This is a pretty typical 7-11. They have a gas station with prices similar to the surrounding area and an indoor convenience center with snacks and smokes. There are a couple of cashiers, but the line can get pretty long inside. There is a RedBox out front, which is awesome. They sell ice, but it was pretty expensive - $2.69 for a 7lb bag. I like this 711. Friendly staff. Place is good for refilling one's own beverage container. Flavored syrups at the soda fountain are a nice bonus. Usually the only thing I get here aside from refilling my container is a couple of quarter pound big bites. Never had a problem getting chili and cheese but did have to skip the mayo one time I was getting mayo mustard and onions instead. read more

I bought a gallon of milk and when I got home it had a broken seal. Took it back the next morning and asked to exchange it. I had paid cash and since I didn't have a receipt I was told "there is nothing we can do." I asked them to check their sales receipts from the previous night and was told, "we can't do that either." By then, I am pissed and asked for the manager. She stated all they could do was check the video surveillance tapes and verify I bought the milk when I said I did. She was going to call me back. Never heard from her after a week. So now they kept the milk I returned and I am out the cash. For a convenience store, TOTALLY INCONVENIENT and will never shop here again. PS - Walmart's milk is over $2.00 less a gallon, and they wouldn't hesitate to take back "possibly tampered milk"!! read more

All I really know is when I moved from Santee about 6 yrs ago to this area this had at one time been my primary home 7-11 that I visited daily. I still will come here but not NEARLY as often as I use to. I will actually go out of my way to drive an extra few miles to a separate 7-11 these days where i feel more valued as a regular customer. The kind of money that I put in to this company's pocket every month might shock some people. However between gas, smokes, coffee trips, soda trips, snack trips and now teenager son trips it adds up so quick. This 7-11 use to bounce with energy and excitement that made it a pleasure to walk in their door each day. In my own opinion, Something happened though once ownership changed and I can only speak from personal experience when i say that most of what use to be is no longer as far as the outstanding overall vibe, customer service and the amazing employees that were once what energized the atmosphere. I don't want to in any way give this store a bad wrap or reputation because I don't believe in putting businesses on blast like that unless absolutely necessary. I just want people to be informed that it's not necessarily the customer service that you might expect (at least not on a consistent basis). It still has a couple cool employees that certainly do what they can but for the most part I just don't ever make certain special requests any longer or even want to ask someone to make me a pizza slice because in my opinion I no longer have the energy it takes to deal with their excuses or reasons why they can or can't do something for me. I am serious as a plague ..do u have to do the early morning shift change at peek hours. between 6 and 7 a.m. I go in there to get coffee by the way why don't u have the cream machine working its is always out of milk,,or it is cut wrong and drips milk .I mean you guys are making a fortune on the coffee alone in the morning...get with it.... and every time I go there is a long line to pay and one person working the register, while the other one is counting the what ever. I am so sick of that place I will never put a foot in it again and I know I am not the only one.my work partner says the same thing...so ..get some frigin help instead of making us working dudes stand in line for ten minutes to pay for your coffee and whatever else it is we get, I am not the only once who says this. geesh you run it like you don't give a .....! about anything much less your customers. read more

This 7-Eleven is right around the corner from where I live. Most everyone that works at this location is very friendly and willing to assist the customers. Today I got horrible service and also rude service. The lady that waited on me her name is Angela. I'm very unhappy with the service I received today. Now I am going to think twice before I go back to this location again. I can go to another store were I can be treated with more respect. This store has a decent selection of drinks and sandwichs. The lines move pretty fast and the food is fresh. And yes they have Redbox. So convenient. read more

Well I cant tell if the people who own/ work at the los coches 7 eleven are just not terribly bright or terribly dishonest. They are selling a product labled 2 for $6. The other day the cashier was trying to charge me $7 so i told him they are marked 2 for $6. He made no attempt to confirm the pricing. Just told me he was not the one who put the price tags out there and it was scaning at $7. I let him now that they are responsible to honor the listed pricing.. Its kind of a law. Tuesday night i opted not to purchase the items. Here we are it is now thursday and the same products still priced at 2 for $6 are still being sold for $7. So at best you can absolutely not trust that the price that is posted is what you are being charged and if you do happen to point it out to them they will not honor their pricing. This is at best dishonest and potentially against the law. But they don't seem concerned. I recommend you choose a more honorably operated place to shop. read more

Its hot, all I wanted was a Slurpee. In addition my roommate asked for a Dr. Pepper. When I arrived there was 1 person at the cash registrar. No other person in the entire store, save the employees. I get the Dr. Pepper from the cooler and head to the Slurpee machine. Get my Slurpee and head to the cashier to pay. It was two females, doing a count of inventory, which is totally fine. The problem is I stand there for no less than 4 minutes without them saying a word, card in hand. Its not like they didnt see me, they said hi when I walked in. Now there is not so much as a breath in my direction, though both look right at me. This annoyed me greatly, so I give it another 30 seconds. Still nothing, so I walk out and leave the drinks on the counter. These are the same people who think they deserve 15$ an hour. What an actual joke. I think i'll now drive 7 mins further, just so I don't have to deal with this. read more
