I've been a customer of this place for many years. Both good and not so good experiences. Overall, the good outweighs most disappointments. The nice thing about this place, it's convenient and it's at a good location. You can stop by to get gas, beverages, snacks and even the occasional lotto tickets. Lol The not so good, I can't forget years ago there was credit card fraud. It can happen anywhere just beware. read more

This 7-11 is garbage. The gas pumps are ancient. Half the time there's a problem with the card reader or pump. I wouldn't be surprised if card skimmers have been found there. The franchise owner is obviously cheap and doesn't want to invest in new equipment. read more

**UPDATE This morning I met Sam so nice and friendly. He is a barista who travels to 7-11 to show/assit customers how to use the new machine. He said all 7-11 should have this machine soon . They started in South Bay and move their way up north. So excited to hear I will be able to go to any 7-11. **UPDATE ** This is my closest 7-11 and stop by for coffee. Recently I went in for coffee and usually make my own version of a mocha. I fill a cup 3/4 qtrs w/coffee of choice then fill the rest up w/hot chocolate from the machine. Well to my surprise they have invested in an AMAZING new top notch coffee machine w/so many bells and whistles I can't even explain it all. (Posting a picture) It's all automated you choose your cup size, then choose what you want so many choices hot or cold. Latte,Mocha, Americano etc. Then dark or medium expresso. Then flavors from vanilla, caramel ,hazelnut and others I can't recall. Finally once you have picked your choices hit the green check mark and BOOM it's making you your own customized coffee selection FRESH!! And it's DELICIOUS less expensive than those specialty coffee places. If you have the 7-11 app currently you can get any size coffee AND a muffin for $2.00. This is a special not always offered. In addition the coffee area is always clean and stocked w/everything you could want to add. I forgot to take a pix of the stock. All the different sugars you would want. Syrups ,cinnamon, tiny marshmallows , holiday peppermint sprinkles, . The people that work there are always friendly. This 7-Eleven sells you counterfeit Roblox prepaid cards with $0 on them after you pay them cash at the register and receive a receipt the car doesn't work it has zero value on it. Even one of the clerks that was working there when I was trying to speak to the manager said the same thing happened to her and you just have to never said to basically so if you want to get ripped off for a prepaid card that's the place to go I had my receipt for two cards for $10 a piece and they refused to give me my money back and sold me cards with zero value on them and may I end they were for a 10 year old little girls birthday that I gave her with no value on them. This is a very busy 7-Eleven given it's on the corner of Jamacha and Chase with Chase leading into large neighborhoods. It has all the bells and whistles from a large coffee island, a Red Box out in front, a Citibank ATM, which is coop with Credit Unions by the way, and the good all reliable Slurpee machine. I came in needing to use the said ATM, to pick up the Jalapeno Cheetos, and run my Lotto Ticket through. The ATM was a little finicky at first, in that I had to run the card through several times before it read it. However, once it did read it, the system worked well, and I received my cash rather quickly. There was a reason I could not find the Jalapeno Cheetos, it was because they did not carry any or were out. That was a bummer. The girl at the counter was friendly enough. She did not speak much, but she did help me look for the Cheetos when I inquired about them. Apparently, they were out. The Agony! Who doesn't give 7-Eleven a 5-star review? Psychos, that's who. 7-Eleven, a staple of our childhoods, is somehow still around even in locations where they aren't gas stations. It is truly amazing. How can 7-Eleven do this? How can they still survive as free-standing convenience stores without gas station components? Because 7-Eleven is an indestructible, cultural powerhouse that's deeply rooted in our psyche much like Jesus Christ or whomever your deity is. Yes, that's right. 7-Eleven is more than a store, it's a set of values to live by. This particular 7-Eleven does nothing to stand out, and that's why it's beautiful just the way it is. It's a run-of-the-mill, poorly located, average, convenience store. It brings back all the right memories, including that time in 8th grade when Tina slipped some vodka in my Surge. I lost my virginity that day, not to Tina but to her older sister, Rita. Rita was obese before the term became mainstream. I credit 7-Eleven for that, the obesity as well as the coitus. Came to fill up my gas tank, frustrating thou when pump will not pump out gas. Note this continues, so I go to another pump, again same thing happens . A nice gentlemen customer came over to assist me , not the employee and still couldn't get pump to work. I finally went inside, the young male clerk was on his cell didn't look up to see me. When I told him what happened, he said Oh all the premium is having technical issues. So I went out and used mid level gas and again has issues and continued to look at his cell! I finally changed pumps again and figured out only unleaded pumps work. Note to employees and businesses! If there's issues with pumps they should have signs out for customers to know! OMG! How sad. They have been there for over ten years and they have no clue. When I stop there for gas I cannot go and shop inside because things that are on sale aren't clearly marked. Also I have been asking them to have diet Dr. Pepper on tap and they refuse even though they do have both diet pepsi and diet coke. Today was the last straw I went in there and diet Dr. Pepper was all sold out and the Monster was supposed to be on sale but no price was there. BOOO! So Sad! read more

I have been a customer here daily for quite some time until today. Went in pre paid 30 dollars in gas go out to the pump it's not prepaid. I go back in and the stupid girl behind the counter says oh whoops I put it on the wrong pump I go back out move my car to the other pump then it still says pre pay inside I go back in and the other cashier says oh sorry it's already been pumped. Nothing we can do the owner then says it's already back on your card. I call my bank the charge is for 30 dollars and they say it has not been refunded by the store. I shopped here everyday sometimes twice a day. I will NEVER go here again. Very poor customer service when there is a problem. read more

Too bad you can't post negative stars or I would have. So disappointed in this half ass excuse of a 7-eleven. Came in for a quick lunch, that's not asking for too much is it? Here.... it is asking for too much. I got a big gulp, asked the worker for a cheeseburger and two big bite hot dogs. Seemed simple. She walks over and hands me two cheeseburgers and asks "how many hot dogs?" I repeated my order to her again. She then puts one cheeseburger back and brings me two 1/4 pound hot dogs. I then had to walk over and get her attention to show her exactly which hot dogs(even though the roller clearly says big bite) I was asking for. I'm almost done here, or I thought I was. Another lady came from the back room and rang me up. After getting my receipt and checking it........you got it, they over charged me. It took another few minutes for the second lady to figure it out. After that I went to add some chili n cheese and find out that my damn hot dogs are now cold. Had to microwave the HOT food I had just bought!!!! This place needs new workers and a manager on duty, and can they please hire someone that can speak and understand English? If I could give no stars, I would. I came inside to pay for my gas and the clerk in the store (an older bald man) didn't seem to pay any attention to me while I was standing at the register. About a minute or so later he decided to turn around and walk towards the register. I didn't really mind at the time, but when I asked how he was doing, he didn't acknowledge me. I asked him again and he still didn't say anything, and he looked annoyed I was there. So I asked him if he could put the money on the pump I was at, but I didn't know the number. Ultimately, I just got my gas and left. He wasn't polite by any standard... I don't think I've ever wrote a negative review but as I was pumping my gas, I noticed that the next customer was waiting at the register for a long time before being helped. I'm not sure if the guy was racist or just not having a good day but he made me feel really uncomfortable. read more

I love the employees here there very nice and I go here daily. The male night workers made me feel very safe when I was going there at late hours to get ice cream during my third trimester of pregnancy to curb the cravings lol they always made sure we were safe! Thankful for 711! read more
