I asked what was the deal, cashier points to the credit card machine and flips up this small cardboard paper and in tiny letters (that was folder over) it says .45 cent charge for any credit card charges under $5. I tell him that I just filled $100 of gas outside, and they're gonna charge me another 45 cents for this $1.60 bottle of soda? I ask for a return, and he tells me if I make the return, the .45 cents will NOT be returned. Who runs a business like this? I tell the guy I'm NEVER filling gas at his station again, and that's $100 every 1-1.5 weeks. He just said "okay". Really? that's the kind of business this place is. AH HELL NO!

After recently changing insurance, we now pick up here. Every time I've driven through to pick up at the window, the line has been crazy long. They often have one person handling both the in-store and drive-through pickups. This is insane! Most pharmacies have several techs and a pharmacist working. One day last week the line didn't move an inch for almost 10 minutes. Fortunately, they offer delivery for a reasonable price ($3). That'll have to do for stuff we're not out of on the day they fill. It takes 2 business days, though. One other demerit: Their website does not let you send a question about a pickup (or anything else). Other pharmacies do, which saves you having to call once, fight through the phone menu, and then wait for them to call back. If they would add this to their website, it would let the employees answer the question when they can and then call you. They almost seem like they're purposely designing the work environment to drive their employees nuts. I asked the tech last night if they always make her work by herself, and she just laughed. I still can't figure out why that would be funny...lol
