So far the card seems to be working, but apple pay does not when I use this specific card. So I am not dinging them for the card reader at this time but it does seem to be isolated to this Royal Farms in general. No issues with my other cards or when I use this card anywhere else. I have several complaints on how My Grandson is scheduled to work over night when his is in High school and just turning 18 (child labor laws), I also have questions on why the store isn't paying employees their correct wages when working 40 plus hour I.E daughter and grandson, Granted you have made him supervisor but it is not his responsibility to be wakened out of his sleep to cover an overnight shift when he has school in the morning. this is very concerning as a parent to have my family members working hard only to get paid less hours then worked, Is Germinney stealing time she constantly advises her employees she will correct the time and here it is 2 months later and it still occurring. I also would like information on why it is mandatory to be forced to stay and work do to employees doing no call no shows and the manager not informing her crew or asking if they are willing to stay or willing to cover these shifts herself. Also, when calling and asking for corporate or District Managers name or contact info, why must we be given attitude on why we need the number why is it hard for the manager to complete the request. I will also be sending a letter to the better business bureau. I have several instances where my children have been working 40 plus hours and only getting paid for 24 and forced to stay until 2-3am in the morning. This is unacceptable, I look forward to receiving communication on how, to resolve this matter without the need for further escalation to the BBB or Md Dept of labor or business complaint to the Attorney general of Maryland.

I drove 40 minutes out of my way to specifically get a specialty fall item at Wawa and I get a disgusting soggy sandwich that was NOT even close to what I ordered. They took forever to get my order out too. Half of it just sat on the counter while I watched everyone else in line get their items. Terrible service, and the worst Wawa experience I've ever had. I picked up my chai tea from the drink counter and the young man started complaining to me about his work day and how he was sick of being there. So, clearly the employees are phoning it in. So unprofessional and not great from the customer viewpoint. I literally had to throw out the food when I got home because it was not even edible.

If your workers are going to prepare food for the public, they should wear gloves. You don't touch money, then touch your feet, then make food. When he originally made the pepperoni pizza, he put an oil obsorber pad underneath of the pizza and cut it. After he found out he had to remake a new one with just cheese, he then decided to not cut the new pizza he gave me, but then did not out the pad obsorber under the pizza- which caused the oil from the cheese to leak through the cardboard box, all on my seat in my car!!!!!! 5 years ago, I would have went back and threw the pizza across the counter and asked for my money back, but I am writing to you all to address the issue.
