The staff is friendly and kind, but the last three times I was there, I've sensed some hiccups in the logistics either for other customers or towards me -- I suspect these'll suss out in due time. The part of the review that nobody ever talks about: - Water: There's a self-serve soda machine with clean water - Restrooms: There are two single occupancy restrooms - Accessibility: It's all wheelchair accessible - Seating: Plenty of seating - Will it fill you up? Compared to the normal hoagie, I'd say these are probably slightly smaller just since it's not processed meats and all, but still certainly fair and filling. - Dietary Notes: I mean, it's a Sandwich shop, the dietary notes you'd expect apply here, with one caveat. Unlike say a Subways or Jersey Mikes, you don't get to 'walk with your food' down the line as you build it, but rather, they build it in the back. So if you're picky over what goes on your Sandwich or want some of the control of seeing what's going on (i.e. cross contamination concerns), you won't get that degree of control here.
