As such, I haven't been able to try this place out properly. A 12:57pm, they didn't have any iced coffee and unfortunately didn't have an espresso machine either. I got some iced tea (which was a lemon iced tea with a little bit of sugar) and a breakfast sandwich to go. The breakky sammy was good, although a bit too much bread for the contents. I hope to be able to try their coffee later and I really hope they can expand their hours and succeed in this location. I oftentimes find myself wanting a coffee here at 3pm, but by that time; it's unfortunately closed.

The flavors of the chai, espresso and milk (I get almond milk) are all perfectly balanced and compliment each other for delicious sip after sip. And, the cherry on top... A large with almond milk comes in just under $5! Anywhere else it'd be $7+ and wouldn't taste as good. They also have a selection of house made gelato in the warmer weather.
