I, Katherine enters this establishment on a regular basis due to: the "near by" location. I would not recommend this location due to: much improvement needed to a number of employees that: code of conduct need to be addressed. Tonight, Saturday, July 11, 2026 I had entered this 7 Eleven location and asked two questions to the employee: "Sunny" how much is a refill for my large used coffee cup where I already had purchased a large cup of coffee here at 7 Eleven. He said the same price for a new large cup of coffee. I asked again, so there is no "refill price?"...He said no. The other question regarding the 7-11 for a free Slurpee for today? He said, No more, all gone. What's needed and highly required is: exceptional service and a positive attitude to keep this establishment on top notch running order so that there is a guaranteed business for the future. If I could give a no star review, I would. I purchased four 711 bottles of water that were on sale two for 350 and then bought a large bag of ice. Upon inspecting the bag of ice, I saw a hole in it. Because I asked for another bag and the person operating the register if I could have a new , I asked if they could grab me the bag because my dominant right finger was broken. And then he had the audacity to not just give me a bag from 711 in order to put the ice in it because I would be walking 8 miles to my El Monte condo off of Sitka and Maxson. I knew either way the bag would be dripping on me and so of course I thought I would at least get a bag for something like ice in order for it not to drip all over me or my backpack but per company policy they'd rather nickel and dime via corporate for a measly plastic bag that they had behind the . When I was trying to have this effort, be succeeded by the team at 7:11 there was an irate Latina woman that was next in line that started yelling and complaining at staff and me and making a difficult situation occur at myself the customer and at your employee. I tried to de-escalate and she was in my face and told me she was gonna fight me outside and that it was hot outside, which I replied, It's hot outside for everybody. Then she went to go and be racist and called me a MAGA because I was white and she assumed that I was a Trump supporter. Everyone in line felt uncomfortable and disrespected and a customer even said everyone's privileged and no one cares about respect. To my reply, everybody is in a hurry and nobody cares about anyone else but themselves and they are selfish in El Monte especially so I guess I should've suspected this but I also know it's profit over customer service and a 10 or $.20 cent bag is worth a confrontation between two customers than just doing the right thing. Completely dissatisfied. I hope no one uses that 711 if they're just gonna be confronted by other crazy disrespectful and irate customers on unusual a racist basis. Bought three Powerball's gave the man a five and a one dollar bills when he gave me my ticket I notice he only gave me one ticket for two dollars. I told him that I gave him six dollars. He told me I gave him two dollars then he told me he gave the lady the four dollar ticket to a woman right after me I said why we're not together, he then turned around and gave me my four dollar tickets. Beware!! They tried to steel my money! I was there 15 mins ago. I gave them 20 dollars bill for a cup of coffee and a piece of cake and they gave me 5.5 dollars back. Great store , quick service, easy parking and the best coffee. I buy my propane cylinders from here too. Many times you can find socks too awesome store. The coffee is better and cost effective than major chains. The breakfast and lunch snacks are awesome. The new stores are lit by LED lights. You park right in-front of the store and get what you need. . read more

I like 7 Elevens in general, just kuz I think they're the leader of convenient stores. If convenient stores were a cult, it'd be the sacred idol or something scary like that. But 7 Eleven isn't scary. It's awesome, it stocks up in everything a snacker could dream of. This one in particular is getting a three star review purely kuz I don't like the way the store is structured. I had so much trouble finding the ice cream. SERIOUSLY! I visited the 7-ELEVEN store at 4041 North Peck Rd, El Monte CA 91732 I enter store asked for the price of Pall Mall Red 100s cigarettes clerk told me $4.20 a pack. I asked for 2 packs. He rang them up and I paid for my purchase. The clerk gave my change and No Receipt. As I was leaving I noticed the Price on the out side of the door said they was $3.99 a pack. I went back in the store and asked for my receipt and from my correct change back. The Clerk told me the $8.10 is the price including the tax.I went to my car and took a photograph of the price and went back in the store. I asked him for His Supervisor. I told the Supervisor that I wanted to be charges the Price on the Door. He told me the $8.10 was the price for 2 packs, $3.99 per pack with tax equaling to $8.10 for the 2. then I asked him what the line where it says sales tax on 8.10 0.77 is and he told me that was the tax too. I told him I was going to report him to the Board of Equalization and Left the store. as I was Leaving I seen the Supervisor taking the Price down I tried to take a photograph of it But I could not get him in the act.
