Honestly, a starbucks is a starbucks, but there are 2 things that set this one apart for me. The first was the staff, they were all genuinely very upbeat and had a lovely vibe about them. All smiles and the energy felt so lovely. The second (and the primary reason I left this review) was the MUSIC!! They had some AWESOME JAMS GOING! They played Phantom of the Opera, they played Roxanne from Moulin Rouge-- I can't remember the last time I heard these songs not in my car or in my home/on film. I loved the personality and the vibes from here. I would come back for that alone. I ordered a grande strawberry acai lemonade & a unicorn cake pop (they were very standard, so no complaints there). 11/10 guys, please continue being you! read more

This was my first visit. I usually show my order to ensure the barista gets everything right in my coffee vs me saying it so they can visually see my order. When I got my coffee, as soon as I sat down and grabbed my cup, it spilled over my hand. I then saw that the whip that was supposed to be added was also not in there, as well at the caramel drizzle on the rim was not in there. It just looked like a simple coffee, overfilled. Not sure why but every time I grabbed the coffee it just kept spilling more and more, to the point where I couldn't even bring it inside. So, I left it outside and told the barista what happened, she just kept offering to give me whip on the side or add it on top, I said well, it's pretty filled I'm not sure how I will add it on top or how you will add it on top. She just kinda stood there and said "well maybe you can drink some first" if you are a coffee drinker that's not really how it works to just add whip after.. Frustrated, I just ate my sandwich, and discarded the coffee. Also, I did show her my order and she said "oh I do see "the add whip" sometimes our cashiers forget to add ingredients.. as if that's the "normal". We come in regularly to get a ham & swiss baguette, and a dopio decaf in a venti cup w/ almond milk, and some variation of a fun flavored cold foam topping. The coffee is decent, I mean, it's Starbucks, and I'm the one who is ordering decaf. Would love to see a water filtered decaf someday, but for now it works. What I really want to comment on is the staff. And more than that, is the customers these staff are managing. There have been violent angry customers (literal attacks on customers and staff), fires lit, people doing drugs in the bathroom with regularity, messes left behind too disgusting to describe, and even a dead body was found last year. But these staff still come to work, day in and day out. Some even crossing the strike line, because they're so committed to a place that has refused to fix the broken security cameras, opened the store for longer hours to give more access to the problematic individuals mentioned before, and won't hire a security guard to be present to help lighten the stress load of an unstable and unsafe work environment. Cheers to these customer service representatives who are carrying compounded stress weight, deregulated nervous systems, and still come to work with a smile. These are the people we often overlook or treat poorly when our coffee is made wrong, or we can't use the bathroom because someone left bloody needles in the sink and they have to wait for sanitation to come clean. This is our Starbucks, and it will be as long as these staff are still willing to see it through. But, as soon as they've had enough, as soon as they realize they're being treated as part of a corporate machine that puts profits over people, and they all cycle out then we'll probably never step foot in a Starbucks again. So, 5 stars, because the humans working at this location deserve everything. read more

Walked into Starbucks. Cashier is standing to the side on her phone. (The only way to identify her is that she was visibly pregnant) my husband really needed to use the restroom. I asked her for the code and she responded until you make a purchase. As I put my order in and take my card out to pay she did not give me the restroom code until I paid. This is so unacceptable for a Starbucks. The restroom had no toilet paper so my husband had to go get wipes out of the car. This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks and I frequently make purchases from Starbucks because of the amazing service. Do not come to this location. Save your money and go to a different one. I understand that you need to make a purchase but this is not the way. The attitude of the worker was disappointing. read more

