We waited 20 minutes in line only to be met with one of the most uncomfortable retail experiences I've had. The cashier was visibly miserable, slouching on the counter, scrolling through social media while her coworkers did the heavy lifting. Throughout the wait, she was huffing and puffing audibly at customers and acting like every basic task was a massive burden. The most concerning part was the hygiene; she was biting her nails while handling cash and never washed her hands before serving. To cap it off, she was openly hostile to her coworkers, snapping 'I haven't gone in four hours!' when one mentioned needing a bathroom break. The 'dead silence' that followed said it all. Good ol' Ben and Jerry's is always Yumtastic. I had to get sorbet as my gluten-free dairy-free specifications did not align at this particular shop(the gluten-free and dairy-free flavors were not here,) the sorbet was delicious. The girls behind the counter were very helpful in my decision making with my specifications and that is always a big plus for me. My hubby ordered a smoothie was equally satisfied. I have been coming to this Ben & Jerry's as long as I can remember and it's a big part of my childhood memories in Naples! It's about a mile away from where we stay, and we walked over a little bit after lunch. We only had to wait in line behind one person, so it was a pretty quick process. There is a definitely a steady flow of customers. There was one girl working in the front and another in the back who I believe was decorating cakes. Now they offer non dairy ice cream, I will plan on returning.... during the summer off tourist season. Why? Parking is nonexistent when the snow birds return. Too crowded, though in a beautiful outdoor mall and this store is a great location for them. Small store and I've seen lines out the door, easily... there is seating outside but I would prefer to go. Close to the beach, better to order and leave. The ice cream was very creamy and deliciously made from almond milk, great protein too. Currently 2 flavors of non dairy and lots of pre packed pints you can buy. Chocolate caramel with almonds were my favorite. What can I say... It's Ben and Jerry's... Every single flavor is amazing! This particular location is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our ice cream and then walked all around this quaint village with beautiful stores. There is a huge lake in the back, the water is lit at night, and you get to see dozens of huge catfish swimming around. We will definitely be coming back to this spot. read more

I love Ben & Jerry's ice cream so I decided I wanted to come to the storefront to have a great end to my evening. But unfortunately my experience was ruined by a few things. 1: The staff was lacking customer service and were not very inviting. 2: I asked what ingredients were in a few of the ice creams, I have a gluten allergy so I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting a flavor with cookies in it. I asked an employee what was in the "Chocolate Therapy" flavor and she told me it was "dark chocolate ice cream with chocolate pudding ribbons". So knowing it didn't have cookies in it, I ordered it. When I started eating it in my car I realized it tasted like it had cookie dough so I did my own research and found that it contained "chocolate cookie bits". I did not want to go back in and deal with the bored staff so I threw my ice cream out. It would be really nice to be informed of all of the ingredients in an ice cream when asked about it and also educating your staff. read more

Wonderful location, clean spot, and fast service. If you are unsure of what flavor to get don't hesitate on asking for a sample or two or three haha. I originally went for the strawberry but unfortunately there was little taste and somewhat of freezer burn by that wasn't a problem because the employees had no problem switching it out for another flavor. We just had some delicious ice cream from Ben and Jerry's. When we first arrived, around 11:50am, there were no waffle cones made. The sales person told us they would be ready in 30 minutes.
