I like Better Buzz, but it's a mixed experience for me. The foods pretty good, but it's definitely on the pricey side. The coffee is solid and usually the main reason I go. The part that gets me is the wait time. I've had a few visits where I ordered, the place wasn't even busy, and I still ended up waiting way longer than expected sometimes 15 + minutes for coffee... frustrating when you're trying to grab something quick. You could easily miss this coffee place because there's a Starbucks and Dutch Bros nearby, but if you're craving something different, the vibe at Better Buzz if pretty cool. Upon walking in, the team members are very nice. The place is beautifully decorated and clean. During sunset, the lighting is a bit harsh coming in, some roll down screens will definitely make every table worth sitting at. To avoid the direct sun, we sat at a wall table where you can face the patio. The patio has several tables and is a great place to enjoy your coffee as well. The team member was very helpful in explaining their items and was patient as we looked over the pastry case. We chose a Coconut cream cheese pastry and elected a no-heat on it. Some pastries are good warmed, and I wasn't sure on this one so I went with no-heat. In hindsight, I probably should have tried a warmed up option. The pastry, while tasty was a little stiff so a quick warm would have done it good! The hot Americano ordered came out nice and hot. It was double cupped which helped! I appreciate places that have drive thrus and this place certainly had one. I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich and it was quite disappointing. Some parts of the sandwich was super dry from the toasting which was weird bcs the mozzarella cheese was still solid and not melty and the bread didn't look that toasted (but some of the turkey dried out from the toasting). The turkey was just a slice of deli meat so I felt cheated. I love a lot of pesto but their pesto mayo was a bit too much, I had to scrape some off and it was a bit off putting. The only way I ate the thing was bcs I had tomato basil soup at home and I basically drenched the sandwich with the soup. 1 star for the sandwich. I upped the star rating to 3 bcs the staff were super nice. The girl at the window offered me ice water bcs it was a hot day and I thought that was incredibly thoughtful of her. My taste buds are still buzzing with the amazing taste of the cinnamon cold brew! . The vanilla bean latte is more suddle and less sweet but still yummy. We ordered the Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap and chili jam break croissant (not sure if that's the name exactly). I don't think it's on the online menu. There was a small hick up on my end when ordering and I didn't realize until we got two of the breakfast wraps. An employee named Taylor was super helpful in getting me what I was hoping for. Ended up stopping for an early caffeine fix as we drove through Vegas before 6 am. Thrilled this place opens so early! They have a drive thru which is very convenient. However, I didn't really know what I wanted so decided to walk in. They have a sizable enough parking lot. Plenty of seating inside. Appreciate that they have a variety of flavor options. For me as a borderline coffee nerd, this is more for those that want flavored/milky type coffee rather than say a pour over. Think sweeter coffee type drinks. I tried the cinnamon cold brew and it was much more on the sweet/flavoring side than coffee flavor. They do also offer a variety of food options which is awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Typically I love Better Buzz coffee and they usually have great customer service but today really disappointed me. Service was not the best, worker was unresponsive and not welcoming. Coffee tasted horrible, I did not realize till I got home (went through drive thru) that my coffee had coffee grounds all in the bottom of the coffee. The matcha here is absolutely amazing! I wouldn't say its "authentic" but it tastes really good. I came here so often it was hurting my bank account. So I tried making it at home. I love how they sell the better buzz powder so that you can do so. One thing I do hate is how they try to upsell you on everything. Better Buzz continues to grow and expand and I am not mad about it. I first discovered them in Encinitas, CA years ago and was so excited when they began to move beyond California. This newest location is probably the closest to me but I hear they are opening up a couple more locations this year here in Las Vegas. I had driven past here a few times and looked up the menu and have been wanting to try it. I loved the fact Better Buzz offers a variety of real food not just pastries. Needing to wake up, I decided to see if Better Buzz could really give me a better Buzz. Pulling in there were a lot of cars in the parking lot and a lot of people outside enjoying the weather. The amount of people was a good sign to me. When ordering at the drive thru I could hardly hear anything the person was saying and apparently they couldn't hear me well either. Surprising for a newly opened place. I ordered the turkey pesto sandwich with a iced mocha and my daughter ordered the acai bowl with No bananas extra honey. She also ordered the horchata latte. Apparently whoever made the acai bowl didnt pay attention to the sticker that clearly said no banana. I dont know how much honey is typically in one of the bowls but it seemed to have a good amount. The acai itself was more like a smoothie. The consistency and taste was not that of a typical acai bowl. It wasnt bad but wasnt what