New staff has no costumer service. Literally one of them started screaming at me when I literally just asked about why the Pizza was a different price then it was literally two hours earlier. New owners must of had a "Great Idea", close bathrooms (no taxi business now). This used to be the #1 7/11 in sales, now it's total crap. First off, the associate clerk Maria, was an absolute angel. I somehow lost my ID while paying for some items and it took me a full 24 hours to finally realize that I could have possibly left it here. I Uber over from my room just hoping because this was my last chance at finding it. As I walk in, I see Maria. I recognized her because she was the one that helped me the day before. I ask her if there was an ID that was found and she told me, "I knew you'd come back!". All I could is smile back at her. She began reading details from it off to me. After a huge hug, I couldn't help but notice the excitement and happiness she had was equal to mine, which speaks volumes to her kindness. We shared a short conversation afterwards and both left with huge smiles on our faces. Thank you Maria! You completely made my stay in Vegas and I'll never forget you! P.S. Very clean, well-organized and great for picking up a meal to go in your hotel room when most places are closed during the week. Place was super organized; vault had an awesome selection and was well kept as well. Went to check out, service was prompt and very friendly. Tiny little shop tucked away on the corner Flamingo and Koval. Very busy for such a out of the way spot. It must be the tourists. Cannot miss out with any 7-eleven, there is foundtain drinks for everyone's taste, and any size you want. You can add the flavorings like lemon, cherry and vanilla, or just go straight up. I love the convenience of stopping in and picking up my big gulp for the day, I sip on it all morning, and get refill on the way home. Wish I had a soda foundation at home! If you aren't into soda, there are tons of other drinks available, I don't drink cofffe but have been told by many, it's not bad. And when it's 110 degrees outside, the slurpee hits the spot, just watch our for the head freeze! There's even crystal light for those carb watchers! And of course there are the other incidentals available to temp you, like snickers and donuts, chips and taquito's, alcohol and tobacco. Prices are a tad inflated now at this just-off-Strip location, like for example a full pizza is $7 instead of the usual $5.50, but prices here are still a damn sight better than anything at the casinos and most of the CVS / Walgreens on the Strip. Right next door to Ellis Island and a quick easy walk from Ballys, Cromwell or Flamingo if you're staying at one of those. read more

This should be a two star review but I'm adding a star because the employees are friendly and they keep the coffee stocked. Don't know what happened to this location. Used to be really clean inside and out. They actively attempted to keep the homeless from loitering. Now when you get here you get hit up for money at least a couple of time outside the door. There's trash on the ground, usually food and food containers, even though there are trash cans available. Inside, although well stocked, the store is dirty. Somebody really needs to mop the floor. Sadly it went from a really good 7-11 to the typical 7-11 in Las Vegas which isn't a good thing. read more

This is my go-to for snacks and light bites when I'm at the Westin or Ellis Island. It's a little tucked back from the street, but always busy when I go there. I get the sandwiches (I know, I know - yuk and unhealthy, but they are filling) and bottles of water. The workers are friendly and usually milling about, restocking or cleaning up. read more

It's a 7-Eleven so nothing to get all that excited about. I will say this though, there are some strange characters that are in this particular place at midnight on a Thursday evening. After making the drive from SD to LV we decided that a cold beer would do the trick to take the edge off of a 5 hour drive so off I go to find the nearest convenience store. This just happened to be the closest to where we were staying so off I go. Plenty of people loitering out front as I drove up. One woman had a dress so short I wasn't sure if it was a dress or a hat. Very conveniently located off the strip. Very friendly and courteous staff. I especially appreciated the lighter complected black lady with pretty eyes who helped me after I stood in a long line. I didn't have stay long with my couple of items. She went out of her way to ensure I was treated great, I thank you! :) I'm not from here, I was just eating over at the Ellis Island and needed a few things to bring back to the hotel room. Located right next to Ellis Island this location can get pretty busy, especially when people have just left the local nightclubs or going to and from whatever location. You'll see your share on panhandlers, limo drivers, and other garden variety characters. So, I would exercise some common sense just to be on the safe side.
