It's such a joy having a Better Buzz so close to home, especially since I'm a regular here--mostly through the drive-thru! I stop by several times a week, and the service is ALWAYS fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly. I absolutely love the staff here, and Gabby always remembers me and knows my order. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They take the time to have genuine conversations and remember their regulars, which is especially impressive considering how many people they see throughout their shifts. My usual go-tos are the Burstin' Blue Raspberry, the Coconut Macadamia BDE, or honestly any of the Best Drinks Ever since they're dairy-free. But lately, I've been completely obsessed with the Iced Pumpkin Chai. SO good! This location has some of the best service, and I'm always happy to come back. read more

Wow Better Buzz. :( I've been a fan for several years and paid many visits to the Hillcrest flagship, as it is my all-time favorite coffee shop. After several ads, I thought I'd finally pay another NLV visit for their pumpkin spice. We ordered the Pumpkin Pie Best Drink Ever and the Pumpkin Dream Puff. Both were incredibly disappointing this morning. Neither had any hint of pumpkin spice. No cinnamon nor nutmeg. And the "Best Drink Ever" was SO watery! I've never wished so badly for a milkier coffee. It wasn't one bit creamy, and I left feeling like I'd wasted $20. read more

A Monday morning coffee run at Better Buzz is the absolute best way to jumpstart my week! I had a pretty large order - 4 food items and 5 drinks. Unfortunately, the online order was accidentally sent to the Nellis location. I called the Nellis location 2x and the manager said she couldn't cancel the order on her end. I was on the phone with her for almost 10 minutes and she couldn't figure it out, so I went this location (W. Craig) and Gabby did an excellent job! I come here about once a week, usually on Saturdays, and lately they've been missing my "no ice" note pretty consistently. You could easily miss this coffee place because there's a Starbucks and Dutch Bros nearby, but if you're craving something different, the vibe at Better Buzz if pretty cool. Upon walking in, the team members are very nice. The place is beautifully decorated and clean. During sunset, the lighting is a bit harsh coming in, some roll down screens will definitely make every table worth sitting at. To avoid the direct sun, we sat at a wall table where you can face the patio. The patio has several tables and is a great place to enjoy your coffee as well. The team member was very helpful in explaining their items and was patient as we looked over the pastry case. We chose a Coconut cream cheese pastry and elected a no-heat on it. Some pastries are good warmed, and I wasn't sure on this one so I went with no-heat. In hindsight, I probably should have tried a warmed up option. The pastry, while tasty was a little stiff so a quick warm would have done it good! The hot Americano ordered came out nice and hot. It was double cupped which helped! I appreciate places that have drive thrus and this place certainly had one. I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich and it was quite disappointing. Some parts of the sandwich was super dry from the toasting which was weird bcs the mozzarella cheese was still solid and not melty and the bread didn't look that toasted (but some of the turkey dried out from the toasting). The turkey was just a slice of deli meat so I felt cheated. I love a lot of pesto but their pesto mayo was a bit too much, I had to scrape some off and it was a bit off putting. The only way I ate the thing was bcs I had tomato basil soup at home and I basically drenched the sandwich with the soup. 1 star for the sandwich. I upped the star rating to 3 bcs the staff were super nice. The girl at the window offered me ice water bcs it was a hot day and I thought that was incredibly thoughtful of her. Next time I'll probably try their coffees but I certainly will not go back for the sandwiches. read more

