This 7-Eleven has shady practices. I went to go buy some bang energy drink. They were buy one get one free because the label in the refrigerator is what it said. I went to pay and it was regular price. I informed Sighn to please take it off because that's false advertisement. He would not honor the buy one get one and I ended up paying regular price. I asked him if he could please remove that because it's false advertisement and he said that he would I came today and they were still there. This is two weeks later. Not only that when I went to go pay for the water I bought he put HIS phone number in the 7-Eleven app and try to steal my Points. I said why did you do that? I want my points he said I'm sorry I already scan my number and he wanted me to pay I said no I want my points so this gentleman is very shady. This 7-Eleven is very shady. Be careful what you buy. Check your prices and watch out for this guy. I don't like funny acting individuals so I'm putting him on blast, write him up or get somebody new. Cash paying customers beware!!!! I purchased a coffee for $2.09. Gave the cashier $10.09 he gave me back $3.00. I told him I gave him a $10 he rebutted I gave him $5. I distinctly remember the single $10 bill in my wallet. I told him a few times and finally decided the peaceful direction I'm working towards. If that extra benefits him so be it he will reap somehow. Found it rather odd he argued I gave him $5, however he never pulled the $5 out of the drawer to show me. Most cashier will be quick to show you! Just be careful when paying with cash or you may as well grab a cup of coffee at a coffee shop for $7 bucks! The worst 7-11 I've been to. The guy at the counter is rude and has a bad attitude. I went in to get some chicken wings, 2 times. On the food counter there's a big sign says wings 5 for $5 or 10 for $6. I told the guy I want 10 wings. Ans when I pay for them, he charge me $10 plus tax. I told him it should be $6. He said it's 5 for $5. I told him to check out his sign it says 10 for $6. He told me the deal is no longer valid, and he took the sign off. The second time I went there, the sign is still on, and the same thing happened. If you don't want to honor the deals, just take the sign off and no one will bother with you. read more

this spacious 7-11 sells beers (not that many, mostly mainstream, mex, some micros, slightly pricey). the usual convenience items, lots of ready to eat ramen/noodles. first 7-11 i've seen that sold cellphones/mobile services. eats: spicy chicken biscuit(1) -lots of sodium/msg? chemicals tasted wanted to toss it, finally ate it all (just 4 ounces?) -slight spicy taste, lots of calories from fat. -biscuit tasted ok, meat is the culprit. wouldn't rebuy, 1.5 stars notes: -cashier seem to be eyeing my every movememt. pretended not to notice, avoided touching anything. -lots of parking available. read more

In the past year, I came here a couple times with my son to buy a slurpee. Every time we come here, they're always serving the same flavors. At other locations, they actually rotate the flavors or even offer more selections. Besides that, this store is really clean and there's plenty of parking in the plaza. Went there today to get some chips for my daughter, the floors were disgustingdirty, there was literally no fresh sandwiches or fruit on the shelves... the door where the donuts are was missing so the donuts were exposed to flies and whatever else is crawling around in there, there was food, ( bags of chips, candy ect....) all over the floor! The Indian dude was on the phone yapping away.... he should have been cleaning that place! It looked horrible. Located in a brand new strip mall called Cedar Springs. Coming soon are All State Insurance, A Kung Fu studio & I think a Thai Restaurant. Recently added Papa Johns delivery only. Anyways this 7-11 is located my kids' Challenger Preschool. next door is A marriott courtyard hotel chain I believe. This is the cleanest 7-11 I have seen around the tri city area. No weirdos hanging around. Plenty of parking and its abundant all the time. They dont have redbox but do have Blockbuster express. The vietnamese clerks are decent. They lock up the beers and you have to ask for the key, there is a high school within 100 yds away so you'll see your teenie boppers with their slurpees and snacks. Litter is minimal outside. One of the clerks has the deepest vietnamese accents I have ever heard. I thought he was mocking me when he talked but that is the way he talks.Usually grab a bite here before or after picking up my kids from school or if they have a holiday program. Just another 7-11 store. I have been here about 5 times. I always see the same Asian guy working here and he is really quiet and just kind of stares. A smile or a hello would be nice. Live right by the place we come once every other day to pick up drinks and snacks. They usually have everything I'm looking for and it's never too busy when I come here. I bought 1 scratcher from here.. won $2. So I get another of the same scratcher, won a free ticket.. claimed my free ticket.. scratched my last ticket and I appeared to have won $5.. I go back in the last time to claim my $5.. the man hands me a receipt and says $3. I said "huh? really i thought it was $5" (this is me confused and not mean). I tried to get a Slurpee for $1.50 during the bring your own cup promotion. The promotion clearly says that any container that fits through the 10 inch round hole can be used to get a Slurpee for a dollar fifty . They tried to charge me $3 even though my cup easily fit in the 10 inch hole that restricts cup size. The promotion is intended to get 7 11 positive free advertisement. Clearly they don't care about keeping their customers happy. read more
