I stop over here every once in awhile for a quick lunch bite. This TH seems to be managed very well with kind and professional employees. I really like their pretzel bagel toasted with butter, and their ham & Swiss sandwich on a baguette with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. When you order a sammy, you get a choice of sides of fruit or chips. I love their chips; recommend! Today was a ham & Swiss today and it was the best one I've had yet, AND looked like the picture, if not better. I normally don't eat tomatoes, but they were left looking. More like Timid Hortons, as this is no longer the bold and brilliant location it once was. Maple and Ayer has taken over as the area's best and most consistent. I've been a big fan of this particular Tim Hortons for a long time and some of the employees more than others are really nice. Having said that I've had some pretty awful experiences with some of the employees on other occasions - especially the most recent time where she gave me an awful coffee and wasn't too friendly about it. read more

I occasionally come through this Tim Horton's drive-thru, since it is right next to a carwash that I frequent regularly. This Tim's is in a plaza'ish area, where all of the businesses are physically disconnected from each other, but connected by an inner-road on the backside that runs down a large parking lot. The drive-thru staff is typically very friendly. The line moves along at a reasonable pace, and doesn't seem to be as busy as some of my other regular Tim's. Perhaps this is because this Tim's is on Transit, and if you're not on the right side of the median, many people probably just bypass until you get to the next Tim's on the side you're on. There seems to be a Tim's in spitting-distance no matter where you are in the 716 these days, so you'll hit another soon, haha. My order has always been accurate coming out of this takeout window. I particularly like how Tim Horton's now makes fresh-cracked eggs for all of their breakfast sandwiches. The are indeed cracked fresh at this location, like all other Tim's now. Tim's recently FINALLY added a non-dairy option to their beverage lineup too, which is great for our vegan daughter. Any drink can now be made with almond milk, with all of the usual dairy staples still available. As for me, I drink everything black. Tim's steeped tea is my favorite of their hot beverages, just black for me. But my husband likes the steeped tea lattes, which is essentially the steeped tea with double/double and a shot of vanilla. If you're on the right side of Transit when passing by this Tim Horton's, it is a reliable store to stop. read more

This was my first experience at Tim Hortons. I have to say it lives up to the reputation. Very Canadian due to the courtesy of everyone. Lucas in particular was very nice and professional. I had ordered a recess doughnut and he let me know that the muffin was better and indeed the muffin was super good. Thanks for that one Lucas. I also had a cup of crack coffee aka regular coffee double double. I had a raspberry filled glazed doughnut as well, that one was just okay and messy. I ordered a ton of food I also got the oven roasted turkey bacon sandwich on a bagel with course sea salt that was also really good. Side note, I think this location deserves more love, it's a nice little comfortable place to be, it's open 24 hours a day, the service is excellent and the food is fresh. My stop in for coffee each morning. It's quick, efficient, and always consistent the best thing you could ask for in a drive through restaurant. The staff could be a little friendlier or more personable but otherwise I've got no complaints. The drive through moves quickly and I'm usually in and our within about 2-3 minutes max which is great on the way to work. I beat the usual crowd (I start at 7) so I'm not sure how busy they get beyond that time but I'm assuming like all Tim's locations, this one gets rocking pretty good during rush hour. read more

Ok, I have really lost faith in Timmy's but this was an early morning stop (5:30am). I chose inside and not the drive through. The headset woman stopped by for a mini second and vanished "poof." I stood waiting .... Waiting ... I had a 7 hour drive waiting for me but still I waited. Then Chuck arrived ... It was before his day started and I watched him pour his coffee but he spotted the waiting Dave and came to the rescue. He didn't even check in to work but he took my order. In fact, he gloved up to prepare my order until one of the missing "on the clock" girls stepped over to the already created Timmy's prefab food center. She grabbed two English muffins and opened the bin to place a yellow square on each (pseudo egg). I knew this was my road trip breakfast. With a smile she handed me the bag and away I went .... Driving down I-90 or as we Buffalonians call it "The Thruway" I reached for sandwich #1. I had taken Timmy's up on the 2 for $4 special. My choices English Muffin with egg cheese and bacon plus a second with sausage in place of the bacon. I am the ADVETURER! So I am biting into the pseudo egg, American (Canadian perhaps eh?) cheese and wait .... There's no meat. Maybe the bacon is just flavorless like the egg and cheese (They could at least butter the muffin) so as I drive I pry open the breakfast sandwich (Please do not try to do this while you drive unless you know the road is clear. It is not as dangerous as texting but there are risks.) and no meat ... Oh well. Onto to #2. Guess what ... Double meat. My meat from sandwich #1 was added to sandwich #2 and there was actually a minimal semblance of taste. Any fast food place that cooks their eggs in advance and stores them in a stainless steel container while being kept warm cannot be expected to be the source of good tasting food. I did not expect anything more than was delivered but at least put the meat where it is intended because that adds some flavor. Road trip safe ... Two sandwiches ingested ... Blah read more

I was charged twice in the drive-thru. I called in regards to this issue and see what steps to take next the "assistant manager" told me to contact my bank it has nothing to do with them and pretty much told me I was lying. This is the second time this has happened I didn't make a big deal the first time because It was just a few dollars but for a second time it's ridiculous. This location is convenient but every time I come here it's an issue either the baked goods are stale, soup watery, or the order is just wrong. I'm actually mad I have to put at least one star up. I simply wanted 1 coffee in the drive through the only time anyone ever spoke was "can I help you" through. I spoke my order and when there was no response I drove around was handed my coffee I handed him my card he handed it back ... Like hello sir if your a mute maybe the drive through isn't the best job for you. The colored friend didn't look back so I assumed it was ok to leave? I don't know what just happen there.