Want your drink made right come here. Strong, bold, and worth your money. The staff is always so inviting and nice when I come to this location. I always get espresso to get my day going and just give me that kick of caffeine. My order is always perfect and had to take a picture to let others see they make sure your complete shots are in there. I ordered a dopio over ice with a few additives and it was perfect. Also ordered egg bites and they were burnt. Aren't these cooked on a timer? Never had that happen before. Visited this store while in town for EDC and loved them! I am also a partner and it was nice to visit a store that had such a great vibe and felt like i was chatting with my own coworkers :)) I did a drive-thru order twice and had great experiences both times. My drink was excellent (brown sugar cortado) and i was pleasantly surprised to find a store away from home that had nugget ice. Will make sure to add this to my places to go when I am in Vegas. after driving 4 1/2 hours from Cali... it's my gf's women time of the month & so we stopped here to get some drinks & for her to use the restroom. The restroom code is (0025). There was a Aussie couple in front of us in line asking 99 questions & so to not be rude i asked the barista guy for the restroom code for my gf so she could handle her stuff. & the guys was like sorry you have to buy something & i told him i am, my girl just needs to handle her stuff & he ignored me finally 8 mins later. Maybe not a lot of time for ppl to wait but when you gotta handle stuff as a girl that's forever. We get to the front so i asked the girl cashier for the code & she finally gave it to me. I asked how come even if they see im paying customer are they rude about that. Then the manager COCO ( who looked ratchet af, dress more professional) said codes are only for costumers first. Not all Starbucks are the same... Especially this one in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada... I had bookmarked this location of the popular coffee chain because of its unusual sign. My friends, Norm, Terri, and Joanna had written reviews and posted photos. That's how I learned about the uniqueness of this particular Starbucks. Located on the corner of Clark and Casino Center Boulevard, I spotted the tall, white sign right away! To the left, I was able to get the Stratosphere in the same photo with the iconic Starbucks sign! Anyway, my Starbucks app alerted me to a special - buy a Black Tea this weekend and get a Bonus of twenty Stars! Ok! I can do that! I ordered online, took some photos outside, walked in, and my order was ready! It was an easy process, especially because of the free parking and because I went at an off time (it wasn't busy). A few customers were quietly working on their laptops while others like me just ran in and ran out! Mission accomplished! I've called multiple times trying to get an accounting of my cards loaded monthly for my staff and I am told "we don't have managers" we cannot give you an accounting for the past 3 years on the 4 Starbucks cards you re-load monthly. Your in-store staff is more interested in asking customers how are day is going and what are we doing today at 7am on a Monday morning in dress clothes than keeping a clean store....that's stupid and I don't want to tell your employees about my life...I want my coffee and to move on....and at $18 an hour there is a socially-pressured tip jar....also, it's pretty sad that McDonald's bathrooms are cleaner than yours...and if you are soooo socially conscious, why don't you have separate trash cans to recycle. Drive-thru visit: Cashier greeted me on the speaker, line moved quickly. Ordered a dark roast coffee and Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. My coffee was great, but I think my sandwich spent a few too many seconds in the microwave as the bun was unevenly overcooked. Other than that, it tasted as expected. Although welcomed with a warm feeling; I would not give their barista skills up to par with the cooperation they work for, I had asked how far I can go with customizing coffee I was giving an "almost infinite" answer when I had asked for my espresso with 1/2 heavy cream,hot coffee,mocha and caramel swirls. When grabbing my order held within a medium sized hot cup; my order but was not even half way full (I'm new to posting so I will grab a photo next time) looking at my receipt blankly in utter shock. Any way I asked for what my girlfriend wanted instead and if I were to customize that order they would still get it wrong. This Starbucks with the cool Starbucks sign is a conveniently located Starbucks that I found near the children's discovery center. I dropped off my Aunty and my nephew at the center and wanted to get a Starbucks drink before going back to the center. There are other locations that look closer, but they are either in casinos or in the outlet mall--both of which require you to park in a garage, pay for parking etc. I just wanted a drink. So I like walking into Starbucks. Even at drive through locations, I opt to walk in. After finding a parking spot at this location, I tried to walk in and found that their "lobby" was closed. I was sad. I considered driving to a different Starbucks, but since I was already there, I went through the drive through. The guy taking my order was the same guy at the window when I pulled up to get my drink. He was nice and efficient. I got a frozen pineapple passion fruit lemonade. It was perfect since it is so damn hot outside. I'm glad I tried it. It's unfortunate that the lobby was closed and I wonder how often they close it. It would have been nice to enjoy my beverage inside with the air conditioning, but I sat in my car in the parking lot instead.... Pretty sad. read more

My two sisters, Bro in Law and I came here in April 2021 after a Las Vegas wedding for a 3rd cousin twice removed. We were hungry and thirsty and so were the nieces!! A quick Google and Yelp search led us to this new Starbucks location. The location was easy to find and staff was very friendly. Our order was pretty big but mostly Carmel Frappicinno's, lemonades for the girls, croissants for them and my Iced Green Tea with Guava (before they discontinued it sadly). The Starbucks Employee at the Drive Thru said everyone in the car looked stunning! He definitely earned his tip for sure. He had some small talk going on which my middle sister and I enjoyed and even the nieces chimed in as I had the windows rolled down as they love taking in the fresh air in cars. Overall, we liked this location, very consistent, good drinks we all left happy campers and feeling good! I recommend if you are in the area to stop by! One of the most Friendly Starbucks ever!
