It's a typical 7-Eleven branded store with all the things you expect. I was there in the early evening. The packaged sandwiches were sold out, and some shelves were empty. I decided to ask an older gentleman behind the counter for a hotdog. Okay, I didn't know hotdogs were self-serve now. He seemed annoyed that I didn't know this. Now that I know, probably NOT a good idea to eat hotdogs at 7-Eleven again. I didn't get sick, but the idea of having hot food exposed like that.....no thanks. The cashier was an older Indian lady. Similar to other reviews, the customer service here is atrocious. I don't know why but from the moment we stepped in, the night shift worker seemed like he wanted us to leave immediately. He was very rude about it too, telling us to hurry up which gave us no time to browse for snacks and drinks. My friends are I probably spent 1-2 minutes total in the store. When it was time to pay, I was about to input my 7-Eleven rewards number but he covered the screen and said "no, no time for that." No patience whatsoever. We did not feel welcomed here and will not be returning to this location. read more

Clean and organized store, bright and like-new signage, not fully stocked but they had enough options for my needs, such as the peanut butter chocolate trail mix that I like. Didn't have my preferred beef jerky brand, but I tried Jack Link's and it was fine. The worker didn't know how to apply the rewards program (scan barcode or enter phone number) but got another worker to help out. Seemed more complicated than it needed to be, but I made it outta there without too long of a delay. And the 7-Select products they offer for some of their goods are comparable in taste and quality to pricier brands... their flavored sparkling water was yum! read more

This use to be my go-to 7-11 spot when I worked near Kato road. Service has always been friendly and the store is clean. I often frequent here because they have blueberry coffee. And today on the way to my way to work I took a detour and made quick stop here and to my surprise after many years, they still have the blueberry flavor coffee. Even tho 7-11 coffee wouldn't be my first choice, the blueberry coffee brought back some nostalgic memories. read more

Customer Service is non-existent here. Every time I try and talk to the cashiers to ask for something simple, they respond like they don't understand English. Just yesterday, I went in to redeem 2 free lottery tickets. I showed them to the Cashier and told him that I want to redeem my free lottery tickets. He responded with silence and just pointed at the wall where the check-a-ticket scanner was. Confused, I left my spot in line to check my ticket thinking there was something I missed, and all I was missing was my brain cell I left at the counter with the cashier. I went back in line and spoke again slowly, with a louder tone, and with hand gestures just to make sure he didn't miss any cues, and FINALLY, he got the message. No longer coming back here. OK, I tried this place twice. The first time I was wet and cold from the rain and tried to grab some coffee between Jon sites. This place was out. Second time I went in for a Big Gulp...and they were out of cups. I get a place is going to run out of things on occasion, but no coffee and no soda, that's pretty much inexcusable for a 7-11. read more

Well, it's a 7-Eleven, they have the same variety as all the other locations in the area and accept all forms of payment including EBT. I appreciate that this location is cleaner than many others and that the shelves don't have too much empty space, but I am honestly not a fan of the self serve roller items. I personally don't like the idea of hella random people touching and messing with the same food items, it may take more time, but I feel more comfortable with locations that leave this service to the counter worker. read more

I came here at night to get a slurpee and I ended up spilling some on the floor so I threw it away, apologized and decided to just get water instead. The cashier told me he was going to charge me for the slurpee I threw away because it wasn't free. Gave him the 2.79 for the slurpee and left empty handed. read more

It was 4:30AM and I just dropped the kiddo off to the sitter because I was due at work at 5AM. My shift for that entire week? Working and stressing endlessly for 60+ hours and w/ the lack of shuteye, this 7-11 saved me. I got the Double Shot Light from Starbucks. I downed it and finished it before I got back to my car. 2nd day in a row, i came in to fill my propane for needed heat, as i approached i looked to see if it was the negative cashier from the prior day (Pauline) onsight of me she declined once again and said the propane machine was not working but not true as i was driving home witnessed someone getting propane. I was also asked why didn't arrive earlier although policy is 5pm and i arrive at 4:40 today. Smh i guess my child must be cold another nite... ONE other thing THE CARWASH! Very very VERY disappointed with the owner. My husband recently bought two $25 iTunes gift cards at the store and quickly realized they didn't work once he got home. We went back to refund the cards and were told we couldn't do so. Instead of the owner helping us, the customers, he decided to yell and have a tantrum. When we went back a different day to get a copy of the receipts, the owner again copped an attitude and refused to help. If this isn't poor management, I don't know what is. I would highly recommend NOT coming here for your iTunes cards, unless you like getting ripped off and talked down to. Note, this review is specifically for the owner, the other employees are very nice and willing to help. He really needs to work on his customer service and communication skills. I haven't updated this review In a while , but I always go to this 711 && it's always easy going ! I had one bad experience here and the manager of this location took it very serious and handled it within reasons and that is why I will still provide my services here !! I have got to say, that is the LAST time I ever go here again. The owner is unreasonably rude and throws tantrums easily. 7-11 is 7-11. I bet this place is exactly the same as another 7-11 down south. Nothing special about this place but the fact that I can pretty much walk to this place from my house. Pretty hard to rate this place when it's pretty much all the same. Pretty cool how it's 24 hours though, means I can get a nice cold one at 2 in the morning if I'm in the mood. This place use to love taking my money for cigarettes, but since I've cut down a few, I'm sure this place has been losing money and my pocket have been getting deeper. The only thing I hate about 7-11 is when there slurpee machines are not working and when the slurpee taste like water, on a hot day you want to taste the coldness of the flavor, not water, its like all 7-11, nothing special about this place, the employees are friendly you can say that, but I know they don't wanna work there. read more

I love 7-eleven! This store has everything from great slurpees to great tasting fruit bowls. Its always a fast stop for me on the way home. Now and days people like things fast and as great as they expected and this is what this 7-eleven on S park victoria Dr in milpitas offers. They have great employees who greet you with smile as soon as you come in and a "have a nice day" when your on your way out. Even if i am across town i will hold off until I make it to this store because they have more of a variety of foods and drinks,and this store is always kept clean, unlike some other stores. so if your looking for a fast stop,great service,and a large variety oh thank heaven for this 7-eleven! read more

Remember back in the day when all the 7-11 stores were clean and spacious. There were no crowded aisles, cheap crap on display, the stores smelled cleaned and the customers were not panhandling outside. This store is horrible and in one of the worst areas in Milpitas. There is a "crack" hotel around the corner where the occupants walk over to this 7-11 and hang outside. It smell like urine outside, the garbage cans outside are full and gross. Just a bunche of criminal element hanging outside so you don't feel comfortable walking in there. It's too crowded when you walk in the store with the wasteful displays of junk they sell. The slurpee machine area is always gross and sticky. I went on the last 7-11 Free Slurpee Day and the clerk says they "ran out"..it was around 5pm, but yet he was still serving his family free slurpees. The stuff is overpriced there anyway...just go to the nearest Lucky's or Safeway. It's cleaner, cheaper, and safer. read more
