Would love to give FIVE stars to this tasty establishment, but alas, they have been overcharging us. We brought it to the attention of the "kids" working here and were told "that's how someone taught me to do it." When you order a dipped waffle cone, it should be a $2.50 up charge. Instead of doing that, they are doing an up charge to the waffle cone and then charging again for the waffle cone with the dip. So, a $6.99 small is not a $9.48 total, it is a $10.48 total. While I understand it $1, over time with a large family, it is costing us way more. On an ambiance level, I prefer this location to the downtown 5th Avenue location. It is smaller and not as busy. I also swear their ice cream tastes better. Overall, I'd give it a five star rating if they trained their staff appropriately. read more

Truth is Kilwin's is a bit pricey. However the service is top notch. We are greeted with a smile and the staff are always efficient, friendly and professional. I eat the toasted chocolate coconut which they keep in the back. I do wish they would make your scoop a tiny bit bigger for the prices they charge but I do understand that their ice cream is superior to many of their competitors. In season the line can get super long but they work very hard to minimize the wait. This is definitely my go to place when I want to indulge in a special treat. read more

We were hoping to find some good fudge at Kilwins but we were dissapointed with the selection. The place is cute, it has a nice location atthe Mercato, but it didn't grab me. Merchandise looked piked over in general. I also felt like the staff jumps to you the moment you entered the store while you are still trying to look around and get an idea of what's going on. A tad too aggressive for me! We got a scoop of chocolate ice-cream in a cone, it was just OK, maybe I should have gotten something else, the selection didn't inspire me. Not as creamy as I thought. I love Kilwins and have been to various stores outside of Florida as well as Florida They are consistent in their quality and a danger to my sweet tooth. Ice cream, chocolates, caramel popcorn and my favorite caramel apples are freshly made here. They have fudge and give samples of course. This one is very small but a perfect location. Smack downtown center of Mercato and next to a coffee shop (you gotta have coffee with chocolate) It will do well The staff is friendly and the owners are very sweet and welcoming. They actually act like they want your business unlike some others I have been to. The lack of All stars is that there is a problem with the floor plan. They cramped a lot onto a small space and I fear when full season hits it will be madness trying to get help and just the simple traffic flow. There are 2 entries and it is hard to know how to get help when the staff is at one end where ice cream is offered but you are at the opposite end where the caramel apples are. They need a sign for ordering and may need a ticket number machine to keep track of people coming from both directions They are newly opened so I hope they get all the kinks out soon and thrive as I am glad they are in my neighborhood Btw parking, as usual, is a challenge, all over Mercato so don't be in a rush or get dropped off and send hubby to wait like I did. Amazing place! I had their peanut butter fudge and it absolutely hit the spot! Such a divine texture. After a little while I got sick of it but Im saving it because it's delicious. Excellent Service and the most delicious fudge. It literally melts in your mouth. I had never been to a Kilwins before but while visiting my daughter in Naples she told me I had to try it. She craved it so much during her pregnancy I think the staff still remembered her when we visited last Saturday after she had her baby. Delicious ice cream in a waffle cone. We did get an assortment of chocolate to go. It was a very clean nice place that smelled amazing because the guy was making chocolate turtles. He was super nice and I wish I knew his name because he was so helpful with our chocolate selections. I would give Kilwins a million stars if I could! First of all, I would like to give a giant shout out to the amazing staff that was there yesterday (3/25/22) Sabrina, Hannah & Ian!!! They were so friendly and helpful. I wanted your caramels, but you ran out the night before. They asked when I needed them then took the time to make/roll them for me. We are visiting Naples and they are by far the most competent and friendly hospitality workers I've experienced here. I honestly cannot say enough about them! As far as your ice cream goes, it is my ALL TIME FAVORITE! And I eat a LOT of ice cream! The chocolate coconut chip is just beyond. The closest Kilwins to my home is over two hours away, but my husband and I make the drive. So worth it! Love your caramels, fudge, caramel apples and other candies as well. Keep up the great work!
