I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! I placed a pick-up order, went to the store, and they told me it had already been cancelled with NOTHING available for me to pick up. There was zero notification and no assistance. Meanwhile, DoorDash still marked the order as "completed," which is completely misleading because I received absolutely nothing. read more

there was a big short lady & a medium short lady who both do not like their job. I'm taking my time deciding what I want to grab for a quick snack before I head back to class; as I'm deciding, the medium short lady grunts loudly, bangs the counter and then goes in the back to tell the big short lady something which then has both them just look at me from the back of the store. I confront her about it before paying for my stuff and she's in shock because someone finally calls these rude workers out on their rudeness. One day they're gonna come across the wrong one and be unkind to the wrong one. You work customer service at a convenience store with so many different things to choose from, God forbid someone is indecisive and thinks through what they're going to get. If you're going to get impatient with them and upset that they're indecisive, maybe find a new occupation. One where you can be a jerk in private. I can't believe it I usually go to Dunkin donuts but 711 was the closest. I walked in the door went straight to the coffee there were 7 pots of which NONE of them had coffee. There was no line, actually it was one other person in the store 5 other people walk in after me (we stood around talking). The ladies were scrambling to make coffee at that point. Scary when the cashier is insane derelict & screaming at me !!! This was because I demanded a paper dish to hold a microwaved burrito. He told me to cook the burrito at home ! Or use a napkin. Mexican lady, middle-aged was being very rude to me. I'm an Uber driver so I go to 7-Eleven every single day, I wanted to stop for a hot coffee, the coffee was completely cold, I had to reheat it in their microwave so use 2 cups to keep it hot, as I was checking out the lady tried to charge me for 2 cups of coffee and tried to tell me that they charge because I use 2 cups. I go to 7-Eleven literally every day and I always use 2 cups, I have never ever ever ever been charged for 2 cups of coffee just for using 2 cups LOL honestly I think she was lying and even if there was was a policy why would you sit there and argue with the customer? And she was telling me that I just told her never mind I'll throw this other cup away, as I was doing that I SPILLED THE HOT COFFEE ON MY HAND AND THEIR COUNTER! Now I'm a nice person, I wasn't sitting there and yelling or anything, actually I was pretty embarrassed that I spilled it on myself, after she scoffed at me, she didn't even ask me if I was OK or offer me any napkins or to clean it up, I just cleaned it up with myself with the napkins I had on me. This was so completely unprofessional and rude, I have a background in food /customer service as well so I know that this is really messed up. I've never had to write this long of a review just for 7-Eleven!!! DONT COME TO THIS 7-11 . I came to this 7-11 specifically to get cash but the cash back option was not available. When asked to help, "Hugo" threw his hands in the air and said "I don't know". I come all the way from Santa Ana just for their wings. They're always fresh and look tasty. I go to other 711's in my area and none of them are like the ones in this location. I would highly recommend this if you're in the area and are hungry because they always have fresh food. Besides the ladies working there are very nice and polite. read more

I stopped by this 7-11 with my son he's 10. Therefor old enough to understand profanity coming from the two employees a guys and a girl. Both Hispanic. I'm Mexican and clearly understood every curse word they used. While I was scoping the isles I could hear them talk about their personal life's. As I was approaching the counter I would have expected them to stop with their conversation since "a customer" (me) was approaching them. Little did they care and while leaning on the counter I was being charged and their conversation continued like if my son and I weren't there. From the looks they thought we didn't speak Spanish as I exited I told my son to grab his things and to get out bc these people even though adult, didn't have manners. ALL WAS SAID IN SPANISH. The man and woman working today on 10/23 were completely rude and disrespectful. I was purchasing lotto tickets and was being yelled at to hurry up because I was scanning a ticket (only one scanner in the store and it's located at the register). Also the ticket I bought was already pre printed. They have a stack sitting there on the counter that they give out.
