Let me start by saying I love da vien and have had multiple great experiences, but on my recent experience they lacked customer service. I always recommend ordering online thru the app so you can customize the order and it's on record. I ordered 5 drinks, 4 drinks with less ice and 1 bottled black coffee. When picking up the marble drip coffee was over 50% full of ice! I also questioned the girl who said she made it why that one drink had significantly more ice than all of the other drinks. She said that was less ice and she made it correct, and wouldn't remake the drink to how all the others were made correctly. I was there in the evening when the store was empty. I was also given the incorrect bottled coffee, which I told them before I left so they exchanged it. I sent them a message and they responded with a generic they will follow up but didn't , and then an email which they haven't responded to. So if they get your order wrong you are out of luck. I also liked how the flavor wasn't too strong like almost alcoholic in taste I've gotten from other Viet coffees. However, the caffeine level is still strong and my friend was jittery all day so be warned. However, you can lower the caffeine levels upon request.