we expected. The pesto turkey sandwich was pretty bland. It hardly had any pesto on it. I felt like it needed a lot more it was pretty dry. Perhaps you could add balsamic vinegar, microgreens, arugula, and tomatoes to give it more flavor? I probably wouldnt order it again. The mocha was not too bad. The first taste it was really strong. Which is fine but it was like it wasnt mixed well. I got a swig of straight expresso I think. Once I mixed it around a bit it got better. The horchata latte was decent. It was on the less strong side and tasted more like didnt even have coffee in it. But it definitely did taste like horchata. Our order came out quickly however, wasnt accurate and they almost forgot to give me my sandwich. Luckily I happened to look in the bag and noticed it wasnt there. Amazing cafe here in North Las Vegas! I finally got the opportunity to stop in and try out Better Buzz Coffee Roasters instead of my usual stop. Let's just say I am glad that I did! This visit was a quick one due to running errands on an early Sunday morning so I opted for the drive-thru. Let me say good thing I did as Lisbeth V. not only helped me with my eventual drink choice but her candor was very refreshing and honest. I decided on getting her favorite drink: Snickerdoodle Latte, and it did not disappoint with her recommendations & an extra shot of Espresso. Note: their whole milk alternatives are almond milk or oatmilk. Service was fast and the ease of getting back on the road was seamless. From what I saw on the menu, their food looked delicious so I'll have to stop in again sooner than later. Also don't let the photos fool you as it may seem devoid of crowds, there was a steady stream of customers walking into the Cafe. this place has been on my list for awhile now so we decided to trek up to North town and give it a try. First off, I love a drive thru. There was one car in front of us and there was an employee outside taking orders. Well he kept talking and talking and after about 5 minutes we realized there was another side we could just order so we pulled around. Im all for great customer service but thought it was kinda rude. Looking at the menu, there are quite a few options for hot and iced drinks. Choosing the Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever which was one of the drinks of the month, the drink was pretty darn good. A bit sweet for me buts still yummy. Had I known it would be freezing inside, I would have opted for a hot drink. Hehehe. I love the openness, brightness, inside and outside seating. Now lets get to the sandwich. The Bacon Ciabatta hit the spot. The sandwiche is prepared hot. A nice balance of flavors with the spicy chipotle aioli sauce. Went to the drive-through and ordered an eggnog iced latte and an almond croissant. I definitely had a longer wait time than expected, even though there was no one in front of me. I didn't do any modifications to my drink and ordered as it comes which was extremely sweet! The almond croissant was not warmed up, even though I did ask for it to be warmed up. Also, it was extremely sweet, and I was unable to eat more than a couple bites. The barista was definitely friendly. I wish I got the young ladies name who helped me at the druve-thru but she was so kind and welcoming. I did not go inside but I like the design of the building and cute little sayings on the outside. I ordered the sausage and gravy biscuit sandwhich and an iced snickerdoodle latte with coconut milk. The sandwich was delicious even my picky 2 year old enjoyed it. It's a new coffee shop in town. It's Better Buzz. When you step inside, all of the staff welcome you. They have breakfast and lunch, as well as pastries and muffins. My go to drink is the vanilla latte made with oat milk. It's so delicious. I've also had their Americano and blueberry lavender lemonade. Want better coffee? Try Better Buzz! Seriously, this place rocks. I tried a cold brew coffee, chili crunch breakfast wrap and got some Italian roast beans to take home. The service was excellent and the barista helped me pick out which beans to take home. I enjoyed the coffee and the chili crunch wrap, although $10 is more than I'd usually like to spend on a breakfast sandwich. This was offset by the bulk coffee beans that were very reasonable compared to other places. The cold brew was good but slightly acidic for my palate. The inside is small, but would be a fine set up if you wanted to get some work done for an hour or two. read more

I really wanted to like this place as we need more coffee shops in North Las Vegas besides Aware and Coffee Religion. Went there today and ordered a half sweet iced pumpkin spice latte with oatmilk. The lady that took my order told the guy making the latte that it was half sweet and he looked annoyed. I was too shy to speak up, but I don't think he remade my latte. I think he had already made it regular. The latte was super sweet and the pumpkin spice tastes artificial. I think they use Monin syrups for the flavored coffee drinks. It took me 3 hours to finish it just because I knew I had spent money on it. For $8.60 something cents for a medium size latte, I'll stick to making coffees at home or Dutch Bros. I'll probably give it another shot and try something else. The space also felt super cramped. read more

First visit. Success. Went through the drive thru. No wait on a Tuesday early afternoon. The menu is not too overwhelming with interesting flavors. I ordered a 16oz horchata latte. To my surprise as a coffee head, tasted pretty good. The flavor was a little overpowering to the coffee but definitely better than SB.
