They are on the board behind the cashier. They look like yummy seasonal items. I originally came for an açaí bowl today but tried the matcha and I unfortunately was not happy with it. Previous times I came I had the pumpkin protein milkshake. That was good. My spouse got a drink and the tapioca pearls were not cooked all the way. The second time we had the lemonades and those were great. Today I ordered the blended matcha milk tea. It didn't have much flavor. The coconut milkshake was not thick. It was basically coconut flavored milk with whipped cream on top. :( the good thing from todays visit was the tapioca pearls. They were perfect. You know, I love dutch bros coffee it is one of my favorites. But the way I just saw the employees of this location treat an obviously mentally ill person was absolutely deplorable. I thought I was watching a YouTube video of raver kids harassing a homeless person for fun. And when they upset him beyond manageability, the called the cops on him, looked around guiltily when they got there and shut their window. Wow. I never believed all the millennial and snowflake hype til now. I am not a Starbucks fan but I am headed there right now for my morning coffee. read more

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! We go here on Sundays on our way to church. We even have our own special cups that my 8year old daughter make sure that we don't leave the house without. All the staff there are nice and most of then know our faces and our order! Its nice to feel that important enough for the staff, how see thousands of people on any given day, to remember us. This Dutch location wasted local police resources by calling police to interfere with a federal officers duting a federal investigation. They knew exactly what was happening and pretended the agents were random people. This city, and county, is bleeding money and struggling with its budget and Dutch had no problem needlessly, and PURPOSELY, wasting community resources. Shame on you! read more

I ordered three drinks, and the problems started right away when I was overcharged. Thankfully, they corrected the price after I pointed it out. I was also under the impression that a Create Your Own Blender didn't include espresso shots because that's what a manager had previously told me a few months ago. Today I found out it actually comes with two shots already, so I had paid for two extra shots that I didn't need. Then the drink order itself was wrong. My son received his small drink, but when they handed me my drink, it had caramel drizzle on top. I explained that my Campfire Blender comes with chocolate drizzle, not caramel, and that it looked like I had been given the wrong drink or the wrong size. Instead of listening, an employee in the back argued with me, insisting it was the correct drink. At that point, I was frustrated and simply asked for a refund. Instead of processing it, the employee continued arguing about the drinks. I repeatedly said, "I just want my money back," but it felt like no one was listening. During the entire interaction, the male employee kept responding with "mmhmm," "yeah," and "okay" while I was speaking, which came across as dismissive and made it feel like he was not actually listening to what I was saying. After several minutes, I was handed a refund receipt for only $5.70, even though I was owed $12.40. When I questioned it, I was told they couldn't print another receipt. They printed another slip showing the same amount, and I still wasn't given the full refund I was owed. It was incredibly frustrating and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. On top of that, I feel the employees working that morning should either go through additional training or be reconsidered for their positions, because they were not friendly and did not handle the situation professionally. At one point, we were even told not to get upset. I'm sorry, but anyone would get upset when they are not being properly refunded after repeatedly asking for it. Customer service is about listening to your customers and resolving issues professionally, not arguing with them or dismissing them. This entire experience was stressful, unnecessary, and left me feeling completely disappointed. This is now the second bad experience I've had at this location, and it's enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location to others based on the poor customer service and how this situation was handled.
