldn't have to wait for an hour for my medication. Worst part was that my husband got out of the car to go inside and the line was just as bad-it's just the staff that's other short or lack the ability to run the pharmacy. read more

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Walgreens. I dropped off a disposable camera to get developed, and they LOST all of my vacation photos. It took months just to get any kind of answer, and every time I called I was told something different. No one seemed to know what was going on, everyone sounded clueless, and despite calling multiple times I never got a call back. On top of that, all they offered me was a $40 store credit--which is basically the cost of the camera itself. That doesn't come close to replacing the memories I lost or the amount of time I spent trying to get answers. Super unprofessional. I'm extremely disappointed and I honestly never want to step into another Walgreens again. I wouldn't trust them with anything important. read more

The pharmacy here lacks professionalism, efficiency and proper training. The only reason I go is because it's down the street from me. Otherwise it's far from convenient. There's always long lines, even in the drive-thru. I waited over an hour in line inside for my daughter's prescription recently, pregnant and with 2 kids in tow. Pharmacists were coming and going on their breaks, but meanwhile there's a line down the aisle. Last week, my partner tried to pick our newborn son's vitamin D drops. He was told the prescription was no longer available, that it had been cancelled. I called my doctor's office for clarification. They said the prescription had not been cancelled on their end but they would sort it out with the pharmacy. I reached back out to the pharmacy and they told me the prescription is not cancelled but they need instructions on administration from the doctor. WHAT OTHER INSTRUCTIONS?! My son is 2 weeks old now, and he needed these drops at 1 week old! Nothing but incompetence at this pharmacy. read more

Do not use this pharmacy. It is slow no mattet if you walk in or drive thru. The staff is not helpful or friendly. I have had issues with getting my prescriptions refilled and when I finally get through to speak to someone after 10 minutes on hold I was hung up on. If they are that busy might I suggest hiring additional staff. read more

I went into the store for products. I was told someone 21 years old had to sell me cigarettes. Apparently no one was available to help. This happened twice in One week. I'm sure the manager is just sitting in the back as he is never in the store. I asked the associate to speak with a manager but they said he was not in the store. They sell drugs, alcohol, tobacco products. I'm not buying no one is there to help customers with these items. I will go anywhere else from now on. read more

This pharmacy will close when they want to by never ever answering the phone as if they are that busy in the work place. This is the only Wallgreens we have experienced even to the pharmacy tech asking random questions about the medication assigned to building a negative vibe because u want to simply pick up your meds. I must have called all day and they just never answer. Your best bet is to just get to the store to ask questions. They also never update the automative system pertaining to if the doctor already placed in order. Just come in person to stop wasting time. Start drama with them if they are debating asking stupid questions. Do not feel guilty. To sum up their customer service it's poor, they get a grade F on behalf of all customers. Just show up in person, coz the way they handle your orders and prescriptions are based upon who is working and when they want to work. So they getting a paycheck, for just sitting pretty behind the booths. Don't bother calling coz if you do be prepared for being placed on hold all to them just never answering. Haha. This pharmacy is so poorly managed. It's a shame. U better make sure your doctor placed in them orders in order to put it in their face that the order is in. Then you'll have to wait another couple days especially if paying out of pocket for the med to be released. Not even insurance we pay so much for won't release it a day or 2 or the very day it was placed in. They are very lazy pharmacists and techs. read more

Been trying to get my heart medicine since November 21st. They told me they would give me some too hold me over until they got the whole prescription. It is Nov. 26th and nothing. They even told me that it would be ready in 10 minutes on the 25th. My daughter went too pick it up and they argued with her that I didn't wait until they called me and told me it was ready. They told me 10 minutes. My nurse called them today and they told her I wasn't in their computer. I have been getting my medicine from them for over 9 years. Now tomorrow is Thanksgiving and they will be closed and no heart medicine. I will not recommend them to anyone. read more

What can I say! It's a Walgreens! Long wait times at the pharmacy and very impassive service. Despite the indifferent service the store was clean, fully stocked, and what a Walgreens should be. Due to being understaffed and poorly managed the pictures were not ready. The manager said they were understaffed and didn't have enough people to work their photo dept. What a lousy excuse. The Labcorp in this location is great. In and out quickly and very smooth. The pharmacy was a little rough, I think they were training new people. Only complaint is that the cranky woman at the front register should find a job not working with the public. On 11/1/25 around 7pm My son and I approached the photo counter. There was a girl with black and pink hair behind the counter doing something on the computer, she looked busy so we waited patiently. She comes around the counter and says "if you need help there's a button" and walks away. I hit the button and turn around as the cashier asks her something and then laughs. Which im going to guess they laugh at the fact she left us standing there and now the announcement comes on the overhead that someone needs assistance at the photo counter. This girl needs retraining and better etiquette while at her place of employment. If you see a customer approach the counter that you're at a better response would've been "hi are you here to pick up an order? If yes, please hit the button and someone will be with you shortly. I'm unfortunately off for the night" she is not only lacking manners but also professionalism. read more

She couldn't take the insurance correctly over the phone... asked us to come in a 2nd time... she didn't have the brains to understand to request for the right group number... There was a lady in line and instead of giving her the coreect form to fill out... she was asking questions one by one making everyone else wait instead of giving them the form to fill out... her senior tech took over and just handed the lady the form.. She asked us to wait for the medicine... we spent 90 mins there... stood in line to ask what's going on... and then she got the medicine when we came to.the front.. it had already been prepared but she didn't tell us. For antibiotics and ibuprofen we spent 90 minutes. Never again. Never walgreens. read more
