I want to make another bad review for this 7-eleven location as I already have and keep having…read moreissues just trying to buy REDBULL from here, went in this morning at 12:45a to get 3 redbulls cause there's a 3 for 9 deal on them the lady at the front scanned all three redbulls and said 11.49 (pretty sure the price) and my partner had politely told her that there was a deal for them she asked what the deal was and he repeated the deal to her, she aggressively responded and said "well put your number in" but she didn't even let the prompt pop up on the screen for longer than 2 seconds when it did, he replied and said that she didn't allow him enough time to put his number in, she re-submitted the prompt and he put his number in (even though you don't need your number for the deal) and it was deal price and she glares at him and very rudely said "well is that better" in a very aggravating tone, he responded like a smartass back and told her that it was. We used to love this location but it is so poor now.... and there's always half smoked joints in the ash tray as well which is very not allowed coming from an irritated stoner

Apparently this older lady was confused as well. She drove around like I did, but then she started backing up to one of the pumps, but she had a hard time. The attendant tried guiding her in. Eventually it was just good enough. I told the attendant that it's confusing. The guy in front of me was facing the same direction I was, but he was pumping his own gas in a clearly marked full service pump. Then it was my turn. I was just hoping that no one would pull in front of me, facing me as the self serve sign would have you do. I just don't understand why they couldn't have 2 islands as self serve and 2 islands as full serve. Confused? Join the club!

After he refused my purchasing an alcoholic beverage I inquired on why my VALID passport couldn't be accepted, he just walked off in the middle of my question and checking out my items! His coworker slid into his place to finish my checkout, when I asked his coworker for his info he then LUNGED across the counter IN MY DIRECTION and slams his name tag at me. I immediately felt threatened especially with my TODDLER 3 y/o daughter! I immediately responded that he better not come any closer and do anything else as I was with my daughter and I felt threatened! I will never patronize this location or probably even 7 eleven brands, I noticed as the other patrons looked on and the clerk Jade didn't offer any empathy in my direction my daughter and I were the only black ppl in there so I'm sure that helps! For starters, their online inventory never matches what's in store and I think every order I've ever placed has had at least one item out of stock. Even if you select an alternative, it seems like more often than not the alternative is also out of stock so you end up with nothing. I get that this can be an issue at all stores but Walgreen's is exceptionally bad at it. There are frequent long lines and they no longer open additional registers. Back in pre Covid days, if a long line started to form at the front, they would have someone open a register back at the photo counter or over at the beauty counter. Not anymore! Lastly, the store does not keep up with basic maintinence. The store was absolutely sweltering this evening with not even a hint of AC and their refrigeraters were also warm. When asked how long the fridges had been down, we were told it had been two weeks! Gross! Do better Walgreens, we know you have the $$$!

I had 3at 7 gal and 1 at 5 gal, so at $3.49 I was going good to spend a fair amount of money. Pluss I was planing on filling my truck while I was there. The lot was empty, and as the attendant was heading over to help me a car pulls in, so he back tracked to go help the car first. Guess it's OK to make me wait. Then in the middle of filling my tanks another car pulls in so he stops helping me to take care of the car. Again I guess it's OK to make me wait, but not someone else. He also had in ear buds and was talking on the phone the entire time he was helping me. Then I go in and hand the cashier my slip and pay. On my way out to the truck I notice they had charged me for an extra gallon. Back into the store. Tell the cashier he over charged me and he says I'll go talk to him. He told me 21.4 instead of 20.4. I told him I had a picture of the meter, but he just blew me off to go chat with the attendant. Was very reud the entire time. Bottom line stay away from this place. Very reud staff. I will not be going back.

The muffin I found was not too good; on par with local supermarket or airport or convenience store baked goods. Also taking points off for only having 1 person running the shop shortly after I arrived (5:30/6pm), which caused long waits for everyone waiting at the empty cash register. I want to give this place 10/10 but I couldn't even get my muffin for a long while, because the poor barista was making sandwiches for people and running baked goods to people by herself. Others stopped waiting to order at the register but I was pretty hungry. The thing is there were two great staff when I arrived but they left probably due to a shift change. I understand labor is hard to find and keep and expensive, but afternoon hours is what makes this company unique and well known and draws traffic. It's a shame the shop was short staffed just as it got busy/became afternoon. One of the bathrooms didn't have anymore soap but I didn't bother the barista because she was getting lots of orders and trying to fulfill them. I hope the owners monitor traffic better, because this turned my 10/10 to a 6/10. The barista Autumn was super helpful and I'm adding back a couple points to 8/10. She recommended the Dad's Delight, which was a much better product than the muffin. On the bright side, you'll find a crazy amount of seating and epic lighting from nearly 360° of full wall windows with a peaceful view of Orenco Station and the passersby. The internet is fast and the shop is comfortable and great as far as facilities go. I'm glad I happened to be in the neighborhood to recall this spot. It can definitely improve the operation, but regardless it's a good work and meetup spot to enjoy some beverages and perhaps a snack.

I did notice that Ava only has garnered a 3 star rating overall, and I was challenged to discern the rating to award the restaurant. The Cordon Bleu Sandwich was good, but it was not what I expected. It had grilled chicken, cheese, red onion, lettuce and tomato. The person at the counter apologized and stated that she was out of pickles due to her supplier issue. Just go out and get them. I also felt that the pricing was too high. $16.00+ for a sandwich without chips, fries etc. is wrong. I will stop by for coffee and a pastry but not an overpriced sandwich.
