This review is solely based on the one drink I tried. I ordered this online through uber eats because I was too lazy to go out. I had the white peach fruit tea with lychee jelly. It recommended 50% sweet and next time I will definitely listen to the recommendation. I ordered it 70% and it was way too sweet. That was my bad. I also ordered it with lychee jelly but it was missing from the order. Hopefully when I try this place again they make my order correctly. I was craving a Vietnamese iced coffee so I decided to stop in to try one. The location is in an awkward area and there is a lot of construction right next door. I was greeted immediately and offered help if I needed it but opted to order on the tablet instead. I tried the Vietnamese iced coffee 70% sweetness and it was delicious. This place was a bit hard to get to since there was lack of U-turns at the stoplight but nonetheless it was easy to find. The interior was bright and cute. I appreciate a self serve kiosk so it was nice to see but you can also order with someone. I tried the passionfruit green tea with strawberry popping boba and thought it was pretty good. There was also an option to get the drink without passionfruit seeds which I appreciated so much. Although, without the strawberry pooping boba, the green tea wasn't that sweet even though I did 120% sweetness. Items tried and liked (so far): Signature Fruit Tea - 30 % Sweetness Strawberry Cloud - 30% & 50% Sweetness Avocado Smoothie - 30% Sweetness Matcha Cloud - 50% Sweetness, next time will get 30% Caramel Milk Tea - 50% Sweetness, next time will get 30% Drinks were delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. I would definitely consider myself a regular here! Having been to the grand opening and learning about this establishment, I've met the owners and their family. They truly take pride in their craft. Upon entering, you are able to order through the kiosk using card. If you prefer cash, just ask an employee and they will take care of you. I always opt for the Brown Sugar Crème Brûlée with Boba, but I have tried the Hawaiian Slush and Oreo drinks. All have never failed me in quality. The place is nice There are lots of drink options. From tea, coffee, specialty drinks and refresher drinks.. I am a bit disappointed as there must be a language barrier. I asked what the substitute milk was and I heard almond milk. I confirmed by asking a second time. My order was a Brown Sugar Cream Brulee. It tasted good however, contained oat milk which I am allergic too. Driving home I started having trouble breathing. I didn't see the order label until I got home, that's when I learned that it had oat milk in it. I'm at home having anaphylactic symptoms and hives. The drinks are a bit costly to have a mess up. Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to the milk and milk substitute not being something I'm allergic to. Those who like specialty drinks, please visit. I came by Presotea by accident and honestly, it was the best coincidence of my morning! I had stopped by 7-11 for gas and I was going to grab a coffee, and I was driving away, I saw this place tucked away and I was sold because I'm a huge boba person haha. I went inside and immediately noticed how clean and nice it was in there. Their menu is pretty extensive (in a good way) and there are lots of delicious options to choose from. I feel like it's so rare to find a place that serves really good milk teas in the North Vegas area, and this place is absolutely delicious. Their service was so friendly and fast. Excited to see another boba shop up north! Store is clean and modern with kiosks to order. We got pearl milk tea & brown sugar w boba, 30% sweet. Sweetness level was perfect & tea flavor was strong. Same taste as CA locations. Only thing was the boba -- there were quite a few partially broken pieces and tapioca bits from not properly sifting dry pearls & not fully rinsing freshly cooked boba. I've only been here once so I don't know if it was a one off. read more

This is a little shop kind of small but very nice. They have little claw machines and you can order on an iPad or with a person with is convenient. Our favorites are the clouds! Definitely recommend! We always do add one such as the black pearl, popping boba, lychee jelly, and pudding! I did not like the kumquat tea because it was too sour! Maybe adding more flavor to the teas would be my recommendation. All in all I would recommend. read more

There's a million drinks to choose from and I wish it was closer to Southwest/China town area so I can try them all! I did get the same drink and it ended up being super sweet. I AM OBSESSED!!! This place is SO GOOD! I come here forsure once a week, sometimes twice a week! I cannot get enough of the Oreo cloud with boba!!! The boba is warm and the oreo with the cloud is just so good! I was always a ShareTea person, so i went back just to compare the Oreo drinks and I cannot believe I ever thought that was the best. It was gross! I don't think any other boba place will be able to top this one. Service is always friendly, they greet you upon entering and are always available for questions. My significant other and I went during soft opening and also grand opening day. Drinks are consistent! Love that the tea flavor is there with their tea-espresso machine. We went with Supreme Jasmine Green Tea because it's a basic staple that let's us decide on how the tea place is like before we branch off in different drink flavors. I like that the tea flavor is there and isn't subtle or watered down. You can adjust sweetness, ice levels, and add toppings. 50-70% sweetness for the Supreme Jasmine Green Tea was good for me! I usually don't like overly sweet drinks so I appreciate the sweetness adjustment options. The signfiicant other got it at 100% sweetness and it wasn't too overly sweet where you can't taste the tea flavor. Inside, there's a cash register to help with orders and there is also a self-serve kiosk as well. Quick orders or for those who are still indecisive. During soft opening, the staff explained different cream foam toppings and is very friendly. Coffee wasn't yet available but we are excited to try it once grand opening week is over. During grand opening, we got there early but wasn't early enough in line as everyone else. The staff provided drink samples - one milk tea (celon milk tea) and one fruit tea (white peach oolong) while everyone was waiting out in the sun. This was nice because people got to try some flavors they wouldn't think of trying. The wait was long but we got updates as time went by. They handed out menu cards so people can see what they want prior to doors opening & also provided scratcher cards to win prizes! One of us ordered a Vietnamese coffee with a note kindly asking if they can give us a normal amount of ice considering the last time one was ordered there was 98% ice 2% coffee. I originally left a negative review after receiving a Vietnamese coffee that was barely filled--frustrating. To make matters worse, the phone number listed online wasn't working, which only added to the confusion. However, here's where this place truly impressed me: Blanca, the business owner, personally reached out, explained exactly why the drink was served that way (turns out, the traditional preparation is highly concentrated) which gave me a much better understanding of what I had ordered. On my next visit, they made me a new drink and made sure I left satisfied. You can tell Blanca takes real pride in her business and genuinely wants every customer to feel heard and valued.
