Owner of this station has neglected to hold accountable the gaming company whose devices it uses to cash out customers. I've come here for gas, and was told to put my $100 bill into the multi-game machine then push cash out to break the bill. The machine is faulty and prompts me to call attendant "Bill Validator Stacker Open" I have no idea what this means. All I know is the attendant is having to call the gaming company. I also don't know how long this will take. I also had more options than this horrendous experience. Now I don't have my cash nor my gas. I will pay with my credit card and not even get the cash value of gas because Century Gamings machine has malfunctioned. Please don't let these gaming companies deter your locals from patronizing your station. Hold them accountable! read more

This store lacks customer service for ALL. Some days when you come in they will speak. This morning I walked in no one says anything yet another customer walks in behind me and they all speak to him and his child and they're so polite and so nice but not to me. There was an employee I think her name was celeste, she made eye contact and went back to her job. The slurpee area is ok, but the lemonade machine is off. Customers do care about being treated nicely. I was already sick, but this place could use customer service training. I prefer the other location on Deer Springs more friendly, better slurpees! Mood - Senior Sunrise On the hunt for a bakery, doughnut shop, or something at 4ish in the am. Everything in my nearing area was closed, groceries ect... the whole thing really started to look bleak. As we were driving we saw this and decided ok- we will find whatever we can to build this senior sunrise for my daughter. Upon entering was quickly greeted with great customer service by Rick. Surprised as it was 4 am - ish. They had a great selection of doughnuts to choose from, which was nice as we were trying to do this big. Store was clean, shelves stocked. Normally when a new Seven Eleven opens, I am like "whoopee!" However, after using the car wash at this Seven Eleven, which is a former City Stop, I am not a :-) camper. When I parked my vehicle in the adjacent Starbucks parking lot, after the car wash, I saw the same bird feces (keeping my review G rated) and finger prints on the roof plus a couple of scratches on the driver's side of my vehicle. When I write my reviews there has to be substantial evidence for me to rate a business one star. It is a possibility that the scratches could be from a factory paint job flaw on my one year old vehicle. I will very soon visit a body shop with high ratings on Yelp to have this looked at. With that in mind, I will not let these scratches lower my rating from two to one stars. There is substantial evidence that this car wash did a poor job of cleaning my vehicle. I paid for the $8 car wash which is the mid level car wash that includes polish. Contrary to self service car wahes that I have been to in the past, this one has no sign that illuminates telling the customer that polish or wax is being applied. The car wash also seemed very quick. When I looked at my car after the wash, it does not look much cleaner. If the car wash did a good job it would of taken out the fingerprints and bird feces on the roof. And speaking of bird feces, it is feces that I spent $8 on this car wash. read more

If I could 0 stars I would. There are 2 employees that work here together most days. Like another review it's a older gentleman with salt n pepper hair that is just flat out rude. Will not even tell you how much it is just stands there and stares at you. The other employee is a middle age female with yellowish hair long ass nails and major attitude. Was trying to use the 7-11 app to pay for my items and use some points when it wasn't working she literally said I don't know you need to move over to him(older guy) I said forget it I'll just pay another way. Well I gave her the cash and change and she put the wrong amount of change I gave her so I was very nice and said I handed you $0.83 she literally got instant attitude said I ain't arguing with you about this! Just like that I was shocked. I even said maybe I miscounted and if I did I'm sorry I'll give you , she cut me off said I told you I ain't fixing to argue about this here take your change put it down on counter an walked away!! My mistake was thinking she was just having a bad day. Since this I have been back 4 times an every time she has been there and refuses to greet me but will greet everyone who walks in after me and when I walked up to the register she literally walked away! Prior to this incident she has always been very rude just not to this point. Celeste you need to find another job if you can not interact with people. Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would ! The place is nice and most of the workers are nice but there is this older caucasian gentleman who is always rude to me and my girlfriend when we go in. Today we bought a couple things and happen to get two candy bars which one was a Reese take 5 and mind you this deal is advertised in the candy isle next to the Reese's candy and he told us as we were at the counter ringing out in a rude way and like we counted comprehend what he was saying "don't you know how to read? It's buy 2 get 2 free." To me there is a much more respectful and professional way to communicate information and to handle customer service than belittling someone at that!! And it seems like every time we come in we have a problem with this gentleman always being rude to us . read more

WORST car wash. Water smells like crap. Wash takes forever. Left water spots on my car before exiting the wash.

This is my absolute favorite 7-11 in vegas, always clean and the workers Melissa and Tim are the best. I have since moved away from this area and still go out of my way to hit this 7-11. There was one day where the Mountain Dew solar flair was discontinued, I made a comment to a lady whose name I forgot but she is lovely... A few days later solar flair was back and she told me she got it for me! There is one lady at night older lady who is not very nice, always looks pissed off. Doesn't matter if you greet her with kind words, she looks angry. Other than that every shift has great workers! Love these guys! read more

Rolled in to get some sundries of which 7-Eleven provides many. Nice looking from the outside and inside, the prices as all 7-Eleven. The staff on the three occasions I have been there have been so-so. There is also a USPS satellite located inside the store. read more