It was adding a canilla powder. I asked if it had sugar in it and it did. Whwn I told her no ty bc I don't add sugar to my coffee she totally backed down and didn't try oversell. Ty! 3-The most important thing-the COFFEE! Any & evrywhere I go my order is always the same. A hot Americano w oat milk on repeat. I added a few packets of Splenda and let me tell you Vegas it was hot, silky smooth and delicious!! Normally I have to order the milk alternative steamed otherwise it makes my drink lukewarm warm....blah. Not at BB. The Oat milk must have been steamed even without my request bc it was like lava hot which I LOVE! Ty! 4-Cost was so reasonable. $5.41 for a large. Thats crazy cheap these days! Place had a lot of hype online but really didn't match it. A lot of gimmicks & it looked at bit too much like a starbucks. Everything on the menu was overpriced. Food wasn't anything special and the drinks were not that great. Nothing was bad but it wasn't great either. Seating wasn't ideal kinda smashed in. Service was straight forward but they were running around a bit exasperated. Didn't need help or anything so that didn't come up. Service is great and fast. I personally think their food and coffee is very better compared to Starbucks. The inside of each establishment I've been to is designed very creatively and super cute. We ordered the Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap and chili jam break croissant (not sure if that's the name exactly). I don't think it's on the online menu. There was a small hick up on my end when ordering and I didn't realize until we got two of the breakfast wraps. An employee named Taylor was super helpful in getting me what I was hoping for. Ended up stopping for an early caffeine fix as we drove through Vegas before 6 am. Thrilled this place opens so early! They have a drive thru which is very convenient. However, I didn't really know what I wanted so decided to walk in. They have a sizable enough parking lot. Plenty of seating inside. Appreciate that they have a variety of flavor options. For me as a borderline coffee nerd, this is more for those that want flavored/milky type coffee rather than say a pour over. Think sweeter coffee type drinks. I tried the cinnamon cold brew and it was much more on the sweet/flavoring side than coffee flavor. They do also offer a variety of food options which is awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Better Buzz continues to grow and expand and I am not mad about it. I first discovered them in Encinitas, CA years ago and was so excited when they began to move beyond California. This newest location is probably the closest to me but I hear they are opening up a couple more locations this year here in Las Vegas. We both enjoyed a matcha tea latte and the always yummy Better Breakfast sandwich. The flavors in this sandwich always fill my stomach with happiness plus I always add avocado. I had driven past here a few times and looked up the menu and have been wanting to try it. I loved the fact Better Buzz offers a variety of real food not just pastries. Needing to wake up, I decided to see if Better Buzz could really give me a better Buzz. Pulling in there were a lot of cars in the parking lot and a lot of people outside enjoying the weather. The amount of people was a good sign to me. When ordering at the drive thru I could hardly hear anything the person was saying and apparently they couldn't hear me well either. Surprising for a newly opened place. I ordered the turkey pesto sandwich with a iced mocha and my daughter ordered the acai bowl with No bananas extra honey. She also ordered the horchata latte. Apparently whoever made the acai bowl didnt pay attention to the sticker that clearly said no banana. I dont know how much honey is typically in one of the bowls but it seemed to have a good amount. The acai itself was more like a smoothie. The consistency and taste was not that of a typical acai bowl. It wasnt bad but wasnt what we expected. The pesto turkey sandwich was pretty bland. It hardly had any pesto on it. I felt like it needed a lot more it was pretty dry. Perhaps you could add balsamic vinegar, microgreens, arugula, and tomatoes to give it more flavor? I probably wouldnt order it again. The mocha was not too bad. The first taste it was really strong. Which is fine but it was like it wasnt mixed well. I got a swig of straight expresso I think. Once I mixed it around a bit it got better. The horchata latte was decent. It was on the less strong side and tasted more like didnt even have coffee in it. But it definitely did taste like horchata. Our order came out quickly however, wasnt accurate and they almost forgot to give me my sandwich. Luckily I happened to look in the bag and noticed it wasnt there. I may come try dining in to try some other menu items and see if that makes a difference. read more

