This is our new favorite breakfast spot! Wish there was a location in the northwest but it's worth the drive for now. Everything is very fresh and not your typical soggy breakfast food. I'm obsessed with the million dollar bacon and potatoes. This place can definitely get busy on the weekends so make sure you plan for that or get on the waitlist ahead of time. Food was good, price not too bad. Service was slow, never got water service every other table got a fancy water bottle and small water cups. I didn't get any until I was half way done with my food cause that was the first time someone checked on us. Waitress forgot my French toast would have liked to review that but it never came and I didn't even bother to mention. It wasn't that busy and they seem to have plenty of staff it was just a mishap of steps of service, never got a refill on my water even though I chugged it in one go. The Co-ed bathroom had pee all over the seat because men are too lazy to lift it, pee covered floors, and a strong odor. I had my daughter with me and would not let her use it. We checked another door and it was worse. So sickening that grown men leave a shared bathroom like that. It's disrespectful. Other people have to use that space, including kids. Management needs to clean these restrooms if they're going to be shared. Good food and service don't make up for disgusting bathrooms. read more

This would have been 5 star but... let's start with the things that did not go well. And move on to the good things. First off attitude. I don't appreciate snide comments from staff. That alone will give you a loss of my business. Then here comes the dirty restrooms. Huge pet peeve. So here's is my experience. We came in about an hour before closing to grab a quick bite. No waiting 1/3 of tables with people so no big deal. The host a guy about mid 20's with glasses started making snide comments in a joking tone about his afternoon and having to work. We get seated. Our server took a bit to come over. I asked about the limited time Pineapple Express vs the purple drink. Couldn't get much more info besides it has lavender in it. We ordered water and a Pineapple Express. Which I wouldn't recommend unless you like very subtle flavor. We had questions on bread options for the club and the server couldn't be sure on if we could change the bread. We both ordered the 2 lunch special. He ordered the club sandwich with whole grain bread and a Cobb salad. I had the beef and havarti sandwich with the honey Dijon salad. The food was good. It's a very trendy menu and my bf is a very simple man so it was hard for him to order. When I say simple I mean white bread simple. I don't think he wants to go back. Not too sure what happened, but shout out to Heather for being our server (even though our table was assigned to someone else). Got in fast, grabbed a high chair and was brought to a table. Probably 10-15 minutes had passed and no one had taken our order or even gotten us waters. We have a 2 year old with us so she's already impatient. As I was seated seeing that it was not that busy it was nice not to be in lots of restaurant noise. Hot on the brew! Green tea was great. I didnt need to add anything to it. I like Bigelow Teas. Ordered the D.E.B. nice sandwich. Fulfilling, big, the bacon was cooked right. Nice to have your choice of how you'd like your eggs made in the sandwiche. The salad was absolutely wonderful. Light, lots of flavors from the "fresh" ingredients. You could tell the salad was fresh from the flavor. The chili aioli added a great taste of warmth, sweetness and bitterness to the sandwiche. I've been to First Watch before in other states so I had an idea of what to expect to see on the menu. This time around I had a really nice experience at First Watch overall. I knew I had to order one of their fresh juices because they're bright, flavorful, and tasted truly fresh. The menu offers a few standard options, but I opted for the Pineapple Express which was a seasonal drink. It was very refreshing and I'd order it again. The Million Dollar Bacon was the star of the show for me though. Perfectly cooked, sweet, savory, and absolutely worth ordering. The Floridian French toast was also really good. Technically it was regular French toast with fruit on top, but I'm picky about my French toast. The bread was fluffy and not soggy. The fruit could have been better. The bananas were on the mushy side but the strawberries and kiwi were fine. The food quality felt fresh and well-prepared, which really stood out. They also served the syrup warm which I absolutely loved. The service was friendly and welcoming once we were seated, and our server was attentive throughout the meal. However, when we first arrived, it did take a while for us to be acknowledged and seated and it wasn't busy, which was a bit disappointing. After that initial delay, everything ran smoothly and the rest of the experience was enjoyable. Despite the slow start, I would definitely come back for the food alone, especially for the juices and that Million Dollar Bacon. I've been seeing First Watch pop up all over the valley and finally got a chance to check it out with some girlfriends yesterday. What a clean and beautiful restaurant. We tried the Mint Mocha Iced Coffee, Cold Brew with Oat Milk, and Honey Caramel Crunch Coffee, and all were divine! Both my friends had the Chimichurri Steak and Eggs Hash and I had the A.M. Superfoods Bowl. AND, we got the Blueberry Lemon Cornbread (the answer is yes, you must!) for the table. We loved everything we got. The cups were on the table and the waitress came over and asked if we wanted a pot. She explained the menu to its fullest and made suggestions. The resteraunt was brightly lit and open. It was an odd but interesting touch it looks like chicken wire in between the glass of the booth separators. The smoked salmon came with a lightly dressed citrus dressing which was refreshing. 