    Great selection of Slurpee's (Cotton Candy). My son and I came here and got a free one for Slurpee day (July 11th), thank you!

The bread did not taste as good as it normally does and I should've returned it but I thought maybe they changed their bread at this location (I've ordered this same sandwich many times before from this location). I did also order an iced coffee which I only took a sip of. Not because it made me feel ill but because I don't normally drink til I'm done eating. Since it was the only thing I ate that day and everything that I ate the day before, I ate a day later (leftovers) with no problems. But on a good note, I lost 2lbs! :-)

    After not being able to use the facilities at my last stop, I was happy to see another pop up on…read morethe route I was taking. It was nice to see another location, but getting here after getting off the highway was a bit of a headache. However, once I did get into the lot and after I found a parking spot, I ran inside to use the facilities. Not unlike most Wawa locations, the facilities here ware cramped. One toilet, one urinal, not the roomiest set up, but if you need to go, you need to go. Once out of the facilities I ran to get a beverage and something small to snack on so that I could be on my way. Getting through the checkout line was easy. Once outside I stretched my legs a bit before I was on my way again towards my final destination. That is after I fought my way through the parking lot and back out on the road.

    I ordered a catering pick up on Tuesday evening for a pick up for Thursday afternoon. Plenty of…read moretime for Shoprite to prepare the order. When I arrived, I went to customer service to see where I would pick up the catering. Customer service had three people by the desk. I waited until they broke in their conversation, which I observed inappropriate language. The one woman barely raised her finger to direct me in the direction of the Deli department. When I arrived at my designated pick up time, 2 out of my 3 items were prepared and ready. I ordered two dessert trays and one fruit tray. The manager was called over and briefly apologized, and the worker told me to give her 20mins so that she could prepare the fruit tray. Once completed, and full sticker price was placed on the container, I complimented the worker for the tray presentation but also shared my annoyance still for the customer service of the matter. The worker said she would get the manager again to speak with me. I shared my hesitation that I was already behind schedule and that I would not wait for the manager long. When the manager did come over to me, he continued with his quick apology and asked what he could do. Although I was not looking for a discount, more of an empathic explanation, he continued to give the typical customer robotic 'sorry.' He told me that the order was from two different apartments. I told him that that is not my concern, as I ordered from one Shoprite with one on-line order and that he should speak with his team to get the communication clear and have them on the same page. He quickly responded with "I already did that." What I would have liked to have heard was a more empathic response, rather than a rushed, routine response. Heck, offer to help me to the car! I doubt Steve would have appreciated this knowing that an unhappy customer left his store.

    This is a big supermarket with a huge footprint. Big enough that I had trouble finding the few…read morethings I needed this evening. That's probably because I'm just not familiar with the layout. What I could find was well stocked. After about 20 minutes of searching and a couple trips back and forth across the store, I had my stuff. At the self checkout, of course I don't have their club membership. A few tries of Tommy Tutone's number with different area codes and now I'm a club member. Discounts! The store is clean. The parking lot was clean. There were no carts in the cart corrals.
