This gas station is by far one of the most outdated and mismanaged I've ever experienced. I stopped by after a tiring work day expecting a quick and convenient fill-up, only to face a series of frustrations. I tried to pump gas from my car, only to have my card repeatedly declined. When it finally worked, the ancient keypad needed to be aggressively pressed for every number, and the faded rubber yes/no pad barely worked as well. So after standing in the cold with this for several minutes, I frustratingly walked in, got in line and asked for a $60 fill, only to use up about $50. Walked back to the cashier again to get my receipt. I then had to wait in line, and when it was finally my turn, Rajan struggled with his machine and asked me to wait on the side as he took in other customers. By the third customer, I lost it and growled, barked and hissed! His machine miraculously printed the receipt, but he could not explain what was in it. He gave me attitude back to cover for his incompetence. I stormed out of there. I just can't with Rajan! I left questioning my life choices. I just wanted gas without all this drama, and a side of regret--definitely not a place I'd recommend. read more

Cannot get a hold of anyone! Fraudulent activity occurred this past Saturday, 2/22/25 on my debit card. I informed the cashiet, after I haf taken a pucture of the pump, to advise that this might be an issue. I did not notice until I was done pumping gas, that the strip was taken off completely. I showed the cashier the pucture and she didn't seem to be very concerned. I then noticed the charge on my card thst I did not make! I went back and told the employee what happened and he said no there is no gas in it I said I know I told you the reason and I told him to call his boss and he did so he changed his talk to his language so I didn't hear what he was talking or saying which it was rude owner denied exchanging it and he said the same and to call the propane company so I did. They said their contract is if there is any issues or problems with the tank that the owner should train their employees how to properly exchange this and the propane company was so helpful and called the owner to tell their employees and manager to exchange it. I want everyone to know this so they can't do this to you or anyone else. Please be aware of their scams here and when you know the rules and laws you won't be taken advantage of. BUT he was worried about me, an African American man who was in his store instead. This old Indian guy even leaned over the other Indian cashier to see what I was purchasing and spoke in other language before walking away. This is the closest gas station to my house. It's unfortunate that they're so rude. There's a sign that says .11¢ off at the pump when you use your rewards #. With gas prices that are sky high every penny counts! I went into pay and buy an energy drink and the cashier tried to tell me that it's only for $100 of gas or more. Um no! RUDE !! I come to the store every day to get my husband's beer in my cup of coffee. Most of the time the coffee is cold or not fresh. I use my 7-Eleven app every time so I can get my free coffee on my 7th cup. Today I go and just buy a beef jerky expecting my coffee to be free, the clerk proceeds to charge me $4.98, I told him my coffee should be free today and handed him my five dollars. He gives me my few cents in change. I tell him again that my coffee is supposed to be free and I should only be charged for my beef jerky. He told me take a muffin -which I do not want. But he charged me for anyways. He continue to argue me down and tell me that the coffee is only three in the morning. Which is bullshit- my coffee is free because it's my 7th cup dummy. I will definitely not be giving them my business anymore, whether it be the gas or the beer, I can go to ampm right across the street and get treated with respect. I go to a convenience store early most weekday mornings before work for some caffeine and other stuff sometimes. I came to this 7-11 everyday for a while but the morning clerk is so rude I stopped coming. She doesn't talk to you or treat you like a person or like you're even there. I stopped going but today needed quick medicine so I stopped by. Yet again so rude. Doesn't look at you. I said thank you. No thank you or you're welcome back. I said have a good day. No response. The people that work here are super rude to the customers. If it were possible to give zero stars I'd try for a negative. The first time I went in I chalked the attitude up to maybe a bad day- we all have them. But today was it for me. One of the men behind the counter yelled at the customers that "there's one line not four" in the rudest way possible, instead of maybe directing the people who just entered. It was hard to tell which direction the line went and all of the people milling about didn't help. If I didn't absolutely need gas I would have left. I'm never going back there and will make it a point to tell everyone around me in the area to stay away. Get a better attitude or choose a different job. An above average 7-eleven. Located in a safe area and is clean. Yes, I said it - safe AND clean, which is not common with 7-eleven and other similar convenience stores/gas stations. The only reason it gets 3/5 stars is because I've had credit card problems (AKA credit card fraud & being double charged) in their gas station, so I avoid this place entirely unless it's absolutely necessary. So please, please be careful when using a debit/credit card here! Otherwise, if you want better quality gas compared to the Arco gas across the street and need a place to get some snacks, this is the better bet. read more

I have an addiction... Dr. Pepper. My husband frequented the 711 near our home in Chula Vista so often the employees became like family. We moved to Menifee and I was over-joyed when I discovered that there was a 711 just as close to our new home. But, my hubby discover that you could get a new cup every time for cheaper at Circle K. Thereby freeing us from having tons of plastic cups floating around our home, and saving four bright shinny pennies. Well 711 is still closer, so some mornings when I am really jones'n I will go to 711 for a refill. Today was one of those days, however I forgot my cup to refill. And of course I only brought a dollar because I was only planning on getting the refill. I ask that casher what size cup was 99 cents. And he told me the smallest one. So I walk over to the drink fountain and see that the Big Gulp is the smallest they have there. I fill a Big Gulp, and walked back to the counter. The cashier rings it up at $1.27. Again, I only have one dollar like a dam kid... So, I say,"but you told me that the smallest cup was just a dollar, is there that much tax?" He says, "NO... that cup is not a dollar, this one is"...and proceeds to pull a Gulp cup from BEHIND THE COUNTER. I am puzzled as to why when I ask him about the 99 cent cup, he did not give me the gulp cup if they were not accessible to the general public.