Amazing cafe here in North Las Vegas! I finally got the opportunity to stop in and try out Better Buzz Coffee Roasters instead of my usual stop. Let's just say I am glad that I did! This visit was a quick one due to running errands on an early Sunday morning so I opted for the drive-thru. Let me say good thing I did as Lisbeth V. not only helped me with my eventual drink choice but her candor was very refreshing and honest. I decided on getting her favorite drink: Snickerdoodle Latte, and it did not disappoint with her recommendations & an extra shot of Espresso. Note: their whole milk alternatives are almond milk or oatmilk. Service was fast and the ease of getting back on the road was seamless. From what I saw on the menu, their food looked delicious so I'll have to stop in again sooner than later. Also don't let the photos fool you as it may seem devoid of crowds, there was a steady stream of customers walking into the Cafe. The matcha here is absolutely amazing! I wouldn't say its "authentic" but it tastes really good. I came here so often it was hurting my bank account. So I tried making it at home. I love how they sell the better buzz powder so that you can do so. One thing I do hate is how they try to upsell you on everything. New coffee shop near home so my daughter and i stopped in to see what it's all about . It's always nice to have options and variety and we have never tried Better Buzz . So many options of coffee, as well as teas and I sure love tea. Lots of pastries to try as well. If you do not want tea or coffee they have hot chocolate to try as well. Today our pick was an iced Peppermint White Mocha. Prices for there coffees are comparable to their competition. I might say coffee was not too sweet with a good roast flavor . Great food. The coconut cream danish is really tasty. Acai bowl is awesome. Breakfast canitas tacos and egg bites are very good but you need to eat them while they are still warm. Staff here is always very friendly and helpful. They go out if their way to give you an amazing experience. The drive thru is pretty quick usually and the inside has cool merch. Went to the drive-through and ordered an eggnog iced latte and an almond croissant. I definitely had a longer wait time than expected, even though there was no one in front of me. I didn't do any modifications to my drink and ordered as it comes which was extremely sweet! The almond croissant was not warmed up, even though I did ask for it to be warmed up. Also, it was extremely sweet, and I was unable to eat more than a couple bites. The barista was definitely friendly. I love checking out new coffee shops that open up around town, I will give them another try and ask for half sweet next time to see if it makes a difference. read more

The gravy was a little too salty for my liking but overall it was really good. Kind of reminded me of the one starbucks had for a brief moment. Want better coffee? Try Better Buzz! Seriously, this place rocks. I tried a cold brew coffee, chili crunch breakfast wrap and got some Italian roast beans to take home. The service was excellent and the barista helped me pick out which beans to take home. I enjoyed the coffee and the chili crunch wrap, although $10 is more than I'd usually like to spend on a breakfast sandwich. This was offset by the bulk coffee beans that were very reasonable compared to other places. The cold brew was good but slightly acidic for my palate. this place has been on my list for awhile now so we decided to trek up to North town and give it a try. First off, I love a drive thru. There was one car in front of us and there was an employee outside taking orders. Well he kept talking and talking and after about 5 minutes we realized there was another side we could just order so we pulled around. Im all for great customer service but thought it was kinda rude. He could've said pull around to the other side. Anyways, we ordered a Mint Infused and a Best Drink Ever. Got to the window, paid and our drinks were quickly handed to us. Walking in, you smell the fresh brewed coffee . Greeted right away by the staff...didn't know this gem was here. Not bad at all. Looking at the menu, there are quite a few options for hot and iced drinks. Choosing the Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever which was one of the drinks of the month, the drink was pretty darn good. A bit sweet for me buts still yummy. Had I known it would be freezing inside, I would have opted for a hot drink. Hehehe. I love the openness, brightness, inside and outside seating. Now lets get to the sandwich. The Bacon Ciabatta hit the spot. The sandwiche is prepared hot. A nice balance of flavors with the spicy chipotle aioli sauce. I think adding avacado made the sandwich perfect for me. It was fulfilling rightfully so on Ciabatta. Wasn't able to finish the sandwich. Was a great snack later. Overall, glad to FINALLY see some good coffee & tea shops with unique offers in the NLV (NW) area. More places like themes need to be throughout NLV. The drinks are tasty and sometimes you need a little boost when you're driving around town. The store is very new and looks great. You can sit inside or outside and they have a drive thru.