5 Stars - Worth the Weekend Wait! What a bang to end the month of January! I finally had a Saturday off and decided to check out First Watch in North Las Vegas off East Craig Road, and it was absolutely worth it. From start to finish, everything about this visit was top-tier. The food was outstanding. I tried several of their most popular breakfast and brunch items along with a few drinks, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. This is easily one of the best spots for breakfast or brunch any day of the week--but if you can go on a weekend, the experience feels extra special. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a spacious layout and a really nice patio. It's great for both small and large groups. Just a heads-up: expect a wait on weekends due to bigger crowds, but the service and food make it completely worth it. Our server, Jesus, truly made the experience exceptional. He was attentive, mindful, and consistently checked in on us. His customer service was outstanding, and I would absolutely request him again on future visits. I heard good things about this place, so thought I'd give it a try. I'm going to start with some things that can improve. My friend and I arrived around 10:05am on a Saturday and put our name down. The hostess said the wait will about about 10 mins. It was hard to believe because a lot of people were waiting at the waiting area and outside. At about 10:25, we decided to check if our table was ready, and the hostess said it was going to be about 10 mins, or so another 10 mins. Needless to say, our total wait time was about 30 mins. I don't know why the hostess kept saying 10 mins when she could've just said the wait would be about 20-30 mins. I ordered the steak and eggs hash with chimichurri. The flavor was good; however, there was very little steak with this dish. I felt like I went on a treasure hunt to find the very few and small pieces of steak, which was very disappointing. There was hardly any steak at all and a lot of potatoes and onions with the eggs. Million dollar bacon has a unique sweet and spicy taste to it. I love how huge the pancakes are. 1 pancake is shareable between two people. The blueberry pancakes were delicious. Also, I inhaled the honey caramel crunch iced latte. Came here on a weekday around 12pm. The place was busy with several groups waiting ahead of us. We were able to add our name to a waitlist through their site. Brightly lit with a clean look and lovely decor. We opted to sit outside to shorten our wait. Being beginning of January, it was a lil cold, but there were was a heater keeping us comfortable. There was a bit of a wait between being seated, being served our drinks, ordering, receiving our food, etc. We were very happy when the food arrived. It all gave that farm fresh taste without being too heavy on the herbs. You still get that clean classic taste of each ingredient. I chose a seasonal bfast dish, their bacon hash with cheese n egg with a nice runny yolk. Considering all the extra bacon, it was not at too salty at all. I asked for their sausage gravy on the side and it was *chef's kiss* their pancakes are huge, fluffy, and tasty.. their million dollar bacon was regular size strips of bacon with a yummy sweet glaze. I ordered breakfast today and was a little skeptical it would actually arrive as fast as promised, but I was pleasantly surprised -- it showed up in about 20 minutes. I kept it simple and everything was executed really well: bacon, toast, potatoes, and eggs, plus a second order with waffle, bacon, and eggs. Everything was delicious. The waffle was fluffy, the bacon was still crispy, the eggs were perfect, and the coffee was great with a nice variety of creamers. When we pulled up, a young lady opened the door for us even before we got out of our truck. Sat us right away. We were all impressed with the layout and simple beautiful decor. Music was great for me, not too loud. Soft sounds. All the food was exceptional. We had different things that none of us would normally try. Today I had High Hopes for a wonderful dining experience at the bar. I have requested to sit at the bar a few times before and I didn't want to leave 1-3 stars on those visits because I thought I may've been overthinking or analyzing too deep into the female employee behind the bars demeanor. Welp, my senses were on point. I went to wash my hands, came back, ran into the Hostess. I told her, I'd sit at the bar there was NO ONE actively trying to sit at the bar before I walked up to take a seat (12). The chairs they have fitted very tightly might I add. Now I understand why. I spoke to the female behind the bar, I've never asked her name and I know why. Her disposition was deplorable, I asked two different questions and she responded rhetorically with the chases of cynicism. I politely decided not to stay. I did ask for the Manager (Sabrina) this time. I could sense that this wasn't her first time apologizing for this female employees behavior. There's no excuses on How we treat each other. Especially women towards other women. I don't understand WHY get a job where you HATE communicating with other's??? It is the most idiotic thing for people that aren't socially in-tune. Sabrina was very hospitable and offered me a Brunch Bucks gift card for the next time. It's been a while since I was here last. It maybe several more months before I use my gift card as well. We were thrilled to see First Watch open here in Las Vegas! We used to go to it sixteen years ago back in Cleveland, and it quickly became one