Idk for sure, but something tells me, Kyle could have come up with a more customer friendly way of telling me. I've been dealing with customer service, & retail my whole life. I appreciate the fact that everyone has their good days, & bad. So when i went back to try it again, the store was busy, & they had one person making the drinks, while the manager Kyle was standing over in the corner goofing off with other employees, while laughing at the one person trying to keep up with making the drinks. I am glad there are more than one location of this particular business. Their shakes are amazing, & their fried foods are out of this world, but to the manager at this particular location... The adult breakfast sandwich on a bagel was huge, but it was good. The ice coffee was good. I accidentally ordered some Grahm cracker crumbs on top of my coffee and I did not like it. Otherwise, I would go back when in the area. The coffee comes from one side of the counter and food comes from another side. You get a ticket and pay for everything at the counter if you wanted to grab chips or anything else.

We decided to report the owner to the police & corporate office with multiple complaints. I will NEVER patronize Shell gas station at 7274 Mechanicsville Tpke. If you want to be treated poorly & disrepected by the owner, visit that particular location. As a result, The next day I received a 25 cents off per gallon coupon expiring by the end of the year thanks to my formal complaint received from the Shell corporation.