of our favorite brunch spots. OMG I have definitely found my new breakfast spot! This place was absolutely amazing! From the service to the food, the coffee was on point , the trippy lowered ceiling to give the look of a full ceiling - crazy. The tables for the booths are larger than most tables at other restaurants and it leaves plenty of room for spreading out your meal so you don't feel cramped. I ordered the Biscuits and Turkey Gravy, and the biscuit was absolutely melt in your mouth as in falling apart as soon as you took a bite. The fluffy dough has a slight hint of more salt than some biscuits or maybe I got one with extra salt but one bite was extremely salty as the rest was delicious. The potatoes were well cooked, seasoned to perfection, and slightly crispy the way I like them. The Million Dollar Bacon was delicious as well. When we arrived I asked for a soft seat as I am disabled. The host helped to get us a clean booth so that I was able to enjoy my meal without pain. Food: We started with the Tri-Fecta, which has a little of everything. I got my eggs over hard and had to try the multigrain pancake with blueberries--perfectly fluffy and just sweet enough. I also upgraded to the Million Dollar Bacon, and wow... thick, hardwood-smoked bacon with a sweet-smoky kick and a hint of spice. 100% worth it. We also ordered the Roast Beef & Havarti sandwich, and it seriously surprised us. The roast beef was super tender, the horseradish Havarti gave it the perfect kick, and the roasted onions and tomato paired so well with the lemon-dressed arugula. The Parmesan-crusted sourdough was crispy and flavorful, and the horseradish sauce on the side brought it all together. Drinks: I had the Mint Mocha Iced Coffee which was chocolatey, minty, and super refreshing with sweet cream cold foam and mini Ghirardelli chips! We didn't have to wait long at all from the moment we came through the front to the time we were greeted by the server to get drinks. They also offer some upgrades that feature their delicious sticky and a bit spicy million dollar bacon for most entrees. It's a cute spot with indoor and outdoor seating which is just perfect for beautiful mornings. I got a fancy looking coffee and it was delicious! I couldn't make up my mind because everything looked good. No hashbrowns here, but they do have potatoes. I got the lemon ricotta pancakes and it had a lemon custard and strawberries on top. This was good, but the chicken sausage patties are to rave about! I highly recommend this place. Had an app coupon for free bacon,, but when I walked up to pay the young woman at the cashier did not know how to apply the coupon. Whatever, no big deal. "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean" quote from my restaurant service days. I have been looking forward to trying First Watch since before they opened! Today was my day! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and given a table next to the counter just outside the kitchen door. The restaurant wasn't full so I thought it was an odd table to choose but we didn't mind so much- at first. Our server came over and took our drink order. He seemed nice and friendly. Here's a little star breakdown: Million Dollar Bacon 5 Bacado Omelette 3 Chorizo Chili omelette 4 Coffee 3 Orange juice 5 Fruit cup 3 Service 2 yes! Just 2 First off- there were 4 women- servers I think standing and leaning on the counter chatting and laughing loudly. Personal conversations including profanity (that doesn't bother me I swear like a sailor, but it's unprofessional.) Our server came to our table twice, he could clearly see I was finished eating and twice left my dirty plate on the table. We asked for water, he brought 2 empty glasses and a milk bottle full and walked away - shouldn't he have at least poured the first glass? He poured our first cups of coffee before leaving the pot on our table. ‍ The menu has so many offerings! The restaurant is so cute and inviting. I really hope they work out the service issues! I am not sure we will go back with so many stellar breakfast spots in town but ya never know. read more

Yelp Review 2025 #201: We went during the soft opening today. Normally soft opening and grand opening tend to be chaotic as they're trying to figure things out. However, First Watch has it down to a T! Everything was smooth and they all looked like they've been here for years. From front of the house, to the servers, to everybody. The kitchen seemed backed up though as the food took a bit longer - and that's ok, it's a soft opening. They were busy. All the tables inside were full and only a very few tables outside were vacant. Our server, Summer took good care of us. Friendly, a smile on her face the whole time...she checked on us from time to time. She apologized for the delay. Their menu has both fun stuff and healthy stuff. There's something for everyone and whatever you're in the mood for. HONEY CARAMEL CRUNCH: Salted caramel and honey, sweet eream cold foam and toffee nut crumbles. This was too sweet so just the ice melt or add water to tone it down. 3/5 THE ELEVATED EGG SANDWICH: Bacon, an over-easy cage-free egg, Gruyère cheese, fresh smashed avocado, mayo and lemon-dressed arugula on a brioche bun with a side of fresh, seasoned potatoes. Soft and mildly sweet brioche to offset the salt bacon. 4/5 HEALTHY TURKEY: Deli turkey, house-roasted onions, (usually comes with tomatoes but I had them not add any tomatoes), spinach and Feta cheese in a cage-free egg white omelet. Served with sliced tomatoes (swapped for mixed greens salad) and whole grain artisan toast. The feta and roasted onions add a layer of flavor. 4/5 I'm glad First Watch is here. We need better options on Craig Road than fast food. read more
